Acceptance of documents from applicants
3.1. Acceptance of documents for training in basic professional educational programs is carried out for the first year on a personal application of citizens (application form - applications No. 1,2).
3.3. Accepting applications for face-to-face training is carried out until August 15 (specialty 43.02.02 Hairdressing - until August 10).
Applications for part-time education are accepted before the start of the orientation session.
3.4. When applying (in Russian) for admission to the college, the applicant presents the following documents:
- citizens of the Russian Federation:
Original or photocopy of documents proving his identity, citizenship,
Original or photocopy of the document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications,

- foreign citizens, stateless persons, incl. compatriots living abroad:
A copy of the identity document of the applicant, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation;
Original document (documents) of a foreign state on education and (or) document on education and qualifications;
Certificate of recognition of foreign education;
A duly certified translation into Russian of a document of a foreign state on education and its annex (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document was issued);
Copies of documents or other evidence confirming that a compatriot living abroad belongs to the groups provided for by Article 17 of the Federal Law of 05/24/1999. No. 99-FZ "On the state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad";

Surname, name, patronymic (the last one, if any) of the applicant, indicated in the translations of the submitted documents, must correspond to the surname, name and patronymic (if any), indicated in the document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation.
3.5. Persons applying for training in the specialty "Hairdressing", included in the list of specialties approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 No. 697, for which a mandatory preliminary medical examination (examination) is required upon admission to training, present a conclusion on the results of a mandatory preliminary medical examination (examination).
3.6. In the case of providing applicants with information that does not correspond to reality, the college has the right to return the documents to the applicant.
3.7. An application for admission, as well as the necessary documents, can be sent by applicants through public postal operators, as well as in electronic form.
When sending documents through public postal operators, the applicant shall attach to the application for admission photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, a document on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications, as well as other documents provided for by these rules.
Documents sent by mail are accepted when they enter the college no later than the deadlines established by paragraph 3.3 of these rules.
3.8. Upon personal submission of documents, an applicant is issued a receipt on acceptance of documents.
3.9. Upon a written application, applicants have the right to take the original document on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications and other documents submitted by the applicant. Documents are returned by the college no later than the next business day after the application is submitted.
GBPOU JSC "Arkhangelsk Financial and Industrial College" has a comfortable hostel, which is located at the address: Arkhangelsk, Lomonosov Ave., 291, bldg. one.
The dormitory has 5 floors, designed for 200 places for nonresident applicants. For applicants in 2017, 105 places are free.
On the 1st floor there are premises for cultural events and recreation: an assembly hall, a library, sanitary facilities (showers, laundry, drying, ironing). On the 3rd floor there is a room for self-study. Students live in rooms for 2-3 people. The rooms are equipped with the necessary furniture and soft furnishings. On each floor there are kitchens equipped with electric stoves.
In the hostel there is a pass regime, which is provided by the watchmen, in the evening and at night there is an educator who monitors the residents of the hostel.

6. Rich, exciting student life. Leisure activities - sports competitions, professional competitions, Student's Day, New Year, KVN, Miss AFPC - these issues are dealt with by the Student Council of the College.
7. High achievements are our pride. AFPK students have repeatedly become winners and prize-winners of city and regional competitions and olympiads. For three years, they have been winning prizes in the International Olympiad "IT-Planet", which takes place in St. Petersburg.
