3.4. Separator mechanisms must be interlocked with the grinding unit, loading and unloading devices. The locking system should exclude breakages on interlocked mechanisms.

3.5. Separator air ducts, vehicles and other mechanisms of the grinding unit must ensure that the separated material is not released into the workshop room.

3.6. When servicing separators, it is prohibited:

Work with open doors of the separator;

Throw garbage into the separator when cleaning the premises or during repair work;

Open inspection hatches;

Stuff and tighten seals;

During the cleaning of platforms, stairs, it is forbidden to throw down garbage, any objects;

Work without personal protective equipment;

touch with hands, clothes or any other objects to the moving parts of the equipment;

Remove protective and enclosing devices;

Lean on and sit on fences, railings, casings;

Regulate any mechanisms (separators, fans, airslides, elevators, etc.);

Use for lighting a torch or a portable lamp with a voltage above 12 V.

3.7. Wipe up spilled oils immediately. Cover the place filled with oil with sand or sawdust, and then remove it with a scraper and a broom.

3.8. Repair or cleaning work inside the separator must be carried out according to the work permit.

3.9. Before repairing or cleaning, you must:

Develop material;

Disconnect the electric motor of the fan and the separator from the mains, put on the starting devices prohibitory safety signs "Do not turn on - people are working!".

3.10. Follow the warning signs of danger, observe personal safety measures.

3.11. The equipment must be stopped when:

Threat of an accident or accident;

Faulty sound and light alarm system;

Switching off the lighting of the workshop;

The threat of blockage of the separator;

Identification of equipment malfunctions, the operation of which is prohibited by the rules of technical operation.

4. REQUIREMENTS FOR LABOR PROTECTION IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

4.1. In the event of the circumstances specified in clause 3.11, it is necessary to stop work and inform the foreman or shop manager about this.

4.2. In the event of a fire, it is necessary to stop the equipment, completely de-energize the installation, call the fire brigade, inform the foreman or head of the workshop, and take measures to extinguish the fire using the available means.

5. REQUIREMENTS FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY AFTER THE END OF WORK

5.1. Before the end of the shift, clean the workplace. It is forbidden to wipe railings, work platforms, stairs with rags moistened with fuels and lubricants, as well as to clean with compressed air.

5.2. Put hand tools and inventory in order, put them in the designated place. The tool or inventory damaged during the shift must be repaired independently or handed over to the shift foreman for repair.

5.3. Put the used cleaning material in the designated place.

5.4. Familiarize the shifter with all the problems that occurred during the operation of the equipment during the shift, make an appropriate entry in the shift acceptance and delivery log, report to the foreman or shop manager.

5.5. If the shifter does not appear, report to the foreman or shift supervisor and follow his instructions in the future.

5.6. After the end of the shift, check the condition of overalls, footwear and other personal protective equipment. Cleaning of overalls with flammable solvents is prohibited. Place overalls, footwear and protective equipment in a special cabinet. Take a shower.
