Treatment by walking barefoot on nettles. Walking barefoot. Unique healing properties of nettle

WALKING BAREFOOT. BENEFITS OR HARM?

How good it is that there are people who, with an open soul, with wide eyes, with admiration, rejoicing like a child, perceive the manifestations of the world around them! Many of them see the meaning of life in the knowledge of the world. I am by nature when meeting with interesting information I try to test it on myself, “pass through myself”. Watching the old people living nearby, I try to understand the secret of their longevity. What was their childhood like? Hungry, barefoot, and they ran with their bare feet everywhere and everywhere - both in the field on the grass wet from morning dew, and in the forest along cool forest paths and stones overgrown with moss. Without hesitation, I decided to conduct my "investigation". His results exceeded all my expectations. I have long wanted to try walking barefoot in the summer, but something constantly interfered - either the weather does not allow, or I simply forgot about my intention. This time, having gathered all my will into a fist, I promised myself to leave the summer without shoes. But on the very first day, a problem arose: when there is soft green grass under bare feet, it is a pleasure to walk on it, another thing is when you walk the usual route without shoes and there is a pebble under a tender foot - you already squat from unexpected pain. But what is surprising is that as soon as you return to your usual shoes, you begin to understand that you want to take off your shoes and again get great pleasure from walking barefoot.

After analyzing my feelings and sensations, I identified three reasons for the usefulness of walking barefoot:

First: soft, cool, sometimes even rough grass causes a feeling of a deeper perception of the surrounding world. It seems that a new sense organ has appeared. It's a pity that over time you get used to it, and this feeling loses its novelty and becomes not so bright.

Second: foot massage. Each touch of a blade of grass, a pebble and even a small grain of sand massages and relaxes the feet, this is the most natural, natural massage.

Third: interaction with the frequencies of the Earth. I cannot explain it scientifically, but I really felt that they are. Our grandparents ran barefoot, and the only shoes for them were bast shoes. Civilization shod us in rubber shoes, and covered the earth with a roadbed, thereby destroying the last thread of connection with nature.

If you want to forget about all the diseases - regularly walk through the dew before going to bed, and not only in summer, but before the first snow. Moreover, as the old people teach, after walking barefoot, let the water dry naturally, in no case wipe your feet, this will help you get rid of swelling and many diseases. And be sure to try walking barefoot in the snow - it's just incredible! When you dive into a warm bed, there will be a pleasant tingling and relief, as if you had dropped weights from your feet.

Try it and you won't regret it. The usefulness of walking barefoot has been proven by many generations - on ancient monuments, icons and frescoes, people are depicted without shoes. Of course, in the cities this is not possible, and in the countryside it is sometimes difficult: during a night walk I decided to run, as in childhood, barefoot through the nettles. The sensations are indescribable - I want to shout enthusiastically, energy and joy just splash out of my chest. Only when I ran, I noticed that I had injured my leg - there was a lot of broken glass in the grass. Well, nothing, the leg will heal quickly.

Do you still doubt the usefulness of walking barefoot? You don’t have to answer, for a minute feel in yourself all those feelings that I felt, that joy that did not fit in my chest and don’t think for a long time - just try

During military campaigns, Caesar's legionnaires escaped the cold by "goading" themselves with stinging nettle shoots. Until now, by the method of "striving" - lightly beating the diseased places with nettles - sciatica and arthritis are treated in the villages. The method, of course, is not very pleasant, but effective. After all, it’s not for fun that village milkmaids, whose fingers are disfigured by arthritis, harvest nettles with their bare hands all spring and summer. It's just that people have noticed that nettle burning relieves pain in the hands. By the way, such a Spartan method of treatment is also indicated for rheumatism, gout, and even paralysis. From a scientific point of view, the use of nettle in the treatment of these diseases can reduce pain in the joints due to the content of formic acid, histamine and a complex of vitamins and microelements in the plant.

With arthritis and polyarthritis, which affects a significant part of the population today, one or more joints are affected. Unfortunately, there is no single effective treatment for these diseases. Anton Vasilyevich Chernikov from Kaluga shares his recipe for treating heel spurs.

“I read somewhere a prescription for the treatment of heel spurs. I tried it myself and I think it's very good. I suffered from spurs for almost 20 years and for the first time felt relief.

The essence of the treatment is very simple. It is necessary to collect the May nettle, grind it in a meat grinder, put a layer of 1 cm on the velvety side of the burdock. At night, wrap the heel with this puff compress, cover with polyethylene, secure with a bandage and put on a sock. I did such a compress all May, and there was a noticeable relief. The recommendation said that only May nettle is suitable for treatment, maybe this is so, but then I did compresses all summer, however, only from young leaves, for which I regularly mowed my cherished nettle meadow so that the young mass would grow. And as a result - all autumn and winter I walked without any problems, I even began to forget about the pain that had tormented me for many years.

My grandmother treated her sore feet in a very peculiar way with the help of nettles. Starting in May, she tore nettles, dried them slightly in the sun so that they would not “bite” too much, and put them in felt boots, which she put on her bare feet. And so it went all day long. Was it not thanks to such treatment that she lived to almost a hundred years on her own legs and never went to the doctors? And her hands, disfigured by arthritis during the war, served her without fail, perhaps because from spring to autumn she tore nettles with her bare hands for livestock and poultry.

For pain in the joints and spine, you can apply compresses from nettle extract or alcohol infusion. It is also recommended to drink nettle juice, include young nettles in the spring-summer diet.

There are people who look at everything with wide eyes. They, despite their age, like children rejoice at every manifestation of the reality surrounding them. These are those who have chosen their meaning in life. So I, when I meet with interesting information, just can not wait to check it. I have been wondering for a long time what is the secret of the longevity of the old people living nearby. After all, all their childhood they ran barefoot through forests and meadows, often malnourished. Walking barefoot as a child is their most vivid memory. Intrigued by this, I decided to "dig deeper." And here's what came out of it.

Even this winter, I firmly decided to leave the summer without shoes. But then the weather did not allow, or even completely forgot about his intention. This word should be kept, especially if you gave it to yourself. No sooner said than done. Now everywhere only walking barefoot. When you walk barefoot on the grass, it is pleasant and not at all annoying, but when you are faced with the need to walk the usual route without shoes, it becomes somehow uncomfortable. The skin of the feet is very delicate, and any pebble under the foot causes pain.]]>But this is only the first time. Then Walking barefoot begins to bring great pleasure. It is necessary to get into the usual shoes, as you experience discomfort. As a result of my conclusions, I came to the conclusion that walking barefoot is beneficial for three reasons:

First: at the very beginning there is a feeling of a deeper perception of the world around. It feels like a new sense organ has appeared. You walk on the grass - it is cool and wet, on the ground - it is warm and cold, sometimes rough and smooth, the dust is soft and hot from the sun. It’s an incredible feeling, it’s a pity that over time you get used to it and almost don’t notice it ...

Second: foot massage. The most natural, natural massage. This natural massage is where the benefits of walking barefoot lie.. Each pebble, blade of grass, grain of sand massages and relaxes the feet. In general, such walking is a joy.

Third: interaction with the frequencies of the Earth. These are precisely the frequencies whose existence is usually denied. I don't know how to prove it experimentally, but you can really feel what they are. Being in shoes, especially in rubber (which, by the way, is an excellent dielectric), you feel like a fetus in the womb, deprived of connection with it through the umbilical cord. And this is not an exaggeration.

It is worth getting used to walking barefoot, as it is clearly felt. No wonder our grandparents ran barefoot all their childhood, and the only shoes for them were bast shoes. The tree perfectly passes the life-giving frequencies of the Earth. The total transition to rubber shoes destroyed the last thread of communication with nature. This, and also an incomprehensible desire to cover every meter of land in the city with a roadbed, gives rise to a whole series.

It is impossible to put into words those the feeling you get when you walk barefoot in the dew. As the old people taught, after such a walk, you should never wipe your feet. Let the water dry naturally. Such walks relieve swelling, inflammation and many leg diseases. Once upon a time, I used this method as the initial stage of hardening. It is worth walking regularly in the dew before going to bed, as almost all diseases should be forgotten. And this should be done not only in summer, but up to the first snow.

Speaking of snow. Have you ever practiced walking barefoot in the snow? It's just incredible! What a pleasant tingle you feel when you climb into a warm bed. And immediately, incredible relief, as if weights had been thrown off my feet. Such walking is also very effective hardening. Try it, try everything - you won't regret it.

During yesterday's night walk, I climbed barefoot into nettles. Feelings indescribable! Like a child, I ran through the dew with bare, burned feet after my dog. Feelings like in childhood: a lot of energy, I want to run, jump, somersault, scream, wave my arms (which I did)! And behind these sensations, I didn’t notice how I hurt my leg - broken glass was thrown in a shaft ... Probably today I will have to walk in shales ... Well, nothing - the wound will heal quickly.

So stop thinking about whether it's good to walk barefoot or not. Don't think - just try! Or do you need the opinion of an authoritative specialist who, having shifted his glasses on his nose, mumbles something from the TV screen? Okay, don't answer. It was a rhetorical question...

Absolutely agree! Walking barefoot strongly energizes the body, it is very similar to acupuncture. After all, there are a lot of active zones on the feet and, massaging them by walking on the ground, with its pebbles, herbs, etc., it has a very good effect on all body systems.

Thanks for the article! I myself have started walking barefoot this summer! Here's something else I'll notice: with the transition to CE, the feet stopped hurting, even if you walk barefoot on the stones! No discomfort, just pleasure!
Thank you for the site as a whole, a lot of information 'wound on my mustache'.

My friend's mother has been walking barefoot since 1997! I gave all my shoes to the orphanage, and makes my daughter walk barefoot all summer!
She sells hats in the market, where no one will forbid her to work barefoot or not! So, according to her words, even more clients come to her - I want to buy a hat from a barefoot merchant :)))
I myself tried it in September - on asphalt, at first it was terribly sharp, then I get used to it and I don’t want to put on shoes ... I walk barefoot around the apartment, in the summer I try to take off my shoes on vacation, but only if possible

Everything in the article is correct. As children, we tried to run barefoot even when the snow had not completely melted in the spring. And in the summer we didn’t know what shoes were at all. Legs, of course, were often injured by glass or simply stumbled about some object. All the treatment was carried out by ourselves: they covered the wound with dust from the road and continued to play. Football was only allowed to be played barefoot in order to keep the ball. But that was 70 years ago.

And every day I run barefoot in the snow. Just because you like it. My body already demands it. Indescribable feelings!!! =)
I study, and here - in college and in a hostel - there are people who say “you will lose your legs”, “you will get sick”, “you will remain without heels” and “Why?”
It's more than minus thirty outside today. It didn't stop me. But for the first time I thought: “Can it really be harmful to run barefoot in the snow ??? How???"
So... I won't listen to anyone. Thank you very much for the article.

Hello, dear editors of a wonderful newspaper! My name is Galina Vladimirovna, sixty-five years old, pensioner. I got acquainted with your newspaper a long time ago, immediately fell in love with it and have not parted with it for a year now. I look forward to each new issue - and there I read, study people's experience, systematize by disease.

For a long time I did not dare to write to you, because my thoughts were all confused, and now I’m worried, because I don’t know how to describe beautifully, even though I love to write letters. But I'll tell you a story from my own life.

You correctly write that you can find a medicinal herb for any disease. For example, we used to keep pigs, and they, as you know, are very fond of the “evil” nettle grass. So far, I’ve been picking this grass, although I myself am wearing mittens, but I still shake hands strongly. His hands were covered with blisters, baked and itched as if someone had pricked them with needles. After that, the nettle also had to be cut from a large trough, and mixed with porridge with “bare hands” in order to feed the piglets and give the bird. Useful nettle, oh, how useful, and especially for young animals. Although you can't get in trouble with her. So, twice a day, she went and bowed to the nurse, until the nettles were narva for the cattle.

And at that time I had Raynaud's disease of the fourth degree, when I could not feel eight fingers on both hands, and they were waxy white (especially in winter). Well, like a dead man. She suffered and cried. The doctors could not really help me, although I myself worked as a secretary-typist and medical registrar in a city hospital. No mittens, socks (and my big toes were white!) Saved me, my hands and feet were so cold, and constantly.

And then somehow by chance I found out that it is nettle that helps with Raynaud's disease, so I looked at this grass in a completely different way, I tried to pick it up as much as possible with my bare hands. I just want to warn you right away that for the treatment of nettles you need to have willpower, patience, a desire to help yourself, and also faith in healing. Yes, it hurts when the skin burns, bakes and itches (I didn’t feel my hands for weeks - I repaired such hellish torments for myself). All arms and legs were combed. And at night she did foot baths: half a bucket of chopped nettles, a kettle of boiling water, next to a bucket of cold water (alternating hot and cold water). After the baths, I wrapped my legs well until the morning.

And in our yard, knotweed grew, on which in the morning I walked with bare feet in the dew, and in the afternoon in socks. And somehow I’m walking along knotweed and I feel that my legs have come to life! Became a normal color and warm to the touch. And hands too! And all this thanks to the fire-grass! I would be glad if my story helps other people.

P.S. I also want to add that the juicy fresh greens of the leaves and young stalks of the nettle are suitable for cabbage soup and borscht. 30 g of nettle greens per day provide a person with carotene and vitamin C. Nettle increases the amount of hemoglobin, erythrocytes and leukocytes. A person becomes vigorous, the heart improves its work, the composition of the blood improves, movements become light. And sclerosis is gone!

In Sochi, documentary filmmaker Marina Razbezhkina brought her new feature film Yar, based on a story by Sergei Yesenin, to Kinotavr.

Russian newspaper: Marina Alexandrovna, why exactly Yesenin's "Yar", a story not known to the general reader?

Marina Razbezhkina: Even at school, we were divided into fans of Yesenin and Mayakovsky. I strongly disliked Yesenin. When I was five years old, I was often sick, I had a fever, heat, I jumped up and shouted: "Turn around on the march! / Verbal slander is not the place. / Hush, speakers!

Your word, / comrade Mauser. "What attracted me so much in these lines, I don’t know, probably, the rhythm. But Mayakovsky was much closer to Yesenin to me even in high school. I first read Yesenin’s prose at the university. And then I realized that he is a genius.A 20-year-old boy who had just left the village, found himself in a different social and cultural environment, was able in his first story to tell about the most sick person in Russian life.

Yar is a place that the heroes of history cannot part with. If they leave, they will die. The only one who wants to break out of Yar is Karev, who does not just want to leave, but is trying to define himself as an independent person. But his departure causes the death of people dear to him, his beloved Lipa, who cannot be "cut down" from Yar - the roots hold.

Having told the story of Karev, who, of course, is the alter ego of the poet himself, Yesenin passed like a knife through the root issues of Russian culture: Orthodoxy, autocracy, nationality, family.

WG: But these are the root things that we don't have today. What then is Yar's message?

Razbezhkina: I don't like this word - message. Did not think about it. Well, if you insist ... The right to a free choice made by a small person, weak and not at all flawless.

WG: On the one hand, the classics always talk about the "little man". But on the other hand, we grew up on Soviet culture, which, on the contrary, put such personalities as Chapaev, Maresyev on a pedestal.

Razbezhkina: These are not personalities - these are Heroes. The personality could only be heroic. It could exist only in a situation where a feat was accomplished. The fact that a person can exist outside this extreme field was said extremely little and artistically indistinct.

WG: Was it difficult to select actors for such a "village" picture?

Razbezhkina: For me it was the first experience of working with professional actors. In my previous film "Harvest Time" only one professional actress Luda Motornaya starred. A wonderful, in my opinion, actress, it’s a pity that her creative life is not going very well so far: she left the Dodinsky theater and now does not work either in the theater or in the cinema.

WG: But you didn't take her to Yar.

Razbezhkina: It's such a scum of the profession when you need a very specific actor, and nothing else matters. So, in Harvest Time, Luda had to integrate into the style of the picture and work with non-professional types who have their own "secrets" of persuasiveness on the screen.

WG: And what kind of actors did you need for "Yar"?

Razbezhkina: Which would literally physiologically fit into the space that we created with the cameraman Ira Uralskaya and our entire group ... And it doesn’t matter to me that one of the actors hasn’t been playing for a long time, but picks up cigarette butts in the studio. I needed just such an alcoholic with such a seal of fate on his face. I'm interested in him as a person.

WG: In this sense, a documentary filmmaker works in you. And then you have an artist, as it were, a "one-time use".

Razbezhkina: I am one of those bad directors who want to shoot actors once. Of course, this is a wrong position. In fact, I am interested in personal actors, such as Oleg Borisov, Solonitsyn, Kaidanovsky - actors who powerfully live on the screen not only the life of their hero, but also their own. It is extremely important for me that every person whom I call for a picture is humanly interesting to me. And he did not fill his void with the role he received.

WG: This is back to the question of personality.

Razbezhkin: Yes, they were individuals, they existed as individuals, and it was interesting to watch. As soon as personalities disappear, only professionals remain. And I'm not interested in them.

WG: But nevertheless, you found a performer for the role of Karev - it was Mikhail Evlanov, who said about himself: "the search for oneself was painful, but bright." And what about the actress for the role of his beloved Lipa, who remains with all her roots in Yar?

Razbezhkina: When we watched the girls for the role of Lipa, I asked them to tell about their first love - that they were supposed to play in Yar. And all these girls spoke in such a stereotyped way, as if they had read about it in a bad book. But Polina Filonenko is a completely different matter. She was surprisingly visibly able to convey her feelings that she experienced when she fell in love with a boy at the age of 14, and he left her, and she cut her veins. Thank God, she did it unsuccessfully - she just grabbed a knife and cut it on her arm. And then she told how the skin peeled back on the cut, how blood came out. And it was so tangible and visible that I realized that we found Lipa. At the same time, she was absolutely sincere, did not seek to please.

WG: Someone said that life is not so much an event as an attitude towards them. There may be a life that is not rich in events, but a person lives in his inner world.

Razbezhkin: Yes, it is very important, and for an actor too, to live real life, and postpone, store the experience gained somewhere in the sensory system. You know, at one time I worked in a newspaper, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War often came to us. All their stories boiled down to the same thing: "And we went forward, for the Motherland, for Stalin ..." And when I asked to remember something ordinary, human: "What did you eat at the front, how did you live there?", - they were madly offended. It seemed to them not significant, and they forgot about it. All that remained in their memory was: "For the Motherland, for Stalin." Everything else has been erased. And so the story is gone. After all, the history of the Great Patriotic War practically disappeared due to the fact that the big pseudo-history replaced the real small one.
