Frameless cabinets. Label archive: Frameless systems. What kind of wardrobe doors are there?

For a long time, since their inception, sliding wardrobes have earned the love of buyers. And this is not surprising, because it will be difficult to overestimate their merits. A professionally designed and manufactured wardrobe will house everything you need, it will decorate the interior of the apartment, hiding the shortcomings of the room, and in cases with mirrored doors it can visually enlarge it.

But choosing the wardrobe itself is not a trivial task, which must be approached with all responsibility. Nowadays there are quite a lot of worthy offers for furniture and it’s no wonder to get confused in all this diversity. A large assortment of components will confuse even an experienced person, so now we will help you deal with the question “How to choose a high-quality wardrobe?”

How to choose the right material for a cabinet?

There are not so many materials from which the frame and filling of a sliding wardrobe are made, usually chipboard and MDF, other options are possible, but this is rather exotic. The thickness of the cabinet elements and parts can vary greatly, it all depends on the dimensions, take, for example, shelves, the larger the span and depth, the greater the thickness of the shelves is needed. This is an important nuance that you should know about in order to avoid sagging shelves. But let's look at these materials separately.

LDSP - laminated chipboard

Most often, laminated chipboard is used; it is a material that is made by hot pressing wood chips based on some kind of resin or other binder. The most common are formaldehyde resins. By itself, chipboard is inconspicuous in appearance, so it is covered with a special decorative layer on top, this process is called lamination, thanks to which the chipboard becomes similar to any type of wood. There are many options for such finishing, for almost every taste and color. We have already mentioned that laminated chipboard is one of the most popular materials for making sliding wardrobes. It is relatively durable and lightweight, and is also easy to use.

MDF - medium density fiberboard

This abbreviation came to us from the English language and sounds completely as follows: Medium Density Fiberboard. Translated as “medium density fibreboard”, as the name already implies, it is made from small sawdust. Just like in laminated chipboard, there is sawdust, but in this case it is much smaller, and most importantly, the production technology is somewhat different. In addition, the binding material is also different; paraffin and lingin are used as it. Thanks to this, the environmental performance of MDF is significantly better than that of chipboard. MDF resists steam and moisture somewhat better, but in the end this is reflected in the cost; cabinets made from it will cost a little more.

Types of sliding wardrobes

In principle, there are only two types of sliding wardrobes - cabinet and frameless. A frameless model is when the cabinet may have no ceiling, bottom and side walls; such cabinets are usually mounted in niches. In this case, all the internal filling is attached directly to the walls. In financial terms, such a cabinet will cost a little less, but here you need to remember that in this case there is one significant drawback: a frameless cabinet can no longer be moved, and cannot be taken with you when moving, when, like a cabinet cabinet, you can move it to another place or take it away with you if you move.

Depth and height of the wardrobe

The height of sliding wardrobes is limited only by the height of the ceilings of your home. And owners of suspended ceilings should know that there must be a gap of at least 5 centimeters between the ceiling and the cabinet. This is necessary for the safety of the suspended ceiling itself.

The most correct size is considered to be a depth of 600 mm. We can say that this is a standard. It is this size that allows you to optimally place all the internal contents. But this does not mean that other options are impossible. There is not much free space in apartments, and it is not always possible to install a cabinet of the required depth, so there is a large selection of fittings that allows you to assemble cabinets of any size.

What types of wardrobe doors are there?

Doors? This is exactly the detail that makes sliding wardrobes stand out from other wardrobes. When arranging a regular closet with hinged doors, you need to remember the space near the closet, which is necessary to open the doors; compartment doors do not have this drawback, the closet will not require additional space. A wide variety of options for inserts in compartment doors will allow you to achieve almost any stylistic solution suitable for any interior.

Due to its convenience and popularity, the trend of sliding wardrobes continues to develop, and new sliding door systems appear. In addition to doors with floor swings that have already become familiar to everyone, systems for hanging sliding doors have appeared. But in this case, it will be necessary to have a frame for the sliding wardrobe, since this system is attached to the cabinet lid and must withstand a decent weight of the doors. This system is different in that it does not occupy the internal space of the cabinet itself; let us recall that conventional rolling systems take 10 centimeters along the entire length inside the cabinet. The appearance of a cabinet with hanging doors is slightly different; here the doors completely hide the cabinet frame behind them, while the doors look as if they are floating in the air.

In order for the doors to close completely in sliding systems, special closers are provided. They allow you to make the process of using furniture somewhat more comfortable. Closers are necessary so that the door, with light force, is smoothly but clearly fixed in the closed state.

A little about filling wardrobes

In order for your closet to become not only beautiful but also a functional piece of furniture, you should be very scrupulous about the internal “stuffing”. To do this, it is advisable to clearly understand what things you will store in it. The uppermost mezzanine shelves will most likely be used to store some large items that are not used very often, but at the same time take up quite a lot of space.

Wide open shelves are great for storing linen, pillows and blankets. Narrow open shelves are best suited for storing clothes in stacks. Typically, the distance between shelves is made in the range from 250 to 350 millimeters.

Drawers are considered a very important and convenient filling element, the depth of which can vary depending on what is planned to be stored in them. Usually, the very first box on top is made at a height of no more than 1200 millimeters from the floor. The width of the drawers is not recommended to be made wider than one cabinet door; if done differently, the drawers will be inconvenient to use.

The hanger bars are installed taking into account large heights, so that it is convenient for you to reach it. The maximum height in this case should not exceed two meters from the floor. The longest clothes, such as dresses or coats, take up no more than one and a half meters of height on average, and shorter clothes, such as shirts, take up no more than 1,200 millimeters. In addition to rods, there are retractable devices called pantographs; this very useful device will help you easily hang clothes at the very top, even where you cannot reach with your hands. The pantograph rod is lowered and raised using a special lever provided in its design.

The next filling element is retractable shoe racks, an indispensable filling attribute for those who have a large supply of shoes.

Trouser holders are suitable for all men, as they allow you to store your trousers correctly, they will not wrinkle, and all your trousers will be visible and easy to find.

We also paid attention to clothing accessories, winter scarves, belts, ties and so on. All accessories will have their place.

What color of wardrobe is better to choose?

First of all, you should pay attention to the surrounding furniture, in the room where the wardrobe will be located, if there is no furniture yet, perhaps you should pay attention to the decoration of the room, ultimately, you must clearly understand what result you want to achieve in the interior.

What about the wardrobe in the hallway?

Sliding wardrobes are popular because they are convenient, provide easy access to clothes and shoes that are stored in them, so it is logical that sliding wardrobes are very often used in hallways. A couple of drawers and several shelves will fit everything you need for the hallway, perhaps it will be shoe products, bags, gloves, sunglasses and much more.

Doors with a mirror will perform several tasks: firstly, they will visually expand the interior space of the corridor, and secondly, they will completely replace the viewing mirror, which is so necessary before leaving the house to inspect yourself and put things in order. Of course, a wardrobe will help tidy up the hallway and add free space.

Sliding wardrobes for the living room

The living room can be called the face of the house and the entire interior of the room should correspond to this, including the furniture. Sliding wardrobes for the living room are designed to help remove everything unnecessary from sight. A closet can be not only storage, but a very beautiful and stylish part of the interior. For example, open shelves on which you can place various fashion accessories can help with this. Or a rather original solution, when the home library is located behind sliding doors made of translucent glass. The TV is often placed in the same way.

Sliding wardrobes for the bedroom

Since the bedroom already has a large, bulky piece of furniture, such as a bed, the wardrobe is simply designed to be spacious and not take up much space. Of course, it is not always possible to achieve this, but at least visually you can increase the area of the bedroom with the help of mirrored doors. As a result, you will have a bedroom filled with light and air, a full-fledged place to relax, imbued with warmth and comfort.

Sliding wardrobes in children's rooms

If you yourself are designing a wardrobe for a children’s room, then involve your child in this process. A cabinet made with his participation will definitely become a source of pride. Surely this approach will bring you all a lot of pleasure, and most importantly, it will be remembered for a long time. Your child will like everything, from the chosen color to the filling, he will feel involved in the final result, and will use the furniture with pleasure. Well, as for the cabinet itself, it is universal furniture and is suitable for children of any age.

Of course, now you won’t surprise anyone with a wardrobe with sliding doors, it’s not the Middle Ages anymore, but, nevertheless, I would like to hope that from this article you learned something new for yourself.

"Alliance-N" - a system for sliding wardrobes is one of the budget and high-quality options for a wardrobe with a sliding mechanism. This is a frameless bottom-support structure, that is, the sliding door moves along the bottom guide using special rollers that are attached with self-tapping screws directly to the door. On each compartment door, the rollers are placed in pairs: lower and upper. Moreover, each pair can withstand a load of up to 40 kg. The special coating of the rollers ensures easy and smooth sliding of the doors.

A 16 mm thick laminated chipboard sheet is used as the basis for the door. Mirrors are either glued to the door, making it heavier, or mirror or glass segments with dividers RP08, RP09, RP13 are used for decoration. Vertical aluminum profiles give sliding doors additional rigidity. They also serve as handles.

Advantages of the Alliance-N system for wardrobes

The line of sliding wardrobes of the Alliance-N system has a number of undeniable advantages:

  • low cost;
  • a wide color palette will satisfy the tastes of the most demanding customers;
  • versatility and interchangeability of filling elements: suitable for designing sliding wardrobes;
  • possibility of producing facades on site;
  • the assembly of the front and rear doors is identical;
  • installation of upper and lower rollers does not require preliminary markings or additives;
  • The aluminum profile used in the system is durable and does not corrode.

Before using the services of our online store www.site, please read this Agreement carefully.

This agreement, hereinafter the “Agreement,” is concluded between the online store www..site), hereinafter “Online store” or “Site,” and the user of the online store services, hereinafter “Buyer,” and determines the conditions for purchasing goods through the Site.

1. On the activities of online stores in the Russian Federation.

Legal relations of purchase and sale in the Russian Federation are regulated by the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (paragraph 2 “Retail purchase and sale”, Chapter 30). By virtue of clause 3 of Art. 492 of this Code, the provisions of the Law of February 7, 1992 No. 2300-1 “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” apply to relations under a retail purchase and sale agreement with the participation of a citizen buyer not regulated by the Civil Code. Article 26.1 of the said Law (Article 26.1 was introduced into the Law by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2004 No. 171-FZ, which entered into force on January 9, 2005) establishes that a retail purchase and sale agreement can be concluded on the basis of familiarization consumer with a description of the goods proposed by the seller through catalogues, prospectuses, booklets, photographs, means of communication (television, postal, radio and others) or other means that exclude the possibility of the buyer directly familiarizing himself with the goods or a sample of them when concluding an agreement (remote method of selling goods).

Online trading falls into this category, since when ordering a product via the Internet, the buyer does not have the opportunity to directly familiarize himself with the product itself or its sample.

This type of trade is regulated on the basis of the Rules for the sale of goods remotely, established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2007 No. 612. The purchase and sale of goods through online stores is subject to the norms of the above legislative acts without restrictions.

The sale of goods through an online store occurs on the basis of a retail sales contract concluded between the seller of the goods and the buyer. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Art. 432 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the conclusion of such agreements occurs through the sending of an offer (offer to conclude an agreement) by one of the parties and its acceptance (acceptance of the offer) by the other party. Proposals containing all the essential terms of the contract that can be accepted by anyone who responds are recognized as a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Similarly, an offer of goods on a website on the Internet addressed to an indefinite number of persons is recognized by the current legislation of the Russian Federation as a public offer (clause 1 of Article 494 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), if such an offer contains all the essential terms of the retail purchase and sale agreement (name of the product, price per unit of goods, direct offer to purchase goods).

In accordance with the all-Russian classifier of types of economic activities OK 029-2001, approved by Gosstandart Resolution No. 454-st dated November 6, 2001, the sale of goods via the Internet is retail trade carried out through tele-shops and computer networks (OKVED code 52.61 .2).

Online stores must provide the following information on the website in a form accessible to consumers:

  • offer (conditions for the sale of goods)
  • a set of information for consumers (observance of rights to information about the product, manufacturer, seller), certificates, technical documentation, etc., copies of licenses (if the activity is subject to licensing).

The seller's obligations to transfer the goods to the buyer arise from the moment he receives the corresponding message from the buyer about the intention to conclude an agreement for the purchase of goods (acceptance).

Buyer's acceptance is an application in which the potential buyer of the goods must indicate the following:

  • name and address of the seller,
  • your last name, first name and patronymic (or another person who is the recipient of the goods),
  • the address to which the goods should be delivered,
  • name of the product, article number, brand, variety, number of items included in the package of the purchased product, price of the product,
  • type of service (if provided), time of execution and cost,
  • buyer's obligations.

The online store (seller of the goods) is obliged to deliver the goods within the period established by the contract to the place specified by the buyer, and if one is not named, to the citizen’s place of residence (Clause 1 of Article 499 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). In order for a retail purchase and sale agreement to be considered fulfilled, it is not necessary to transfer the goods directly to its buyer. In the absence of a buyer, the goods can be transferred to any person who presents a receipt or other document indicating the conclusion of an agreement or registration of delivery of goods (clause 2 of Article 499 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Ownership rights to goods under contracts that include a condition for their delivery by the seller are transferred from the seller to the buyer at the moment the goods are delivered to the buyer.

The possibility of consumer refusal of the product is stipulated in paragraph 4 of Art. 26.1 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 14 days.

Return of a product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved. The consumer’s absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the goods does not deprive him of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of goods from this seller.

At the same time, the consumer does not have the right to refuse a product of proper quality that has individually defined properties if the specified product can be used exclusively by the consumer purchasing it.

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the seller’s expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than thirty days from the date the consumer submits the corresponding demand (if an examination is necessary - within 40 days ).

In case of exchange and return, the shipping cost is paid by the Client. If you received a low-quality product or were delivered something other than what you ordered, the cost of return is paid by the online store.

If disputes arise regarding the quality of the goods or the reasons for the occurrence of defects in the goods, the seller accepts the goods of inadequate quality from the buyer and conducts an examination. The buyer has the right to participate in checking the quality of the goods and challenge the examination conclusion in court.
