Rules of conduct in the forest

Reminders for parents

Comrade parents, please teach these rules to your child.

  1. Know how to behave in the forest, on a walk, outside the city: do not shout, do not scare wild animals. They love good children.
  2. Do not pick the flowers, hundreds of people will follow you, and they will also be pleased to see the flowers.
  3. Do not break trees in vain, do not cut them. This causes them to dry out and die.
  4. Do not catch butterflies, ants and other animals for fun.
  5. Don't litter in the forest. Clean up your trash and glassware.
    A fire in the forest can start from a thrown piece of glass.

We hope your child will learn these rules with your help!

During the fire season in the forest it is prohibited:

  • throw burning matches and cigarette butts;
  • use when hunting wads from flammable materials;
  • leave rags oiled or soaked in gasoline in the forest;
  • refuel fuel tanks of running car engines;
  • leave bottles or glass fragments;
  • make fires in places with dry grass;
  • burn the grass under the trees, in the clearings, the stubble in the fields.

Actions upon detection of a fire

If a source of a small ground fire is found, it is necessary to try to extinguish it using improvised means (a broom made of green branches, burlap, clothes, earth). After putting out a small fire, do not leave until you are sure that the fire will not flare up again.

If you cannot fight the fire, then you need to urgently leave the fire zone, warning the people you meet about the danger of fire. The speed of a pedestrian is 80 meters per minute, and the speed of a ground fire is 1-3 meters. It is almost impossible to escape from a crown fire. Shelter from fire should be on islands, shallows, bare areas of swamps, on rocky peaks above forest level, on glaciers.

It is necessary to go to the windward side perpendicular to the edge of the fire along the clearings, roads, banks of streams and rivers. In case of strong smoke, the mouth and nose should be covered with a wet cotton-gauze bandage, a towel, and a piece of clothing.

After leaving the fire zone, report the location, size and nature of the fire to the administration of the settlement, the forestry or fire department, as well as to the local population. When an underground (peat) fire is detected, it is necessary to quickly leave the dangerous place, using a pole to constantly probe the peat soil.

We make a fire. Getting into the forest, tourists and lovers of outdoor recreation are required to know and comply with the requirements of fire safety in the forest, take care of nature and not cause damage to it. A fire for cooking and heating should be located in an open meadow. The place for making a fire must be ringed with a mineralized (i.e., cleaned to a mineral layer of soil) strip with a width of at least 0.75 - 1 m and provided with primary fire extinguishing equipment (2-3 shovels, buckets). It is strictly forbidden:

  • use flammable and combustible liquids to light a fire;
  • leave an unburned fire unattended;
  • use pyrotechnic products and other materials with a light effect.

After the fire must be carefully covered with earth or filled with water until the smoldering completely stops.

Firewood. If you plan to spend the night in the forest, then firewood should be prepared in advance. Do not cut live trees! It is better to stock up on deadwood, since in our coniferous forests, cones that give a good heat can easily pass for it.

Garbage. What to do with garbage, everyone decides for himself. But remember that if you do not clean up after yourself, the next time you go out into nature, you risk not finding a clean resting place. It is not recommended to burn garbage made of plastic, polyethylene and other similar materials, it is better to bury it. But paper wrappers, napkins, cloth rags can be burned.

Saving the lost is the work of the lost himself!

Summer and autumn are the time when nature generously begins to endow us with mushrooms and berries. Many rush to the forest to collect these gifts in order to prepare them for the winter, or sell them. In any case, heading into the forest, you must remember the rules of safe behavior. When picking mushrooms or berries, you need to be careful not to harm nature, and most importantly, you should observe the measure. It is easy to get lost if you are fascinated with harvesting the forest harvest.

So what to do if you get lost. First, don't panic. Take a few deep breaths, calm down and sit down to think. It is possible that, having stopped nervously rushing about and crunching leaves and branches under your feet, you will hear saving sounds, such as the voices of your companions, the distant train whistle, the noise of the highway. Or anything else that might help you find your way.

But if you do get lost, you will have to make an important decision, namely, whether you will stay in place or will get out on your own. In the first case, such a decision may be due to objective reasons such as trauma. Well, if you decide to get to civilization on your own, it would be useful to remember a few tips from professional rescuers:

Always go with the flow of water. That is, if you do not observe any river or spring nearby, then proceed as follows: pour some water on the ground and go in the direction where it will flow.

If you looked at the map before the trip and more or less imagine which way you need to go, remember several ways to navigate:

By the stars. Find the constellation Ursa Major, mentally draw a straight line upwards through the front edge of the bucket for 5 distances equal to this edge. At this point is the North Star, which points to the north.

For trees, moss and plants:

  • mosses and lichens grow on the north side of the trees;
  • annual rings on stumps are thicker on the south side;
  • crowns of trees on the south side are thicker.

By quarter columns. The quarterly pillar can be found at the intersection of 2 glades; it is a quadrangular wooden pole with numbered sides. The angle formed by the faces with the 2 smallest digits will point due north. This is the most reliable and accurate way to navigate.

In order to preserve the integrity of the connections of living things with the environment, animals and plants should be left in the usual conditions to which they have adapted.

Birds need space to fly. It is difficult for them to adapt to home conditions, so they quickly die. All animals live in a group or family, so there is no need to destroy this family. It is necessary to stop the misbehavior of children, to be able to explain why it is impossible to take an animal or plant out of its usual habitat.

Plant and animal life changes with the seasons. When communicating with living beings, it is important to take into account the peculiarities of their seasonal condition. In winter, plants are very fragile and unprotected than in summer, and it is not safe for them when children play close to the branches, they place snowy towns in place of a flower garden, lawn, or vegetable garden. In this case, tree branches break easily, and the soil is tightly compacted, wintering buds are damaged. Animals, especially turtles, hedgehogs, hamsters, are inactive or hibernating in winter. You should not disturb them, force them to move more actively. In the spring, animals are most mobile, and often aggressive, some can even bite. This should be taught to the child by adults.

Children, together with adults, should help living beings, satisfy their needs, taking into account the time of year:

Winter:

Make feeders and feed the birds, in severe frosts 3 times a day, after a snowfall, be sure to clean the feeders from snow;

Cover the roots of bushes and trees with snow;

Water indoor plants less often;

Feed animals with vitamin food.

Spring:

Make birdhouses for birds and hang them in yards, parks to attract birds;

Remove rotted leaves;

Trim dry branches from shrubs and trees;

Pour earth to the bushes;

Plant seeds with children;

Plant plants in flower beds.

In summer:

Water plants in the garden and flower beds;

Weed and thin out plants;

loosen the earth;

On hot days, water bowls can be prepared for birds.

Autumn:

Collect plant seeds for planting next year;

Feed perennial plants;

Cover the roots of plants for the winter;

Prepare bird feeders.

One of the important rules is to take care of your health (in winter, dress warmly, do not drink cold water outdoors, do not eat snow, close indoor doors to keep warm; in spring and autumn, try not to get your feet wet; in summer, do not overheat in the sun). Follow the rules of behavior in extreme situations typical of the season: in case of hail, quickly hide under a canopy, in case of ice, do not run, look under your feet and take small steps, or bypass icy places.

Earth - common Home of all living things, and man is one of its inhabitants, interconnected with others.

Let's follow the rules prescribed by nature.

RULES OF BEHAVIOR IN NATURE:

1. Do not break the branches of trees and shrubs.

2. Do not damage the bark of trees.

3. Do not tear in the forest, in the meadow of flowers.

4. Edible berries, nuts, collect so as not to damage the branches.

5. Do not catch butterflies, bumblebees, dragonflies and other insects.

6. Do not ruin anthills.

7. Take care of frogs, toads and their tadpoles.

8. Stay away from bird nests.

9. Do not destroy bird nests.

10. Do not leave garbage in the forest, park, meadow, river.

Tree, grass and bird

They don't always know how to defend themselves.

If they are destroyed

On the planet we will be alone

We want the birds to sing

So that the forests around rustle,

To have blue skies.

Ecological fairy tale "Let's save the forest!"

Tishka the bear cub and his friend Krosh the bunny lived in an amazing forest. This forest was just magical! The pines in it stood up to the very sky, and what kind of berry clearings were in it. And all the animals, birds in this forest had fun. Once Tishka and Krosh went to pick blackberries at their mother's request. They ran merrily along the paths, chatting and laughing. Here the animals picked up a basket of berries and went home, they were so happy and in a hurry to boast to their mother that they managed so quickly. But something happened! Krosh screamed loudly and fell to the ground. Tishka ran up to a friend and saw that Krosh had pierced his paw on a tin can! This jar was left by people after their vacation. Silence, immediately rushed for help. Poor hare, the wolf doctor bandaged his paw and prescribed bed rest. Tishka visited Krosh every day and brought him goodies. And soon friends again together ran along the paths. Suddenly they found themselves in a clearing where they always picked blackberries, but what happened? The meadow is no more! She's been burned to the ground! And everywhere matches and garbage. Again, people didn’t clean up after themselves, Tishka thought. Friends were very upset and walked home sad. And every day in our forest it became sadder and scarier to live. Squirrels and birds left the forest in search of new homes. What happened? Why are they leaving? Krosh asked his mother. And what happened was that big cars arrived and knocked down the trees in which animals and birds lived. Probably we will soon have to leave, my mother said. Krosh did not want to leave his beloved forest, and most of all he did not want to part with his friend Tishka. But the man did not leave a choice to the animals, he did everything so that the animals would leave the forest! He cut down forests, polluted clearings with waste, burned forests and hunted animals. Tishka and Krosh were frightened by such actions of people and did not understand why their house was being destroyed and why? And people, meanwhile, continued to destroy nature! The animals left this once magical corner of the earth, and there was no trace left of the forest. The man has destroyed the forest! Guys, let's appreciate nature, protect and protect it from garbage, fires and poaching

1

Take care of these lands, these waters,

Even a small bylinochku loving.

Take care of all the animals inside nature,

Kill only the beasts within you!
