I. Ppreparatory actions
1. Check the current version of ARM.

Copy files with updates armotkaz_1.2.2.zip, armotkaz_1.2.3.zip, armotkaz_1.3.zip to the directory C:\comita\armotkaz\UPGRADE.
2. Run the program AWP FM Module "Otkaz-M" (4077-U). Enter username and password

1. Setting up the workstation
Select the menu item Settings\Account settings.
If the “no encryption” mode is used in the workstation, there is no need to check the settings.
At the moment, the decryption of registers is carried out with the key 7007942009, and the KA is stamped on the receipt with the key corresponding to the KA key of the CIPF "Verba-OW" of your institution, intended for interaction with the federal services of Russia.

2. The “Bank of Russia” tab indicates the keys used to encrypt and establish the CA by the Bank of Russia (Fig. 2).
At the moment, registries are encrypted by the Bank of Russia with the key 7008942009, and the KA is set with the key 700894200901.

2. Obtaining a register.
Depending on the mode used, with or without encryption:
2.1 No encryption mode
2.1.1 In the %exchange directory%\CBRF\BANK (where the %exchange directory% can be viewed in the Settings\Account Settings\Transport Settings button), place the decrypted file received through the channels of the Bank of Russia, with the CA removed, for example, CB_ES550P_YYYYMMDD_NNN. xml, where YYYYMMDD is the date the file was generated, NNN is the file number on the day it was created.
2.1.2 Launch the workstation if it is not already running and perform the "Send\Receive" procedure.

2.2 Mode using encryption procedure

3. After this setting, do the following:

4. Copy the folder OPENKEY(Fig. 5) to a similar folder of "catalogues of private keys and directories" for the key 7007-942009-01

7. The request to sign the handbook must be answered positively.

9. Close the program RMP Verba-OW.
10. Run Workstation "RMP Verba-OW" using bank key for signing information (KA settings).
11. Keys 700894200901 must be added to the directory.
12. By analogy with items 3.1-3.2 (Fig. 4), open the folder according to the path specified in the field Catalog with directories of public EDS keys
13. Copy the folder FAXKEY(fig.4) to the program directory ..\ armotkaz\Verba.
