The fact is that the main ingredient of the dish is soy meat, which has such an original taste and texture that it has recently become quite popular in our kitchens. Step-by-step recipe with photos:





First we deal with soy meat, since it must first be boiled according to the instructions. To do this, pour boiling water (hot broth) into it and let it simmer for 5 minutes (this is according to the instructions on the package that I bought).
Then we rinse it with cold water. If the pieces of meat are too watery, then squeeze them out a little directly with your hands.

Cut the peeled carrots into long strips.
