For a long time I was very concerned about the question that concerned the spiritual-physical practice that I had chosen for myself. This was important because I did not understand whether this was bringing positive effects to my health or not, and whether this practice was calming and harmonizing to my spirit?
I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga for many years: the practice is difficult, both physically and mentally, so not everyone goes into this direction of yoga. I felt that after practice I felt good: my body was strong, my mind was clear. But from time to time I was bothered by the problems of old physical injuries.
Then I took a break from studying and the pain went away. Starting to practice again, after some time the discomfort returned.
After several “practice/take a break” cycles, I thought: is this the right activity for me?
I searched for answers for a long time, but could not find accurate and correct ones.
One day a friend told me about the practice “by date of birth." It was this method that helped her bring harmony into her life and happily move forward in all areas.
I decided to try it, and thanks to this simple esoteric technique, the realization came to me that Ashtanga yoga was definitely for me. It turned out that in order to achieve enlightenment and success in this practice, you must first experience difficulties and, through physical discomfort, achieve complete restoration of the body. This is what the mandala told me based on my date of birth.
I’m happy that I didn’t stop and continue to do this particular type of yoga, because according to my purpose, this practice is 100% ideal for me.

What is a mandala?

In the spiritual practices of Hinduism and Buddhism mandalas created in different ways: drawn on paper, embroidered on fabric, poured from colored sand. The easiest way to create is drawing.

What are mandalas used for?

First, find a place where no one will disturb you or distract you from the process. To create the appropriate mood, turn on relaxing music and light incense.
Step 1. Determine the purpose of meditation: for example, to harmonize your emotional state or improve your relationship with your partner. Focus on how good you will feel when the goal is achieved.
Step 2. Prepare your tools: colored pencils or pens (markers, paints - whatever) and a sheet of paper. When choosing colors for a drawing, you can act intuitively or use :
RED - strength, energy, passion.
PINK - love, intuition, femininity.
ORANGE - creativity, transformation, self-awareness.
YELLOW - learning, wisdom, laughter, happiness.
GREEN - bodily healing, psychic abilities, love of nature, caring.
BLUE - emotional healing, inner peace, meditation.
PURPLE - spirituality.
WHITE - concentration.
BLACK - mystery, insight into depth, individuality.
Step 3. Draw a circle and divide it into parts as shown in the picture.
Start drawing the patterns you want, there are no restrictions. Focus on your goal; when you start drawing a mandala, you can say it out loud. Feel reconnected with the creative source within you. Allow yourself to surrender to the flow of inspiration, let it guide you through the drawing process. Try not to think about unnecessary things.
Step 4. Completely immerse yourself in the drawing process, focus on your goal. If something distracts you or you feel like your creative energy has dried up, take a break. Take several deep breaths and slow exhalations. When you feel that the connection with the source has been restored, continue drawing.
When drawing a mandala, do not make any effort to draw, do not strain. Leave the value judgment and don’t think about whether you are doing everything right or whether you are doing well. Enjoy creativity throughout the process, no matter how long it takes.
Step 5. When you're done, look at the mandala and feel its energy. You may notice elements that you didn't see while drawing - this is a good sign, it indicates that you are truly immersed in introspection. Over time, the meaning of these details will become clear to you.

Numeric mandala isa mandala drawn according to an individual scheme using numerological numbers corresponding to a specific person.
This mandala is used to gain a deeper understanding of one’s “I”.
Numerical mandala: preparation for construction
To build a numerical mandala, you first need to calculate:
- entity code - date of birth number (destiny number);
- personality code - name number;
- power number (golden alchemical number) - fate number + life path number.

How to build a number mandala?
Now that you knowwhat is a mandala, why it is needed and how to calculate the numbers and codes for its compilation, let’s start building the mandala itself.
Draw a large circle (symbolizes the Universe), inscribe a square in it (represents the 4 cardinal directions), and in the square - an octagon (“lotus”, the beginning of life), as shown in the figure.
Your number mandala will be located inside this base.
Mentally divide the square into 9 equal squares and also mentally place the numbers from 1 to 9 in them:

Have pens or pencils of different colors ready to mark the lines of each code and number. Start with a picture of the entity code. To do this, connect the numbers with lines in accordance with the code. So, for code 1961988, draw a line from 1 to 9, then from 9 to 6, from 6 to 1, from 1 to 9, from 9 to 8.
If the numbers are repeated nearby, for example, 8 and 8, then draw a dot in this zone. If a line is repeated, for example, 1-9 and 1-9, then draw a second line next to the first.
Let's start depicting the personality code. From the last digit of the entity code to the first digit of the personality code, draw a line of a different color; this is the First Key, or the “umbilical cord” that connects the codes.
