Podnyuk Sergey Sergeevich (sermons). Pavlenko Sergey from Kharkov Sermons of Sergey Pavlenko

Our goal in this presentation, which covers so many issues of God's economy, and, perhaps, seemed too long to someone, was to share with you God's precious revelations about who Jesus, the son of Mary, called Christ, the carpenter from Nazareth, who showed us Father. So -
He was God.
He was a Man.
He was God having human flesh.
He was a Man with the Holy Spirit.

We hope that after all this long story, you have learned at least a little more about what the Lord God means by the word “Man”. Let's summarize what has been written.
Through the Fall in the Garden of Eden, man became infinitely far from God. The human race itself has undergone a colossal modification both in its physical-carnal part and in its spiritual-mental component. But the Lord God allowed all this, moreover, all this happened according to His Plan, in order to show the immensity and incomprehensibility of His Divine Love for us. He "sowed" His seed in His sons and daughters in the fields of this world, hiding, for the time being, His election under the veil of human flesh. In the flesh, bearing in itself the seed of His enemy, which is contrary to Him and alien to Him. And to show all His Love and all His Power, He made a promise of another Seed, which was Christ.

1.1. Divine nature of Jesus Christ.

The Scripture says that in Christ the Lord God Himself was revealed to people. So who is Christ? Second Angle of the Divine Triangle? The second part of the "Holy Trinity"? - The doctrine of the Trinity, “ birthmark” many denominations - there is absolutely unbiblical, but philosophical and human, introduced into church use by theologians who do not know God, but are strong in Greek-Roman polytheism at the end of the 4th century. We don't see it as undeserving. But it was the Lord God Himself, the One God, the True God, the God of spirits and all flesh, who Himself came by His Holy Spirit (for He is the Spirit, the eternal “I Am”) into the human body and revealed Himself to people. When He was here on Earth, He was the Son, not in the sense of being separated or reflecting a part of God, but the Son by the fact of BIRTH. There is no Eternal Son. He was not in Heaven before the birth of Jesus on Earth, and after the death of Jesus, the Eternal Son did not appear in Heaven. Only God is eternal. Coming to this earth from His great Timelessness, He incarnated in a man and became a temporary Wanderer on this earth, like each of the people. To understand this, one does not need to graduate from theological faculties - one needs to receive a revelation from Him on His Word, for He wrote all this in His Bible. And Sonship could be applied ONLY to our time period of space-time. There, in Heaven, we will not see the Son sitting next to the Father - no. We will see the Father, who here on Earth was the Son. The Father who dwells in the Deep is not something separate from the Father! This is the Father. He who has the Spirit, let him understand. How simply the teacher explained it

John 14:8,9

There is only One Lord, who is God. It's just His Name, by which He was known to Abraham and the patriarchs. This word occurs in the Bible in relation to God more than 3200 times! Under His Name Yahweh (Jehovah) he revealed himself to Moses. Under the Name of Sabaoth He was known through the mouths of his prophets. But He fulfilled his saving mission by revealing himself to people under the Name Jesus (Yeshua, Yehoshua). This is His New Testament Name. And when we say we believe in Jesus Christ, it does not negate faith in the God of Abraham, or the God of Moses, or the God of Jeremiah. Christians believe in the same God of Israel, who was worshiped by Moses, and David, and Daniel, and Paul, and Peter, and Mary, and John, and all of them. And there is only One God. God of the Bible. God of the Old Testament. God of the New Testament.
After all, this is Commandment No. 1 (Deut. 5:6,6:4). And there is no other god.
And He alone is our Savior. This is known to every Orthodox Jew, who despises Christians as pagans who do not believe in One God, but worship an invented polytheism called the Trinity. And the man Jesus of Nazareth was God incarnate, God come in the flesh.

1 Timothy 3:16
And unquestioningly - the great piety mystery:
God appeared in the flesh, justified Himself in the Spirit,
Showed Himself to the Angels, preached to the nations,
Accepted by faith in the world, ascended in glory.

If we believe the Bible, then we must believe that in the person of Jesus Christ God has appeared to us, God come in the flesh. This absolute biblical statement raises a lot of questions that testify to the absence of knowledge of God. We list the most frequently asked questions.

Question: If God was in Jesus Christ on Earth, then who was in Heaven?
Answer: The Father was in Heaven. The spiritual world must be judged by spiritual categories, and not by our human mind, limited by this world. If the Holy Spirit is in brother Peter and sister Tatiana, and He is also in all the members of the Body of Christ, then for some reason no one thinks that there is more than one Holy Spirit? He is the Spirit, He permeates the entire universe, while not dividing and not fragmenting. He simultaneously dwells in all His people all over the face of the Earth. We cannot be in Kharkov and Moscow at the same time due to our human limitations. He can simultaneously dwell in Heaven, fill the whole universe with Himself, dwell on Earth in His Only Begotten Son, be on His servant John the Baptist, fill Anna and Simeon with prophecies. And at the same time be the One and Only God-Spirit. The thesis that "God left Heaven to save the sinful Earth" is evangelistically very successful and squeezes out a tear from the evangelized, but from the point of view of Truth it is wrong.
We also see this in the Old Testament, for example, when the Pillar of Fire led the Israelites through the wilderness. And the Lord God said that it would be His Angel, that His Name was placed in This Angel, and that, finally, it was Himself. And no one thinks that if God led the Jews through the desert land, then there must have been anarchy in heaven.
God is indivisible, i.e. He is omnipresent—being everywhere, at the same time, in all His fullness.

Question: Did not three men come to Abraham when God appeared to him?
Answer: Verily, there were three husbands. But only One of them was God. To Him alone, Abraham turned with a proposal: “Lord (not lords)! If I have gained favor, etc.” This can be seen if one carefully reads the text of Scripture. Also, when TWO angels went to Sodom, ONE stayed to talk to Abraham. This One was God. With Him, Abraham bargained for the souls of the righteous from Sodom. After all, who did the corrupted people of Sodom want to "know"? Son and Holy Spirit? Or Father and Son when the Holy Spirit spoke to Abraham? The Trinity theory is simply blasphemous. It may be that the paintings and engravings on the theme “The appearance of the Trinity to Abraham at the oak forest of Mamre” have cultural value, but their images of three identical angels with wings do not correspond to the Truth of the Holy Scriptures.

Question: To whom, then, did Jesus Christ pray? Did God pray to God?
Answer: Jesus Christ, while on this earth, dwelt in human nature, and like any MAN, he needed mercy and prayers to God. We have already talked a little about this. As God, He accepted the worship of Himself. Like God, He forgave sins. As God He raised the dead. As God obeyed the elements. As a man, he got tired. As a man He needed sleep. As a man, He needed food, water, prayer.
When we confuse His divine and human nature, then we get that God prays to God, and man forgives sins.

Question: Jesus Christ said that "... My Father is greater than Me...". Are these two unequal Gods?
Answer: This is a question from the previous series. Being here on this earth in sinful human body, Jesus Christ became like each of us, became a man, so that we, humans, could inherit salvation. Of course, man is BELOW God in his physical nature. Moreover,
Phil.2:6-8
He, being the image of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God;
But he emptied himself, taking the form of a servant,
Having become in the likeness of men, and having become in appearance like a man;
He humbled Himself, being obedient even unto death, and the death of the cross.

He was not "below the Father" in His essence, since the nature of God was hidden under the human body. The image of God on earth was the Son, and not icons or Shrouds of Turin. He had glory before the foundation of the world (John 17:5), because He is God. Coming to this earth, He showed His Essence - humility, patience, obedience, meekness, abstinence, chastity, etc. - the qualities that He commanded us to have. Let us repeat, the humiliation of Jesus Christ was the humiliation of God and was revealed for our salvation, and was not the result of “unequal rights” or “official subordination” that exists in Heaven between the “persons of the Trinity”. You can look at the Scriptures, the phrase "Son of Man" is found there only in the Gospels (52 times) and denotes the state in which the Son of God was (29 times) on this earth. And whenever He spoke of Himself as the Son of Man, He spoke of His Messiahship and the suffering and glory associated with it. When it was said about the Son of God, it was connected with miracles, signs and powers that were manifested through Him.

Question: If Jesus is now at the right hand of the Throne of Glory, then who is sitting on the throne?
Answer: This question requires a certain knowledge of God and spiritual knowledge in order to accept the answer. On the throne of Glory now sits God, who has become our Father. At the right hand of the throne is the Son of God, who has become our Savior. He has not yet received all the glory, honor and praise that he is worthy to receive (Rev. 4:11). This will only happen after the rapture of the Church. Then the throne of the Glory of God will become the throne of the Glory of the Lamb (Rev. 22:1-3). The fact that both He who sits on the throne and the Lamb is One Person is evident from Rev. 5:1-6, where He sits on the throne, and the Lamb stands IN THE MIDDLE of the throne. Try to sit in a chair when your son is standing in the middle of it... In eternity, when our earthly world ceases to exist (Rev. 10:6), then the need for types and the need to describe spiritual things in carnal language will cease. It is then that EVERYONE will see that the Father, and the Son, and God, and the Spirit are ONE (1 Corinthians 15:28). And then there will be ONE throne (Rev.22:1,3), and the Name will be ONE (Zech.14:9).

Question: Jesus said: “…why do you call me good? Only God is good…”, i.e. Did Jesus himself say that he was not good (i.e. God)?
Answer: Jesus did not refuse to be recognized as “good” (i.e., God), as it might seem at first glance. Indeed, in all such cases, earlier and later, He did not refuse! Having asked the question: “Why do you call Me good?”, the Lord asked the questioner: “Are you yourself, comparing Me with God, sure that I am He?” As many then and now call Him their Master (Lord), but only in words. It turned out the same way then - when the Lord ordered this man to sell the estate, he departed. This was the price of the words "Good Teacher, what should I do ...". If you are addressing someone (in this case, Jesus Christ) as God, then be kind and follow his word as the Word of God.
You can, of course, ask a couple of hundred more questions. But I agree with the ancient wisdom that one fool can ask so many questions that even a hundred wise men cannot answer. I pointed out the most superficial questions that people ask who are unwilling to change their tribal Trinitarian faith to faith in the Word of God. Without faith in the Unity of the Godhead, it is impossible to know our Savior as He knew us, or as Paul knew him. Answer for yourself some questions:
Is Jesus Christ God? Yes or no?
Is there more than one God? Yes or no?
Is Jesus Christ Lord? Yes or no?
Is there more than one Lord? Yes or no?
Did Yahweh (Jehovah) speak of himself as a Savior? Yes or no?
Is Jesus Christ our Savior? Yes or no?
Did Yahweh (Jehovah) speak of Himself as the First and the Last? Yes or no?
Did Jesus Christ speak of himself as the First and the Last? Yes or no?

Of course, belief in the "Trinity" humanly easily explains some of the issues of Scripture, and few people care that these explanations are far from the Truth of the Word of God and, in essence, are antichrist. But:
John 7:17
Who wants to do His will,
He learns about this teaching, whether it is from God,
Or I speak for myself.

The Lord God Himself taught us, in strict accordance with His Word, that the Lord God Himself became our Savior, revealed to people through His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. And that this Jesus Christ, who lived on this earth 2,000 years ago, was God in the flesh.
This is the Mystery, the mystery of God, and the Father, and Christ (Col. 2:2), which consists in the fact that the Eternal God, who came to earth in the Son, who became our Savior, revealed himself to us, His chosen ones, as the Father.
It's always been crazy. This has always been the Stone from which the theologians and philosophers “tear their navels”. This has always silenced the Pharisees, the Sadukites, the scribes and the priests.
Ps. 109:1
The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand,
Until I make Your enemies Your footstool.

It is not STUDY by scientific theological methods, it is KNOWN as a revelation. And when smart, educated Pharisees meet with the One Who was the Revelation of the Father - "... and no one could answer Him a word." Because they didn't know Him, though they preached about Him daily.
Look! He warned in three Gospels (Mt.22:44; Mk.12:36; Lk.20:42) that for the Pharisees, scribes and hypocrites the revelation of His Mystery would be CLOSED. Through the apostles, He proclaimed this to those to whom it should be OPENED (Acts 2:34-36).

1.1.1. Father's name.

Day 2:36-39
Know therefore, all the house of Israel, that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ. When they heard this, they were pricked in their hearts and said to Peter and the other Apostles: what shall we do, brethren? Peter said to them: repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins; and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God calls.

This is a very famous Scripture. Too well known to be read with reverence. But these words of Peter were those “keys to the Kingdom of Heaven” about which the Lord Jesus spoke to Peter (Mat. 16:19). How many use these keys? Hasn't the entrance to the Kingdom of Heaven become more like a thieves' dig or a thieves' lock pick (John 10:1)?
So, in order to be saved, you need:
1. Repent of your sins.
2. Be baptized in water in the Name of Jesus Christ.
3. Receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
Only three turns of the key. Clack-clack-clack. And you are in the chambers of the Father.
But also:
Matt.28:19
So go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit (!!!)

Only the blind will not notice that the Apostles did not baptize the way the Lord commanded them. There may be several explanations for this.
1) The apostles did not fulfill the orders of the Lord.
That is what those who baptize "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit" say. They say: “We would rather follow the direct command of the Lord Jesus than the incomprehensible innovations of the apostles. The apostles used the name of Jesus Christ in baptism out of reverence. It was, of course, out of jealousy, but unreasonable. We honor the Word of God and fulfill it as it is written.”
If this position is followed, then both the Book of Acts and all the apostolic epistles should be excluded from the canon of Holy Scripture as unreliable and unprofitable. And if the apostles once did not fulfill the clear and direct command of the Lord, then where is the guarantee that in another case they also did not transgress His command? However, no one has done this for two thousand years. Scary, you know. Scripture tells us:
Ephesians 2:20
… having been established on the basis of the apostles and prophets,
Having Jesus Christ Himself as the cornerstone,...

The Apostle Paul, who also baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ, stated that:
Gal.1-11,12
I declare to you, brethren, that the gospel which I have preached is not human,
For I also received it and learned it not from a man, but through the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Gal.2:7-9
On the contrary, when I saw that I was entrusted with the gospel for the uncircumcised, as Peter was for the circumcised,
For He who assisted Peter in the apostleship among the circumcised also assisted me among the Gentiles,
And, having learned about the grace given to me, James and Cephas and John, honored as pillars, gave me and Barnabas the hand of fellowship,
So that we go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcised.

I believe the testimony of Holy Scripture, which tells us about the apostles and the apostolic faith, as the foundation, the foundation, with Jesus Christ as the cornerstone in it. Indeed, the Teachings of the Apostles are an integral part of the Teachings of Jesus Christ. In addition, Ephesians 2:20 also speaks of the faith of the prophets, who, being moved by the Holy Spirit, foreshadowed the coming of the Messiah. Both the prophets and the apostles stand in the same row there. One can, of course, argue that all the apostles were wrong, and I alone am right, pastor Vasya, but I would not advise doing so. And if the apostles would have been so disobedient, then the wall of the Highest Jerusalem would hardly have stood on the basis of the twelve apostles (Rev. 21:14). And what, then, to do with Paul, who was not of the Twelve, but preached the same gospel, with baptism in the Name of Jesus Christ? And, note, both the Twelve and Paul were chosen by the Lord Himself! Or did He deliberately choose only those who disobeyed His Words? But did He confirm their preaching, their “version of the Gospel” with great miracles and signs? So, maybe the apostles were not mistaken?
2) The apostles carried out the commission of the Lord.
Then a natural question arises: “How so?” Remember what the Lord said:
John 3:12 If I told you about earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
John 16:12,13 I have much more to say to you; but now you cannot contain. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth; for he will not speak of himself, but will speak what he hears, and he will announce the future to you.

Note that the command to baptize "in the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit" was given to the apostles after the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but BEFORE the descent of the Holy Spirit (Matt. 28:16-20).
AFTER the descent of the Holy Spirit, ALL baptisms were performed in the Name of Jesus Christ. As the Twelve, so did Paul. Historically, until the deaths of Polycarp and Ignatius (the disciples of John), the Trinitarian formula "in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit" was NEVER used for baptism in the Apostolic Church. Why? Read CAREFULLY:
Matt.28:19
Go, therefore, make disciples of all nations, baptizing them IN THE NAME of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

The Father, Son and Holy Spirit have a Name!

Once again, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit have their own unique Name!

And that Name is the Lord Jesus Christ!

Indeed, the word "Father" is not a name! What name of your father? Dad! The answer is acceptable for a child of 2-3 years old, but in no way - for a first grader. My dad's name is Boris, so I'm Sergey Borisovich. Father is not a name, it is a position, a position, a role! Like mom, grandmother, uncle, director, secretary, locksmith, pastor, investigator, etc.!!! The President of Russia has a name - Vladimir. The President of Ukraine has a name - Leonid. Their fathers' names were respectively Vladimir and Danil. They are presidents. But I am sure that their wives, children, parents and friends do not call them “Mr. President”, but call them by their first names! This is the prerogative of relatives, families, so to speak!
In the same way, Lord, God, Savior, Anointed One, my Shield, Holy Spirit, Good Shepherd, Vine, Bread of Life - this is NOT THE NAME OF OUR GOD! These are titles! These are positions! Sorry, but the Messiah is a position! This is not a Name! There may be many positions. You can be the General Secretary, the Supreme Commander, the Father of the People, the Leader of all mankind, the Friend of the Athletes, the underground Stalin and the Dictator of 1/6 of the land. But you have one unique name of yours, which you received from your parents - Joseph, the son of Vissarion (well, he gave an example !!!). Excuse me. I'm talking about Stalin.
What is the name of the Son? – Jesus! It's no problem.
What is the name of the Father? – Hey, Jehovah! We got out.
What is the name of the Holy Spirit? - ??? Complete stupor.

The name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is the Lord Jesus Christ!

It is not written "baptize in the name of the Father, in the name of the Son, and in the name of the Holy Spirit", as if each of Them has its own given name. In this case, it would be classical paganism, led by the two-faced Janus.
When the baptism with the Holy Spirit came, just when this very Holy Spirit revealed the hidden, then the apostles understood what it means:
John 14:8,9
Philip said to Him: Lord! show us the Father, and it is enough for us.
Jesus said to him: How long have I been with you, and you do not know Me, Philip?
He who has seen Me has seen the Father; how do you say, show us the Father?

This is not at all the level of unity that "trinity" preachers describe. Who saw me, Sergei Pavlenko, has not yet seen my wife, Natasha Pavlenko, although “two will be one flesh.” It's not identical at all. But whoever saw Jesus Christ saw the Father! It's identical!

Jesus Christ = Father.

So after all, He came in the Name of His Father (John 5:43).
There is no question that Jesus Christ is the Son.
The apostles, chosen directly by the Lord, walked with Him for about three years. They knew Him. As they say, to recognize a person, you need to eat a pood of salt with him. A pud is 16 kg. So much salt a person eats in about two to three years. They knew Him, and they knew Him well! And when the baptism of the Holy Spirit came, they knew that this Holy Spirit is Jesus Christ! They recognized Him because they knew Him before!
John 14:16-29
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may be with you forever,
the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive because it does not see Him and does not know Him;
But you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
A little more, and the world will no longer see Me; and you will see me...
In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.
…………………………………………………………………………
You heard what I said to you: I am coming from you and will come to you...
And behold, I told you about this before it happened, so that you would believe when it happened.

Just CAREFULLY read this chapter of Scripture. It's impossible to go wrong here. Jesus Christ, while still with the disciples, at the last supper, tells them Something. In anticipation of death, people talk to each other about the most important things.
He tells them about some Comforter, whom the world does not know, but whom (note!) Apostles ALREADY KNOW. He tells them that this Comforter IS WITH THEM now, but after some time will BE IN THEM. He directly tells them that He will come to the apostles and they will see Him. Of course, this verse can be attributed to His appearances during the 40 days after His resurrection. But already “2000 years minus 40 days” people do not see Him! This is somehow unlike "I will not leave you." But on “that day” (note, a day, and not for weeks or months), the apostles will know that He, Jesus Christ, is in the Father, although He spoke to them about this throughout the chapter, i.e. something like this must happen when the apostles can see what they do not see now. Moreover, at the same time the apostles will know that they are in Him, and He is in them! So you try to explain this to a plumber from a ZHKO or a teacher of theoretical mechanics from KhAI - I'll see how you can do it. The baptism in the Holy Spirit cannot be described; it can only be experienced. He spoke clearly to them (for us now) about the coming outpouring of the Holy Spirit that took place on the Day of Pentecost. In the end, He once again tells the apostles that he is leaving them, but will come to them again. And told them that He was now telling them all this so that they would believe when THAT SOMETHING (the baptism of the Holy Spirit) would take place.
And if the apostles knew Christ "according to the flesh", then no one knows him like that anymore. We can all know Him by the Holy Spirit! It is not “the third person of the Holy Trinity” that dwells in those who believe in Jesus Christ, but the Lord Jesus Christ Himself in the form of the Holy Spirit! And the Spirit of Jesus Christ is absolutely no different from the Holy Spirit! And the Spirit of Jesus Christ that helped Paul (Phil. 1:19) is the same Holy Spirit that helped Peter.

Jesus Christ = Holy Spirit.

We can stop at this, because in order for those who wish to fulfill the Will of God to begin to cry out to Him, it is enough. And for those to whom God has closed the doors of salvation, and who will blaspheme everything written above, this is also enough.
And remember, everyone reading this pamphlet, there is only one Christian water baptism, and that is baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. If you were immersed in water "in the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit" - you are not baptized at all, because you are not immersed in the Name of your Father and Savior.
You may think this is a small thing. I have been told this many times: “God is not so petty. The main thing for him is faith. He looks not at the rite (!!!), but at the heart. Etc. and so on." Somehow, people who do not want to obey the Word of God are so sure of the purity of their hearts, and proud and self-confident denominational leaders who have never heard His voice know how petty He is and how much he is not.
That's your business. But look, the door of your salvation may not open, but “jam” at the second turn of the key. He gives the Holy Ghost to all, and beyond measure, that's right. But only those who love Him will fulfill His word. This is also from the 14th chapter of the Gospel of John.
Prov.28:9
Who turns his ear away from hearing the law,
That and prayer is an abomination.

1.2. The human nature of Jesus Christ.

In this chapter, we will summarize all our reasoning and research. Maybe we will repeat something. Maybe we will miss some place that you consider necessary. It's not essential. It is impossible to give the only correct interpretation of all the verses of Holy Scripture. But there is a Teaching that allows us to see the whole picture as a whole.
Romans 15:5
God of patience and comfort
May it grant you to be in harmony with one another,
According to the teachings of Christ Jesus,

We are not looking for people to join us. We don't need this. We do not want to be in unanimity, but without Christ. But those who are Christ's, they WILL be in unanimity, because they are united by the Word of God, expressed through the Teaching of the apostles and prophets. They will not need to be connected by human ecumenical damned efforts. God will connect them.

1.2.1. Seed of the Woman.

People who have never really delved into “such wilds” usually do not have questions about the birth of Jesus Christ from a Jewish girl named Mariam (Mary). It is the bliss of not knowing, because “in much wisdom there is much sorrow; and whoever increases knowledge, increases sorrow.” (Eccl. 1:18). But also "It is not good for the soul without knowledge" (Prov. 19:2). So:
Genesis 3:15
And I will put enmity between you and your wife,
And between your seed and between her seed;
It will hit you in the head, and you will sting it in the heel.

Now we know what “seeds” the Lord God was talking about. And in this first prophecy about the coming Messiah, the Lord God speaks of the complete, final and irrevocable victory that the Messiah will bring. He will hit the Serpent and his Seed "in the head", and he, in turn, will resist, get out, cause inconvenience, but he will never be able to overcome.
By the way, when we talk about the "human body", we will not only think about what we associate with 40 ... 160 kg of benign meat. Those. we will talk not only about the physical "seed of the Serpent", but also about the spiritual.
And we already know that the main struggle taking place in the members of our body is the struggle between the passionate human desire to sin, living a godless self-sufficient life, and its own desire for truth, holiness, purity, justice, mercy, etc. Not a single creation has risen so, and at a stunningly rapid pace, as man and his civilization. But also not a single creation fell as low as man and his own civilization. No other creature can love, endure, sacrifice and hope as much as man. But also no creature has destroyed so many of its own kind and treated its own kind with such cruelty as man. And we know what it is human nature, which, through the inheritance, in the literal sense of the word, the theomachic traits of the Devil, became the opponent of God.
And the Lord God, great in His Love, wanted to save his fallen, hostile creation.
Hebrews 2:14-18 And since the children share in flesh and blood, He also took them in order to deprive by death of the one who had the power of death, that is, the Devil, and to deliver those who, through the fear of death, were subject to slavery all their lives. For He will not receive angels, but He will receive Abraham's seed. Therefore, He had to become like the brethren in everything, in order to be a merciful and faithful high priest before God, to make atonement for the sins of the people. For as He Himself endured, being tempted, He is able to help those who are tempted.

He came into this world in the same way that each of us came - through birth. Let's focus on this. There is a fundamental difference between the manifestation of God to people and the birth of the Son of God from a girl.
The appearance of God in the Old Testament is called THEOPHANIA. It's just when there was nothing, and a second later the Lord God appeared in the form of a man, and with Him a couple more angels. In this case, the Lord God has a body, but this body has nothing to do with our human body. He may depict the meal at the entrance to Abraham's tent, just as His angels did, but He does not need to do so. He can walk, but He doesn't need to, and in a second He may be gone. This is only the visible likeness of our body, but not the body itself. I repeat once again: any appearance of God in the Old Testament in the form of a man did not bring God closer to people, and people closer to God, because it was only the appearance of the body, and not the human body with its pains, sufferings, thirst, hunger and TEMPTATIONS.
James 1:13
...because God is not tempted by evil and He Himself does not tempt anyone,

And it was necessary for Christ not only to APPEAR into this sinful world, but to be BORN into it. The Lord God is perfect and omnipotent, and He, of course, could, according to our understanding, simply collect a couple of trillions of molecules, “blind” them into a body, as He did with Adam, and move in there Himself. But that would be a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT body than the one we have. And precisely because the Devil “attached” a hand-paw to our body. And our body, crippled by Snake genes, together with our warped spirit, cannot be CREATED. Even God. Because in this case the Lord God Himself will act as the Creator of Evil, which is impossible in principle.
The Devil was also created, but created as the complete opposite of God. Those. The Lord God simply gathered together all the qualities that would be antagonistic towards Him (remember: He did not create these qualities, and they were not in Him!) and placed it in a spiritual being, which he called the Devil. But He wasn't going to abide in that Devil! Do you understand the difference? In fact, it looked a little different, but in order not to go too far from the topic, let's dwell on this extremely rough approximation.
So, the Lord God could not simply CREATE a body corrupted by sin. Oh, by the way, He didn't have any plans for that.
Souls had to be saved. Souls that were in the prison of the flesh, under the cover of sin and constipation from the seed of the Serpent. In order to rescue them, it was necessary to come in exactly the same nature. It is fundamentally.
Jesus Christ had to be born from a human being (Mary) in order to inherit the whole complex of sin and temptation, which He had to overcome! Any other victory would be meaningless. It is very simple - if He needs to save people who are dying in their sins, and the source of this deadly disease called "sin" is a virus called "seed of the Serpent", and the saving vaccine is the Calvary Sacrifice, then He has one way out - to come to this Golgotha in the same form as the saved people! Maybe it's somehow clumsily stated?
Let's try a little on the other side.
The Lord God has only one solution to the problem called "Sin". And this decision is called "Death". For each and every sin, the Saint has only one punishment - removal from Himself and His Existence into non-existence, which in fact is death. It's the same causal relationship. There is sin, there must be death. And in order to save His beloved, but alas, a sinning creation, there is a terrible, terrible, but formally legally irreproachable way out - someone else must die for the sinner. Must be a sacrifice! And the shed blood bears witness to the punishment for sin. But the sacrifice of an animal cannot destroy sin as such, simply because human life and animal life are not identical. Our spirit, our life, like our body, are not identical! This is just a temporary respite from Death, but Death itself is still standing at the door. It's like drugs for a cancer patient. And the underworld continues to fill up. There must be a perfect sacrifice, with a life completely identical to ours, with a soul that could replace our soul on the scaffold of punishment. It must be completely identical. Neither sheep, nor goats, nor calves, nor doves were such a sacrifice. It had to be a person. But not a single person was fit for this, because all people, even before their birth, were corrupted by the spiritual seed of the serpent, their spirit was not pure. And their soul was in bondage of the flesh with the carnal seed of the serpent.
A perfect substitute would have to have:
1) the human soul, because it was necessary to save human souls;
2) a completely pure spirit, so that the sacrifice is accepted by God; moreover, the spirit must be related to the human in order to replace the human fallen spirit;
3) the body with the Serpent's seed, because the souls being saved were in such bodies, and in His eternal plans He did not want to leave people with these bodies.
Failure to meet any condition made the whole sacrifice imperfect, and from the point of view of eternity - useless. If a lamb were to be sacrificed, that would not satisfy the first condition. If a hero, like Samson or David, had sacrificed himself, this would not have satisfied the second condition. If the Savior had come in the created body without the Serpent's seed, the third point of salvation would not have been satisfied.
The Savior was to be a MAN who came in a HUMAN BODY and had the HOLY SPIRIT.
And besides the proper human spirit, only the Spirit of God is akin to the human.
If He came in a created angelic body, He could save the angels if they needed it. If He came in the body of a chimpanzee, He could be a savior for the chimpanzee. If He had come in a human body, but without the Serpent's seed, He would have been the savior of some humanoids unknown to me, but not a human of the Homo Sapiens species. And as we said above, it was His presence in the body with the Serpent's seed that made it fundamentally possible for His Holy Spirit to be Perfect. Perfect in terms of the Perfect Sacrifice.

That's why He had to be born of a woman.
And that's why He had to be born of the Spirit of God.
The fact of being born from a virgin has nothing to do with salvation. From a salvation standpoint, Christ could be born of any woman, not necessarily a girl. The fact of being born from a virgin who does not know her husband simply emphasized the fact God's salvation and not from men - so that no one could say that he was the pope of Jesus Christ. Jews still consider Jesus to be the son of the Roman legionnaire Pentera - and has the plan of salvation changed from this?
So, when the time came for the Savior to come into the world, Mary was pregnant.
Luke 1:35
The angel answered her:
The Holy Spirit will come upon You, and the power of the Most High will overshadow You;
Therefore, the holy being born will be called the Son of God.

The process of a normal human birth goes like this:
A woman has an egg (23 chromosomes).
A man has a sufficient number of sperm (23 chromosomes each).
As a result of sexual intercourse, one sperm enters the egg and fertilizes it.
A fertilized egg has a complete set of chromosomes (46), which is why the born baby has similarities with both mother and father.
The ovum contains nutrients for the original existence of the embryo and the formation of the human body.
A fertilized egg (embryo) moves to the uterus, attaches to its walls and begins to divide.
After about 40 weeks, a person is born.

As we see from the text of Holy Scripture, Mary did not have sexual intercourse with a man, and, therefore, did not have the desired spermatozoa in her insides. However, she turned out to be pregnant.
There are several approaches to this Holy Pregnancy.
Some argue that the Lord God invested in Mary neither more nor less than his created spermatozoa, and on this basis consider Mary the “wife” of God.
The obvious chimerical nature of this assumption in the limit leads to the fact that Mary turns out to be a harlot who has another husband with her living husband (God!!!). We will not consider this assumption further, although one would like to feel sorry for Joseph. Um, although Mary was engaged to him "before" ... This is already blasphemy. This is typical Roman-Greek theology, with Zeus copulating with earthly women. It is strange that Catholics, who openly call Mary the wife of God, do not notice this.
Others claim that the Lord God put an already fertilized egg in Mary, and on the basis of this they call Mary an "incubator". This is a more elaborate false doctrine, partly because the prophet Branham adhered to it. Honoring him as a prophet, we, however, do not consider him and his statements to be the Absolute. He was mistaken many times in his assumptions purely humanly, like each of us, like Nathan, like David, like Paul. Brother Branham's assertions that all women are just "incubators" for "father's blood cells", to put it mildly, are incorrect and contradict not only science, but also life, not to mention the Word of God. It is enough to look at the children of their parents to make sure that the mother is not only a laying incubator, but also her genes with chromosomes are most actively involved in the creation of the child. The eyes are from dad, the mouth is from mom. Or character - from mom, inclinations - from dad. And so on.

The truth is that neither the first nor the second happened in Mary's womb. Scripture says very simply and directly: "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you." There were no flying spermatozoa or fertilized eggs there - there was the Power of the Supreme. That's what it says in my Bible. Probably yours too.
Jesus Christ was conceived in a woman's womb by influencing her ovum with the Power of the Holy Spirit. And in his appearance or some other sign, He could be like Mary. And Mary was indeed the Mother (special emphasis!) of Jesus Christ, and not the Incubator for the Savior. Holy Scripture is very precise in its definitions, for these are the definitions of the Lord God. And if Mary is called His mother (19 times), it means that she really was His mother. And anyone who says otherwise is a God-opponent and a blasphemer.
Heb.10:5-7
Therefore, Christ, entering into the world, says: You did not want sacrifices and offerings,
But he prepared a body for me. Burnt offerings and sin offerings are not pleasing to You.
Then I said: behold, I am going, as it is written about Me in the beginning of the book, to do Thy will, O God.

She, Miriam-Mary, carried Him under her heart. She was His mother, and He was her son. She gave Him His body. He somehow or in some way resembled her. Modern methods of determining paternity (maternity) would indisputably recognize Him as her son.
We do not glorify Mary. What matters to us is that She was the mother of that Tabernacle that people called the body of Jesus of Nazareth. For if she was His mother, then His body was the same as every representative of Homo Sapiens, as every human being is with the Seed of the Serpent.
Recognition of the fact of motherhood for Mary in relation to Jesus Christ is tantamount to recognizing the presence of the Law of Sin and Death in His body.
If Mary had simply carried someone else's fertilized egg (even given by God himself!), then Mary would have been an ordinary “surrogate mother”, and Jesus Christ would not have been a Human! That's what the Lord says! And His Sacrifice would be absolutely meaningless for us. The fact of being born of the Holy Spirit means little in and of itself! The fact of birth from the Holy Spirit in a human body is important!

This is fundamental and decisive for our salvation!!!

And it is precisely the fact that a female egg took part in the birth of the Only Begotten Son of God that gives the right to call Jesus Christ the Promised Seed of the Woman!!! And nothing else. If Mary is not the mother of Jesus, then the promised Seed of the Woman that strikes the Serpent on the head has not come yet. Thank God it's not!
A born baby, who can call His Father only God, and the Jewess Mariam as mother, did not come into this world as an angel - He was born into this world as a man. As a person, He was expected by illness, sorrow, temptation, resentment and insults, death, and all that, alas, is a human essence.
Moreover, having come in a human body, "becoming like brothers" and "becoming in appearance like a man," He had no right to sin. He had to be absolutely obedient to His Father. Not a single sin - otherwise everything would perish forever. You know, I don't envy Him. I couldn't.
Isaiah 53:1-4
Who believed what we heard from us, and to whom was the arm of the Lord revealed?
For he sprang up before him like a seedling and like a sprout out of dry ground;
There is neither form nor majesty in Him; and we saw him
And there was no aspect in Him that would draw us to Him.
He was despised and humbled before men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with sickness,
And we turned away our faces from Him; He was despised, and we regarded Him as nothing.
But He took upon Himself our infirmities and bore our sicknesses;
And we thought that He was smitten, punished and humiliated by God.

It really is. To whom did the Lord reveal His Power? Who was a witness when the archangel Gabriel talked with Mary and told her about the coming Power that would make her a mother? He came in such a nature, the nature of man, which really looked more like a dry land, like a desert, than like the flowering paradise gardens of God's creation. He looked like his mother and his forefathers - Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Judas, David, with the same fleshy nose and curly hair. He did not have the proud profile of Julius Caesar or the delicate features of Alexander the Great. He was not a tall blond Anglo-Saxon or a determined Norman. He was the most ordinary person with an incomprehensible birth story. “Heh heh, we know what kind of wind of the holy spirit that blew you, heh heh. He was despised among his peers and misunderstood at home, with Mary and Joseph. He also experienced all the temptations and could not even break loose, as each of us can do, trusting in the mercy of God. He really had to pray with a cry - because the whole world depended on Him. He was ill like all people, and the Power from which He was born did not help Him, because He had to go the way of an ordinary person. And He, by His sufferings, truly "has become accustomed to obedience." He knew His Father, and with every revelation He understood WHY HE WAS BORN FOR - in order to die a shameful death.
Once one Christ seller said how Christ suffered from temptations - how an American missionary watches children dying of hunger in Ethiopia and suffers greatly from what he saw, chewing his hamburger - Christ also suffered, seeing how unfortunate people suffer from their sins, and suffered greatly from it. And this allegedly was a temptation for Jesus Christ. I sincerely feel sorry for this man. He died, and there is no forgiveness for him in eternity.
Lie!!! He Himself knows what a temptation is when YOU YOURSELF want to eat after a 40-day fast! He knows what temptation is when YOU YOURSELF need to go to a shameful and unjust death, when You can say one word and EVERYTHING will be different. He Himself knows what kind of temptation it is when You are worshiped, crowds of people follow You, and they want to make You king, and YOU YOURSELF will have to be rejected by those whom you fed and healed.
He knows well what kind of temptation it is when you see obvious injustice, but your Father says to you: “Be patient!” ABOUT! He knows what kind of temptation it is when the Holy Spirit revealed to you who will betray you, but you must not let condemnation into your heart. He knows what it's like to scream "I'm a poor man!" when YOUR OWN flesh starts to rise up, when a murmur rises from the depths of YOUR HEART, and when you want to raise YOUR fingers to Heaven! He knows how hard it is for a person to humble himself before God when His Will is to kill You!!! He knows what a temptation it is when your "I" stands in opposition to His "I Am!"

Dear friend

Whom to listen to?

Biblical Christians who believe the Message Prophet of God W. M. Branham.

Dear friend! Brother, sister, you have read the brochure “Message - a view from within” and the books “The Man Jesus Christ” and “The Road Beyond the Jordan” by the author Sergey Pavlenko from the city of Kharkov.

Maybe you still listened to his sermons, or talked with him, corresponded. This is not so important, because where the tree is tilted is where it will fall, the purpose of this letter is not against this person as a preacher, writer, or as just an intelligent, educated person.I I appeal to those who know the Bible and are familiar with the biography and the Message of the prophet. My purpose and motive is to show the difference between God's prophet and this man.

To do this, we need to answer at least some questions:

at their birth, which of them was hung with a supernatural light?
which of them began to see visions at the age of three?
to which of them did the voice speak, “do not drink, do not smoke, do not defile yourself, ... you will have work ...?”
which of them was baptizing when the Voice spoke from the fireball-star:like John the Baptist, so are you, your message...?”
to which of them was an angel sent with the commission of divine healing?
by prayer, which of them were healed the terminally ill, blind from birth, resurrected the dead?
which of them had the gift of discernment with an accuracy ofAllone hundred percent about 200,000 times?
over which of them is the Pillar of Fire photographed on the right shoulder, above the head?
to which of them did the Angels fly with the revelation of the Seven Seals?

Just to continue these questions, you need to write a book many times larger than all the writings of Pavlenko. To compare them, their lives, vocation, ministry, it is enough to read “The Acts of the Prophet”, “A Man Sent by God”, “Prophet William Branham Visits South Africa”, “Supernatural”. And most importantly: the sermons of the prophet, printed from films without reduction and change. And read Pavlenko's books, his sermons, his conversations to those who know him better - his biography and his life. If you approach this comparison impartially and objectively, then whether you are the wife, children, friends closest to him, you will see the difference between them, maybe a million kilometers.

_____________________________________________________

Now let's take the Bible in our hands, look at some places to find out with whom they are identified, who they are talking about, who manifested in them: the 7th angel-messenger to the Laodicean period (as Pavlenko himself sincerely or pretendedly claims) or Mr. Pavlenko with with his teaching, learning and philosophy?

Which of them manifested Jesus Christ in the same way as at the tent of Abraham (Gen. 18:9-15), at the Samaria well (John 4:16-18), God's prophet or Pavlenko?

To whom were two signs - like Moses (Ex. 8:16-19)?

Who did the prophet Ezekiel see in a vision in the Spirit, 1:26-28, 8:2 (see color photograph; the prophet on fire, etc. of revelation, chapter 4, part 2, * 154-165-184, who is there: the prophet or Pavlenko?

To whom, like Daniel, were dreams and their meaning revealed (Daniel, ch. 2): a prophet or Pavlenko?

In the ministry of which of them the Scriptures were fulfilled, and this was presented to the public, many photographs were taken of what Daniel saw, 7:9 and John the theologian (Rev. 1:14), which Christ spoke about (Luke 17:30) ? (cloud).

At the word of which of them, as at the word of Christ, the storm stopped? (Mark 4:37-41).

Who has read Matt. 4:16-22, Isaiah 61:1-2, which of them announced the day of vengeance: the prophet or Pavlenko?

The one who wrote with His Hand the ten commandments on tablets of stone (Ex. 32:15-16, Deut. 10:4), who wrote the sentence on the king of Babylon and his kingdom on the wall (Daniel 5:5-31), whose name He wrote on a rock with white quartz "Eagle" of the prophet or Pavlenko?

About whom it is predicted - it is written in the Scriptures Malach. 4:5-6, Mark 9:12, Rev. D:14, 10:7 about the prophet or about Pavlenko?

From these questions we can conclude: what to compare Pavlenko with a prophet is equivalent to comparing a pug with an elephant. "But the pug is so strong that it barks at the elephant."

When Sergey Pavlenko just published the brochure “Message - a look from within”, one brother in the Message “correct and spiritual” said: is it not true that is written here? The Bible says that such “truth” began in the Garden of Eden (Gen. 3:1-5). It is there that the purpose and motive of the devil is shown: to make, encourage a person to reason and doubt the Word, instead of just believing and doing the Word. And if the Lord is the same yesterday, today, and forever, then the devil has not changed, his tactics and techniques are the same, he cannot make believers in the Message of the Seventh Angel believe that William Branham is a false prophet, antichrist, etc. That would be very crude and primitive. And it will be exposed and rejected by almost everyone. But when he speaks in the words of Pavlenko; Let's read the "Message from the inside", 2nd page:

“If someone thinks that we “do not love the prophet,” he is stupid.
If someone thinks that we are "opponents of the Message" - he is stupid.
If someone thinks that we "left the Message" - he is stupid.
If someone thinks that we "did not understand the Message" - he is stupid.
In order to immediately dismiss idle fictions, we will make several fundamental statements. We acknowledge that:
W. M. Branham is a true prophet of God.
W. M. Branham is a messenger to the Laodicean church age.
The life and ministry of Brother W. M. Branham is foretold by the Bible in Mal. 4:10; Rev. 10:7 and Luke. 17:30.
We are Christians from Kharkov. Those who believe in the one Lord Jesus Christ, we love brother Branham and honor him as a servant of God.”

With such flattering, insinuating words, he, or (they) lulled your vigilance. This is a bait that will make you swallow the hook. And time passes and some are already on this hook, they are not many, and this pamphlet is being written for them, to warn those who are somehow carried away by this false teaching. Although this will be a digression from the topic, I will say that there are those who do not directly agree with the teachings of Pavlenko, but are themselves under the influence of the same spirit when they argue that the prophet said correctly here, but he was mistaken here when they encounter places in the Epistle that are difficult to understand and seeming "contradictions".

Friends! When I once spoke about ministers who, in my opinion, are not doing the right thing, then one brother said: you can’t judge the anointed of the Lord, how can we judge this anointed of the Lord - the Seventh Angel, the true prophet, evidence that he is that's more than enough. And if we say about someone else that this is the anointed of God, then all the more we can say this about brother Branham, dear to all of us. It was about this man that the Almighty Himself testified. People who doubt the truth of the Message are usually educated, not fully believing the Bible, very curious. Not noticing their mistakes, unwilling to admit their mistakes, not in their place.

As for me, the words "...whoever receives whom I send receives me » ( John 13:20) decide everything. I have no evidence that He sent Brother Pavlenko. But there is a lot, a lot, a lot, and, again, I repeat, there is more than enough evidence that He sent a prophet. And my duty is to accept it, even if not everything is clear, even if something seems contradictory, let me be branded as a fanatic, but the Lord called me not to reason, to analyze: does it correspond to science, logic, chronology, common sense, the modern concept. But to believe Him, obey Him and fulfill.

In the Bible and the Epistle, of course, there is “something that is hard to understand” (2 Peter 3:15-16 GR) and there are also false apostles who pervert it. We have two answers on what to do when we meet something incomprehensible, leading us to confusion. The Bible says:The hidden belongs to the Lord. (Deut. 2:29). God's prophet advises to put such "bones" aside.

I’ll say from my personal experience: when I had to meet with such “bones” in the Scriptures or Messages before, doubt and confusion really came, because I tried to figure everything out with my mind, but when I started using the advice of the prophet, it didn’t take long, as the incomprehensible became open. Praise God!

But let's get back to our famous Pavlenko. First, he bombs, smashes the “Branhamites”, as he puts it, well, no matter where it goes, we have something to smash for. But in that criticism there was so much anger and bitterness at the believers following the Message that it was necessary to doubt the sincerity and honesty of the statement he made at the beginning. But it was like flowers, the berries ripened later. Already in the book "The Man Jesus Christ" big claws were released - the big beast that is behind it all. Here the fire of criticism right and wrong is transferred from the followers to the messenger. How can one come to terms with the fact that the prophet, with his seventh-grade education, with a Kentucky accent, was raised to such a height, who did not even know biology (the way this science was formed much later, according to Pavlenko). And the prophet with "Thus saith the Lord" proclaimed things that he could be caught on. And our hero went: "The Prophet adhered to false teaching, was mistaken in his assumptions many times" ("The Man Jesus Christ" p. 200, read below,). But you cannot touch the Messenger without touching the One who sent him! Therefore, the target of criticism was not only the "Branhamites", Branham himself, his sons, who, according to Pavlenko, created a denomination (which they did not create and will not create, and not only they, but no one: the prophet said so, author's note.) The target of criticism was God, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself. In this matter, the Kharkov heroes S. B. Pavlenko and A. V. Polyakov surpassed themselves, stepping into the territory where even sinless Angels are afraid to set foot. Just think, with their scholarship, genetics, biology, with their perverted concepts, they've come to such blasphemy that they're trying to convince the believers of the Message that there was a serpent's seed in Christ. I hate to say this (they really don't know what they're doing), but it smells like blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. But let's look at the Bible for what it says on the subject:Truly I say to you: all sins and blasphemies will be forgiven by the Son of Man, no matter what they blaspheme, but whoever blasphemes the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, but he is subject to eternal condemnation... because an unclean spirit has spoken in him.” (Mark 3:22-30, Matthew 12:34-36). The Lord Himself refuted these blasphemies and assertions long ago. "Jesus answered: I have no demon, but I honor my father, and you dishonor me.” (John 8:47-49), and further "It is not long before I speak to you, for the prince of this world is coming, and has nothing in me.” (John 14:30). « We know that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23; 5:12). "There is none righteous" (Rom. 3:10), "... every man is a lie" ( Romans 3:4). But Pavlenko and others like him were found (in their collection, of course) "because the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.” (Rom.8:2), if Christ (according to the teachings of Pavlenko) had in His Body the law of sin and death, then how could He free Paul, us and others (The Man Jesus Christ, p. 212). And in the same place, p. 198, Pavlenko states: “Jesus Christ must be born of Mary in order to inherit the whole complex of sin and temptation ...”, “and His presence in the body with the seed of the serpent and made ... possible for His Holy Spirit to be perfect in terms of perfect sacrifice”, p. 199 and in the same place: “The fact of being born from a virgin has nothing to do with salvation” and p. 201: "The fact of being born of the Holy Spirit is of little significance in itself." Christ, according to Pavlenko, inherited a complex of sin from birth, p.198: “We are sinners because of the sins we have committed”, p.212. What an inconsistency with the Word of God. David says:Behold, I was conceived in iniquity, and my mother bore me in sin my" (Ps.50-7). And Job exclaims:Who is born pure from the impure? No one" (Job 14:4). AND earlier we mentioned that"there is none righteous" . It turns out that we were born sinners, in every person there is something from the seed of the serpent, or, as is commonly believed, from the nature of the devil. Otherwise, the apostle Paul would not have shouted "poor me Human!..." (Rom. 7:15-25). Of Christ it is said that He is the Lamb of God (John 1:29,36) and the Lamb without blemish and pure (1 Peter 1:19) and was slain from the foundation of the world (Rev. 13:8). He is blameless (Heb. 9:14), He is God, He is the Creator, He is the Savior, He is the Beginning and the End (Rev. 1:8). And all the above-mentioned statements of Pavlenko are nothing but heresy.

We can cite many passages from the Scriptures and the Message, and we will see that Christ was not conceived from sex, so that the seed of the serpent could not be in Him. He was conceived from the Spoken Word: through a prophet Isaiah 7:14: “Behold, a virgin shall take in her womb and bear a son, and they will name him Emmanuel, through David, Ps. 2:7: “You are my Son; I now begotten you" and the Virgin Mary was indeed an incubator (as the prophet said) or a surrogate mother. But there was not a drop of blood from the virgin Mary in Him, otherwise we would have been saved by the blood of a woman. In this, Catholics and Orthodox are mistaken, introducing her to the rank of co-redeemer. Moreover, He did not have the seed of the serpent, the law of sin and death, otherwise the devil would have been a co-redeemer in Him, what an absurdity, this is really the religious insanity of the Pavlenkovites.

It is written: Christ was not in sinful flesh, but in the likeness of sinful flesh (Rom. 8:3). And not for himself (He was blameless), but for us he became a curse (Gal. 3:13 Gk. per.). He was not a serpent, but a brass serpent (which meant judgment) raised on a pole in the wilderness, indicated that Christ would be crucified and take our sins upon Himself and give Eternal Life. Could the law of sin and death in itself bestow Eternal Life? Could he who was in prison set the tormented free? (Luke 4:18), if he had been with the seed of a serpent, He would have had to, like all previous high priests, first sacrifice for himself, and then for the people. (Lev. 16:6, 11-15).

The words of the prophet came to mindIsaiah 37:3-4: "Who are you mocking? Against whom are you expanding your mouth, sticking out your tongue? Are you children of crime, seed of lies ". Knowledge of biology, genetics does not give anyone the right to interpret the Holy Scriptures in their own way, the Bible says: “If anyone speaks, speak as the Words of God” (1 Peter 4:11). What people think and determine is one thing, another thing is what God thinks and determines. People thought:Jesus, beginning his ministry, was...as the Son of Joseph was thought...” (Luke 3:23-38). And the prophet Isaiah says they thought:That He was smitten ... by God" (Isaiah 53:4), but already in verse 8 of this chapter he exclaims: “...but who will explain his kind? And so, our heroes from Kharkov also thought and ... explained His Family. “Jesus was conceived in the womb of a woman by influencing her ovum with the power of the Holy Spirit ... the recognition of Mary's motherhood in relation to Christ is tantamount to recognizing the presence of the law of sin and death in His Body”, p.201. This false doctrine is really "chimerical" and at the same time similar to Greek mythology, where the gods copulate with women. And the author, on page 200, condemning others, condemns himself. Brother Branham brought the true teaching that God created the body of Jesus Christ in the womb of Mary, and this is confirmed by the Holy Scriptures. "Thus says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the Beginning of God's Creation" ( open 3:14 Greek lane). That is why He is considered the firstborn among many brothers (Rom. 8:29; Heb. 1:3-6). So God could not fertilize Mary's egg (if so, she would have been an adulteress, having Joseph as a betrothal husband), He could not overstep His own laws (Matt. 1:18, Deut. 22:23-29). A body was prepared for Christ: "...You did not desire sacrifices and offerings, but You prepared a Body for Me.” (Heb. 10:5-7).

On p. 180 (read below), Pavlenko writes: “only through the father is transmitted what is called life from the point of view of God.” Amen! Yes, we must look from the point of view of God - His Word, and we try to look in this way, and not from the point of view of geneticists, heretics, biologists, theologians and sexologists. The point of view is that: “His blood was ... the most ordinary human blood that he received from his mother Mary”, p. 206. All those passages given on p. 205 do not contradict the fact that God is in the womb of the Jewish Mary ( from the family of David, betrothed to Joseph, also from the family of David) created - prepared for Himself a Body in which there was neither Jewish nor pagan blood. We are saved by God's Blood, as the prophet of God said. And in the same place, on pages 205-206, we are advised to turn to genealogies; but app. Paul in Heb 7:3 spoke of Melchizedek, who was "no father, no mother, no genealogy ". Who is he? Is it not the one in which the Pavlenki are trying to place the seed of the serpent. And app. Paul advises us not to get carried away with genealogy (1 Tim. 3:9), otherwise we can think, as we thought in Luke 3:23-38, and if Mary herself is to be believed: “here is your father and I with great sorrow searched for you" (Luke 2:48). Either some Pavlenki can create a doctrine that Joseph was the same father of Jesus, or that Mary was called His mother 19 times, does not yet prove that He had her blood in Him (blood type, Rhesus, character). Christ never once called her mother, neither in the same place, in Luke 2:48-50, nor in Canna of Galilee (John 2:4). There He called her just a woman, and on the cross called her a woman (John 19:26-27), and when one woman wanted to praise Mary, who bore Him in the womb and suckled Him. He placed higher those who hear His Word and do it. (Luke 11:27-28) and in Matt. 12:46-50, Mark 3:31-35, Luke. 8:19-21 He publicly denied her. If she were His mother, as Pavlenko teaches, then He would violate the commandment "honor your father and your mother” (Deut. 5:16) . I wonder what Sergei's mother would say if he called her a woman and disowned her publicly. Yes, she was His mother, she carried Him in her womb. That body that God created in her womb was nourished by her through the umbilical cord. She gave birth to Him, fed Him with her breasts, she did everything, like all mothers, but her blood, her character, her hereditary data from her sinful nature, from the seed of the serpent, such as lies. Remember how she lied to Him that Joseph was His father (Luke 2:48). It was not in Him, He was not from below - He was from above, not of this world (John 8:23)! Yes, and the circulatory system of the fetus is not connected with the mother, I say this to the fact that Pavlenko is so grasping at science. But science has proven that a woman can get pregnant from two fathers, which is what happened to Eve. She also proved that a fertilized egg (embryo) can be placed in a woman and take root there. If this is what doctors do, then why can't God create His own body (Heb. 10:5-7) and place it in Mary? And everyone knows that the so-called surrogate mothers give birth to people (people) contrary to the teachings of Pavlenko (p. 201, read below). So I'm not against science. Some famous scientist once said: "True religion and true science agree with each other." And this is proved by the example of Eve and Mary. One took the devil into her womb and brought death, the other took God into herself and brought life. And for this revelation it is not necessary to know chromosomes, DNA and RNA, genes, groups, blood rhesus. Not necessary higher education in genetics and biology, but what is mandatory, the prerequisite is Faith . It's written that the seed of the woman will smite the serpent (Genesis 3:15), and It, that Seed that this woman, Mary, received, struck the serpent's head (John 19:30). The female egg of even the most holy and righteous woman, even according to Pavlenko, fertilized by God, could not do this. She herself needed redemption. Christ said that Satan cannot cast out Satan (Mark 3:22-27). And even more so - to rise up on yourself and even more so - to hit yourself. And according to Pavlenko, and just like the Pharisees claimed that He had a demon, it would have turned out like this. That the spirits do not die, God's prophet said. He is a pure and blameless Lamb (1 Peter 1:18-20), there was no lying in His mouth (Isaiah 53:9) and flattery (1 Peter 2:21-25). And the fact that His blood is God's Life was sufficiently explained by Brother Branham. Holy pure God's Life without the admixture of the serpent. Otherwise, there would be no Atonement, there would be nothing to pay!

Again, one may ask, as at the beginning, in the booklet "Insight from within": is it not true in the book "The Man Jesus Christ" that you fight so against its authors? I cannot calmly watch how the Son of God is crucified and cursed at Him. (Heb. 6:4-8). They trample on the Son of God and do not honor the Blood of the Covenant as holy. (Heb. 10:29). And someone has to scream about it. They won't go with that kind of heresy in a denomination, they'll be kicked out of there. And some believers in the Message have forgotten that we must believe "Not every spirit" (1 John 4:1), But experience them. And they turned out to be false prophets (a false prophet who says “thus says the Lord” when the Lord does not speak through them). They are liars because there is no trace left of those statements and assertions they made at the beginning of the booklet "The Message from the Inside", 2 pages. Let them call me a fool! But I will say that they do not love the prophet and do not revere him as a servant of God. They didn't understand the Message, left the Message, and became opponents of the Message. They do not believe that W. M. Branham is a true prophet of God, a messenger to the Laodicean church age, and that his life and ministry are foretold (Malachi 4:5-6; Rev. 10:7 and Luke 17:30). And it is through such a path of truth in reproach (2 Peter 2:4).

Let us return to the question: do these authors have the truth: there is and there is a lot, and they drew it, oddly enough, from the messages of the prophet, depending on the content. Because the truths that they give out as their personal revelations, you will not find in other teachers no less wise than they, that is, no less educated intellectuals. Those either do not know the truth did not meet It, or met it, but did not accept it, in order to teach from It. So there is truth in Pavlenko's books, but this is not pure truth, this is already defiled truth, and no matter how good, nutritious food is, but if we know that poison is mixed there, then it is better to throw it away. Let us remember that even good mixed with bad can be deadly. There is also a lot of good food in denominations, truth, truth, but it is mixed with fiction, traditions, customs, human teachings. And I would like to note, as if in praise of them: no matter how low they were, I have not yet heard from their representatives that in Christ was the seed of the serpent. This does not mean that we must agree with them in everything, if they have not stooped to such blasphemy as Pavlenko. And no matter how correctly some of Pavlenko's truths are described - even a fly in the ointment can spoil a barrel of honey, and he has much more of this "tar". The Bible says that a little leaven can leaven the whole dough. It is useless to argue with such people, and although a copy of this letter will be sent to them, it is not intended for them. It's for you, my brethren and sisters that the Seventh Angel spoke to, that went for the Message. I want you to see the purpose, motive and desires of Pavlenko and those who are with him (and moreover, who lead in them) - this is to push you away from the true Message and encourage you, to convince you to follow their false message, using the fact that there is much misunderstanding, disagreement and confusion among believers of the Message. They, or the spirit of malice behind them, have succeeded in somewhat confusing some - making them believe lies disguised as truth. Friends, we have a lot of real, natural food. It's the Bible and the Message. It can be eaten without research. Everything else, including this message that I am writing to you now, check, investigate, pass through the real filter of a thinking person, through the filter of the Word of God, and hold on to the good. The fact that there are differences of opinion between us is not a reason to listen to such false teachers as Eugene from Vinnitsa, who preaches about another prophet (the eighth), who, according to his teaching, will introduce the bride to the wedding feast; and Kharkiv "heroes" who found in Christ "the seed of the serpent and the whole complex of sin." This teaching is not new, even in the time of Christ there were those who said: "He is a sinner and a demon is in Him." And even a few years ago I met one pervert who proved that the devil and Christ are brothers. Christ said:"Beware that no one deceives you" (Mat.24:4). I do not want to frighten anyone, let alone judge, the Judge of all is the Lord. But I want to remind you that there is a sin unto death. (1 John 5:16) and there is sin for which there is no forgiveness (Mark 3:22-29). And there is a sin for which there is no sacrifice left. (Heb. 10:26).

So let's be careful not to fall away (Heb. 2:1). Ap. Paul encourages us not to think beyond what is written (1 Cor. 4:6). The fact that we are educated is good, the poorly educated is also not bad. True knowledge of Scripture comes by revelation, and if not, how can we be the children of Abraham as Gentiles? And why didn't Esau become a Jew, like his brother, father, grandfather?

We are faced with a choice: who to listen to? Who to believe? Who to follow? Who to imitate? It is up to us to decide, no one will do this for us, let's be careful, attentive, for the days are evil. The prophet Elijah was the first to say:if the Lord is God, then follow him; and if Baal, then follow him" (1 Kings 18:21). If you are convinced, if you have received a true revelation, that W. M. Branham is a true prophet of God, then his mouth is the mouth of the Lord. Then drop everything that is contrary to his message and listen to him. If not, let's remember - you can't go on two paths at the same time, you can't hold on to the Message with one hand, and with the other - for other food that contradicts the Message.“A person with double thoughts is not firm in all their ways" (James 1:8).

I wish you mercy and blessings from God.

"Oh you say you love
Seventh Message! But here
You are destroying yourself my friend

You dig it with your mind like a mole!
Dying from the mind -

He brings death into your soul.
And you love not the Message,
And only your own version!

Since I had to work with this text, I would like to add the following:

What Brother Michael said prompted me to an idea, to the need to convey it to those whom I had not met on earthly way and I don't know if I should.

The idea is simple and not new, it was even expressed above to some extent. Take a look, friends, because the spirit that is trying to reach us and take us aside, lead us astray, is acting not only in Sergei Pavlenko. Friends, at the very end of the 3rd chapter of Revelation, the Lord says:who will hear my voice ...” - after all, this is not my voice and not the voice of any other of the brothers. The only voice that is authenticated to us by so many testimonies is the voice of which the Lord said, "My Voice." This is the voice of His prophet, the voice of the Scriptures, foretold and fulfilled and still being fulfilled, this is the voice we can hear on the tapes, this is the voice we can read in the pamphlets.

There are so many different voices in this world, but only one of them is authenticated by the Almighty. Just one voice that is said to be God's voice. It is through the supper that the hearing of this voice gives that victory is promised to the overcomer! And there is only one way my voice can sound in the stream of voices described in the 1st chapter of Revelation (1:12-13) - only if my voice will sound in perfect harmony, in perfect harmony, in full accordance with the voice of God's prophet with what he said. That is why the prophet so often says on the tapes: "Speak what is on these tapes."

See what this voice says in the Exposition of the Seven Church Ages (pp. 63-64), what it teaches:

“You tried those who call themselves apostles, but they are not, and found that they are liars.” Wow, what a harsh statement. "You have tested those who call themselves apostles." Isn't that unceremonious? What right have people to test those who called themselves apostles? And how do they experience them? Oh I love it. This is stated in Galatians 1:8: “But even if we or an angel from heaven were to preach to you another gospel, and not what we have already preached to you, let him be cursed.” It was the apostle who brought the original Word to the people. This original Word couldn't change, not even the letter and the dot could change. Paul knew that God said it, so he said, "Even if I come and try to give you a second revelation, I'll try to make one small change to what I gave you at the beginning, damned be I." You see, Paul knew that this first revelation was accurate. God cannot give the first revelation and then the second revelation. If He did that, then He changed His mind. He can give a revelation and then add to it, like He did in the Garden of Eden when He promised the Seed of a woman, and then later indicated that this Seed was to come through Abraham, and then later said it would come through the line of David. But it was the same revelation. It only gave people more information to help them accept and understand it. But God's Word cannot change. The seed came exactly as it was revealed. Hallelujah. Look what those Paul taught did. They were filled with the Holy Spirit through the laying on of hands by Paul. They looked those false apostles straight in the eyes and said, “You don't say what Paul said. Therefore you are false." Oh, this delights my heart. Get back to the Word! You are not really testing the apostle and prophet and teacher, the WORD TESTS THEM! One of these days a prophet is to come to the Laodicean Church Age. And you will know whether it is really sent from God or not. Yes, you will, for if it is from God, HE WILL BE IN THE EXACT WORD THAT GOD GIVED TO PAUL. HE WILL NOT BEGIN FROM THIS WORD FOR A MOMENT OR ONE IOT. During the period when many false prophets will appear, be on the lookout and see how they will tell you that if you do not believe them and what they say, you will be lost; but when a LATTER-DAY PROPHET comes on the scene, if he really is that prophet, he'll proclaim, "Get back into the Word or you'll be lost." It will not be based on private revelation or interpretation but on the Word. Amen and Amen!

These false apostles are savage wolves, as Paul said of them. He said, “When I leave, they will try to come in and claim equal revelation; but their goal is not to help you, but to destroy you.” Acts 20:27-32. “For I did not fail to proclaim to you all the will of God. Therefore, pay attention to yourself and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the Church of the Lord and I know that after my departure, fierce wolves will come in to you, not sparing the flock; And out of yourselves people will arise who will speak perverse things (not God's, but their own words and thoughts) to draw the disciples after them. Therefore, stay awake, remembering that for three years, day and night, I taught each of you unceasingly with tears. And now I commend you, brethren, to God and to the Word of His grace, who is able to edify you more and give you an inheritance with all who are sanctified.”

After all, those who read these words of mine,I I hope they really believe that this very prophet for the Laodicean Church Age has already come, and that this prophet's name is William Marrion Branham. After all, if the disciples of Christ in the first centuries could and should have had such an attitude towards what Paul brought, then are we really supposed to have a different attitude towards what the Almighty brought through the weak flesh of a man named William Marrion Branham? Almighty God has once again descended to us, ministering in this body, fulfilling the restoration that was promised by the prophets of old. Friends, aren't we supposed to test those who are trying to claim the ministry by the words of this prophet? Indeed, in the time of Paul, the words of Paul did not test the Jewish priests, but those who studied with Paul. Moreover, they had every right to do so.

Now friends, consider whether it is fair and right before God to accept by faith absolutely any voice that comes to our ears? After all, only a fool believes every word?! (Proverbs 14:15) Is it fair and true that in the congregations the people know very well what brother so-and-so or so-and-so said about the Message, but often they do not know at all what that voice said, through which victory is promised? Are those dear brethren whose sermons take the place of the prophet's sermons seeking to please Christ, or seeking their own glory and great service? As wonderful as these people's sermons are, they cannot and should not replace the dinner given by Almighty God from hearing the words of the prophet and leading us to victory. Don't pass it by, dear brothers and sisters.

It turns out that the sermons of these people are removed and replaced by a prophet. They take him off the stage. For what?!

Believe me, I absolutely do not mind if any brother undertakes to preach in the congregation, if everything is within the framework of the teaching of the Scriptures. I have yet to meet a person who would believe the Scripture and the Message and would argue that there is no need for the ministries outlined in the 4th chapter of the book of Ephesians.

What should I do if a person applying for the ministry is trying to point out when the prophet was under the anointing and when he was not? It is obvious to me that man thus puts himself above the prophet through whom God spoke. The same error is being repeated that the Pentecostal brethren made during the lifetime of the prophet, saying: "When Brother Branham is on the platform, under the anointing, listen to him, and when he teaches in the pulpit, do not listen."

What should I do when someone claims that someone else is needed to uncover what the prophet brought, to complete, so to speak ... The Scripture clearly says that when the voice of the Messenger sounds, it will be completed (end, fulfilled) what He preached to His servants - the prophets (Rev. 10:7).

You know, friends - for me the answer is obvious - I'll just stand aside from this.

I would like to end with the words of Paul:“And now I commit you, brethren, to God and to the Word of His grace, who is able to edify you more and give you an inheritance with all who are sanctified.” Only after all, the word of grace is still repeated, brought to us through the mouth of the prophet, why neglect this?

On the teachings of Sergei Pavlenko (from Kharkov)

Article by Pavel Terebilin, pastor of the church in Gus-Khrustalny

Greetings to all who truly love the Lord Jesus Christ and the prophet, brother Branham, sent by Him. In addition to the sermon “On the Teaching of Sergei Pavlenko” posted on the website www.site (in mp3 format), there is an incentive to place another written testimony-article about this false teaching. If this helps someone, then I will be grateful to Heavenly Father.
According to Eph.6:12 there is a difference between a man and a doctrine... And I draw this difference: I wrote to Sergei personally and apologized to him as to a man, but this deceitful spirit, really the spirit of wickedness in high places, is absolutely impossible to accept.
May the Lord Jesus help all who still come across this false teaching to make their own right choice. Amen.

March 2010

Scripture warning.
The Bible teaches us to be mindful because:
2 Corinthians 11:13-16: “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as the Apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder: because Satan himself takes the form of an angel of light, 15 and therefore it is not a great thing if his servants also take the form of servants of righteousness; but their end will be according to their deeds.”
John 8:44: “Your father is the devil; and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning and did not stand in the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks his own, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”
Brother Branham, commenting on Rev. 2:9 (“I know your deeds, and sorrow, and poverty (yet you are rich), and slander from those who say about themselves that they are Jews, but they are not such, but the assembly of Satan”) speaks:
“7 Church Ages”, p. 96: “But why did these people who call themselves Jews mix in within the same church? The reason is this: since they are liars, they could claim anything. They could say whatever they wanted as if it really was, and then stick to it. In this case, they could be lying with fairly strong conviction. Was it not true that the early church was almost if not entirely made up of Jews, counting them among the original members of His body? The twelve apostles were Jews, and subsequent apostles were also either Jews or proselytes. Thus, these people swore that they were Jews in order to gain an advantage by claiming originality. They lie, paying no attention to facts or history, and cling to it. They just talk and talk, and soon people will accept it.”
The characteristic feature of this false teaching is that they talk a lot. And as the prophet said - they speak with a fairly strong conviction. But they can say whatever they want - they are still liars. Because in the light of the Word, they are. Below we will look at some of their characteristic misconceptions.
The danger lies, among other things, in what they say and say and say, and some unconfirmed souls begin to believe it. It's a pity.
Luke 17:1,2: “He [Jesus] also said to his disciples: It is impossible not to come as offenses, but woe to him through whom they come; 2 It would have been better for him if a millstone had been hung around his neck and thrown into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.”
Prov.14:12: “There are ways that seem straight to a man; but their end is the way to death.”

I would like to analyze at least three things in which this teaching is false:

2. Misunderstanding the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. (1 John 4:1-3, 2 John 7)

3. Misunderstanding of the Holy Spirit and its relation to the Message given through brother Branham.

There are two sides to this issue.
On the one hand, what lies as it were on the surface: in words, Sergey Pavlenko (hereinafter abbreviated - S.P.) and the followers of this false teaching accept brother Branham as God's prophet, but in reality they constantly doubt him (the article “Message - a look from within"). They almost completely stop reading his sermons. And most importantly, they inspire all believers to renounce him as their idol. Which they, they say, only served instead of Jesus Christ.

Let's read the Word of God:
Rev. 1:10-16,20: “I was in the spirit on Sunday, and heard behind me a loud voice, like a trumpet, which said: I am Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last; 11 Write what you see in a book and send it to the churches that are in Asia: to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergamum, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea. 12 I turned to see whose voice that spoke to me; And turning around, he saw seven golden lampstands 13 and in the midst of the seven lampstands like the Son of Man, clothed in a robe and girded around his chest with a golden sash: 14 His head and hair were as white as a wave of white, like snow; and His eyes are like a flame of fire; 15 And his feet are like chalcoleban, like red-hot in a furnace, and his voice is like the noise of many waters. 16 He held in his right hand seven stars, and out of his mouth came out a sharp sword on both sides; and his face is like the sun shining in its power... 20 The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks [is this]: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches; and the seven lampstands that you saw are the seven churches.”

Rev.3:14-22: “And write to the angel of the Laodicean church: thus says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God's creation: 15 I know your works; you are neither cold nor hot; oh, if you were cold, or hot! 16 But because you are lukewarm, and not hot or cold, I will spew you out of my mouth. 17 For you say, "I am rich, I have become rich, and have need of nothing"; but you do not know that you are unhappy, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked. 18 I advise you to buy from me gold purified by fire, that you may become rich, and white clothes to clothe yourself so that the shame of your nakedness will not be seen, and anoint your eyes with eye ointment so that you can see. 19 Those whom I love, I rebuke and punish. So be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him, and I will dine with him, and he with me. 21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with me on my throne, just as I also overcame and sat down with my Father on his throne. 22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

John 13:20: “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who receives whom I send, receives Me; but the one who receives me receives the one who sent me.

Matthew 10:41: “Whoever receives a prophet, in the name of a prophet, will receive a prophet's reward; and whoever receives the righteous, in the name of the righteous, will receive the reward of the righteous.”

Amos 3:7: "For the Lord God does nothing without revealing His secret to His servants the prophets."

Os.12:13: "Through the prophet the Lord brought Israel out of Egypt, and through the prophet he guarded them."

These scriptures show us both the significance of God's prophets in general and that God sent us the Angel of the Laodicean age, Elijah of Malachi 4. We know that this was fulfilled in the ministry of Brother Branham.
And here is Sergey's opinion:
From a letter to S.P. Mikhail 30.03.2004
“You, Michael, say you are not in the Message Standing denomination. But your image of faith fully corresponds to it. Instead of following the Word of God regardless of faces (including Branham's), you engage in disguised idolatry, worshiping the creature instead of the Creator. For the Absolute of any religion is the God (god) of this confession. If your absolute is the words of a mortal man, no matter what service he has in the Body of Christ, you are a man-worshipper. In this case, you are a Branham worshiper. This is spiritual fornication."
Here is my testimony based on God's Word and personal revelation: I personally (Paul T.) do not worship the creature instead of the Creator. I honor the Spirit that spoke through Brother Branham. By doing so, I just honor the Creator - accepting the prophet sent by Him. (See the quotes above).

Let's make a comparison with John the Baptist:
Luke 1:13-17: “The angel said to him: Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your prayer has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you will call his name: John; 14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth, 15 for he will be great before the Lord; he will not drink wine and strong drink, and the Holy Spirit will be filled even from his mother's womb; 16 And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God; 17 And he will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to restore the hearts of the fathers to the children, and in the disobedient mind of the righteous, to present to the Lord a people prepared.”

We know that the Pharisees said something like this - we will not honor the creature (John) instead of the Creator (Jehovah). Why should we listen to him? We have Moses and God's Scriptures... And we also know how it ended.
Matthew 21:31,32: “Jesus says to them: Truly, I say to you, the publicans and harlots go into the kingdom of God ahead of you, 32 for John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the publicans and harlots believed him; But when you saw it, you did not repent afterward to believe him.”
It was written about John:
Mal.3:1-4: “Behold, I am sending my angel, and he will prepare the way before me, and suddenly the Lord whom you seek will come to his temple, and the angel of the covenant whom you desire; behold, he comes, says the Lord of hosts. 2 And who can endure the day of his coming, and who can stand when he appears? For he is like a refining fire, and like a purifying lye; 4 Then the sacrifice of Judah and Jerusalem will be acceptable to the Lord, as in the days of old and as in the years of old.”
John might have said that I should not be honored in his place, but I am sent by him. Repent completely, put aside all your own heresies, and accept His message, His Word.
The same applies to Brother Branham:
Mal.4:5,6: “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. 6 And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that when I come, I will not strike the earth with a curse.”
A S.P. rejects part of the Teaching that the Holy Spirit spoke through him. Expresses contempt for all who read these pamphlets. Believes that we do not know the Bible and do not read it.
The main thing, I repeat, is that he calls and inspires and insists that everyone renounce Brother Branham as "their idol."
And this is the second side of this question - what is hidden in the depths: when a person does this, then he makes a denial of the Holy Spirit, Who spoke through Brother Branham. There is a rupture of ties in the spiritual world. Thus, they are forced to renounce satanic influence. Those who have ever led people through the renunciation of extrasensory perception, witchcraft connections that stretched from the past, from curses, etc., know what they are talking about. During such a prayer, the diabolical threads that have entangled a person, perhaps for years, are torn.
And here the renunciation of the Holy Spirit takes place consciously. That is why this false teaching is indeed a very strong spirit of wickedness in high places.
At its core, this is not even just an incomplete acceptance, but a complete rejection of Brother Branham. I leave the first title only because they themselves verbally claim to believe it. And on the basis of these words of theirs, God will judge them in due time. Just like the whole false vine, the Lord addresses it as the church in the 2nd and 3rd chapters of Revelation.

Consider 2 more such biblical examples. First:
Hagg.1:12: "And Zerubbabel, the son of Shealathiel, and Jesus, the son of Jozadek, and all the rest of the people obeyed the voice of the Lord their God and the words of Haggai the prophet, as sent by the Lord their God, and the people feared the Lord."
People figured out that Haggai was sent to them from God. And listened to... him. Whom? The voice of the Lord their God, and the words of Haggai as sent... And the people feared the Lord. Reverence went to the one to whom it was intended - to God.
What happens to this false doctrine? In words they accept Brother Branham as sent from the Lord their God. But in fact, they begin to reject his words and interpret the Word in their own way (this will be discussed below) and, again, force people to renounce ... They do not really understand Who sent him and do not recognize God's action.

Second example:
Numbers 31:16: “here they, according to the advice of Balaam, were for the sons of Israel an occasion to depart from the Lord in order to please Pegor, [for which] the defeat was in the company of the Lord;
When Balaam failed to curse Israel, he advised Balak on how to bring God's wrath on God's people. And when the Israelites began to fornicate, because of the advice of Balaam, then God had to punish His people.
Lying spirit through S.P. does not yet claim for his own purposes that Brother Branham is not God's prophet. And he certainly cannot say that there was no God's action in his ministry. But an unclean spirit (and I realize I'm talking about it) caused people to reject Brother Branham as an idol, and thus a crack appears in the spirit world between such a person and the Holy Spirit. To start accepting a lie, a person must first reject the truth.
2 Thess.2:10-12: “and with every unrighteous deception of those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth for their salvation. 11 And for this reason God will send them a force of error, so that they will believe a lie, 12 so that all who do not believe the truth, but love unrighteousness, will be condemned.
It is very dangerous to reject the love of truth for your own salvation! Such people will start believing lies! It's So Says the Lord straight from the Word! So Written!
A person becomes completely defenseless, and a false teaching begins to affect him, about Jesus who came in the flesh, as they interpret this issue. And even further they are already receiving a false anointing. Instead of the real Holy Spirit...
What is happening is the spiritual killing of people.

Finishing the coverage of the first question, I want to give two more places describing what happened:
Jer. 8:8,9: "How do you say: "we are wise, and the law of the Lord is with us"? But, the lying reed of the scribes [and] turns him into a lie. 9 The wise men were put to shame, they were confused and entangled in a snare: behold, they rejected the word of the Lord; what is their wisdom?
How do they say in this false teaching of theirs that they are wise? And do they have the law of the Lord? Their cane is false, they measure wrong. Now, they rejected the Word of the Lord through the prophet brother Branham, they believe only what they like - what is their wisdom?
We must adjust not the Word to ourselves, but ourselves to the Word of God.

The Apostle Paul, the first messenger, says:
2 Corinthians 11:2-4: “For I am jealous for you with the jealousy of God; because I betrothed you to one man, that I might present you to Christ as a pure virgin. 3 But I fear that, just as the serpent deceived Eve with his cunning, so your minds will not be damaged by [turning away] from simplicity in Christ. 4 For if anyone, when he came, began to preach another Jesus, whom we did not preach, or if you received another Spirit, which you did not receive, or another gospel, which you did not receive, then you would be very indulgent [to him] ” .
Brother Branham, the last messenger, betrothed us to Christ with a pure virgin just like the first messenger. But this false doctrine has deviated from the simplicity in Christ and offers its views to people, presenting them as the truth. What a pity that someone succumbs to this provocation of the enemy.

2. Misunderstanding the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh.
Let's also look at two sides of this issue...

THE EXTREME IN THE "POWER OF THE WORD" TEACHING Part 1 Some preachers today teach that there is tremendous power in words, so we can use them to build our life or destroy it, make ourselves blessed or cursed, rich or poor, and so on. Such a teaching is especially loved by "prosperity preachers." They often say, “If you have problems in your life, if you don't have money, if you don't see God's blessings, start watching what you say! Don't let negative words come out of your mouth, because Scripture says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and those who love it shall eat of its fruit” (Prov. 18:22). Stop talking about problems and start talking about solving problems! See yourself as a whole person, successful and rich! Believe in what you confess, and according to your faith you will receive! Be confident in the invisible - that is faith! Confess spiritual truths correctly, because Jesus is the High Priest of our confession! All Scripture is inspired by God, so proclaim various places from the Bible into your life, and the Heavenly Father will certainly fulfill the request, because "no word will remain powerless with God." So, according to this teaching, we ourselves can build our lives as we wish: remove all problems with the help of words, and also release God's blessings. But what does Scripture say about problems and sorrows? The Apostle James writes to the Church: “If any of you suffers, let him pray. Is anyone merry, let him sing psalms” (James 5:13). The word "afflicted" means "to endure suffering, to suffer from evil, misfortune." According to James, in such cases, we should pray to the Lord. In other words, Jacob (and New Testament in general) teaches us in times of trouble to trust in God and realize our dependence on Him, turning to Him in prayer; the teachers of the “power of words”, for their part, teach to believe in the creative ability of their own words, which implies the independence of man from the Lord. None of them, of course, speaks directly about this, but those who accept the doctrine of the “power of the word” come to this conclusion and begin, like gods, to “move spiritual world and in a "problem-solving spirit". But it is one thing in prayer to turn to God, asking Him to help in hard time , and the other is to try to change the situation by “the power of your own words”. To support their point of view, supporters of the doctrine of the "power of words" cite several passages from Scripture. 1) “Death and life are in the power of language; and those who love it shall eat of its fruit” (Prov. 18:22). 2) “Therefore, holy brethren, partakers in the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus Christ,” “Therefore, having a great High Priest who has passed through heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast to [our] confession” (Heb. 3:1; Heb. 4:14). 3) “As it is written: I made you a father of many nations, before the God whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls things that are not as though they were” (Rom. 4:17). 4) “... have the faith of God, for truly I say to you, if anyone says to this mountain: be lifted up and thrown into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that it will come true according to his words, it will be for him, whatever he says . Therefore I say to you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you receive it, and it will be yours” (Mark 11:23, 24). 5) “...for with God no word will remain powerless” (Luke 1:37). Let's look at each of these verses of Scripture more closely. 1. “Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and those who love it shall eat of its fruit.” Today, based on this verse, it is taught that we either destroy our lives with our words or we build them up. That is, a person receives in his life what he says. But is that what this verse is talking about? If, according to the teaching of some preachers, death and life depend on the words we have spoken, then why didn’t Job die from what he said to himself: “After that, Job opened his mouth and cursed his day. And Job began and said: perish the day on which I was born, and the night on which it is said: Man was conceived! Let that day be darkness; May God not seek him from above, and may no light shine upon him! May darkness and the shadow of death darken it, may a cloud cover it, may they fear it like scorching heat! That night, let darkness possess it, let it not be counted in the days of the year, let it not be included in the number of months! ABOUT! that night - let it be deserted; May fun not enter into it! May those who curse the day, who are able to wake the leviathan, curse her! May the stars of her dawn be dimmed: may she wait for the light, and he does not come, and may she not see the eyelashes of the morning star for not shutting the doors of my [mother's] womb and not hiding sorrow from my eyes! Why didn’t I die when I came out of the womb, and why didn’t I die when I came out of the womb? (Job 3:1-11). Can this be called positive confession? According to the doctrine of the “power of words,” Job had to say at that time that everything was fine with him, that everything would change, that life was beautiful, and so on. to change the situation for the better. If Job had been familiar with this doctrine and had begun to “profess rightly,” would he have been able to change anything with his own words? Of course not, because all these events did not depend on his "right" or "wrong" confession. In the same way, various difficulties and sorrows that we may encounter in our life path , do not depend on what we said or will say (not counting the problems that come into our lives because of our thoughtless words spoken to other people, which can cause our troubles). According to the doctrine of the “power of words,” Job had to die from such speeches, because “life and death are in the power of the tongue,” but He not only did not die, but also received a much greater blessing from God later. God didn't bless Job because he said every day, “I don't pay attention to what I see! I am a blessed, successful and happy person…”, but because he remained faithful to Him. God did not even reproach Job for his words, because he understood how bad it was for this righteous man, and called him His servant. “And it came to pass after the Lord had spoken those words to Job, that the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite: My wrath burns against you and against your two friends, because you have not spoken of me so well as my servant Job” (Job 42: 7). How many Christians today proclaim how blessed and successful they are instead of living in obedience to the Lord. A whole generation of believers has grown up who plan their own lives and then ask God to bless what they "cooked." Some teach that we should "prophesy into the spirit world" by saying what we want to see in our lives. They base this view on the example of the prophet Ezekiel, saying: “Prophesy to dry bones so that they come to life! Speak words of faith in your life, and God will resurrect your dream, etc.” But the fact is that prophecy is not the words that we want to proclaim, but God's message addressed to people. In the case of Ezekiel, it was a vision in which God Himself told Ezekiel what words he should speak to show him what he needed to understand. But people on the basis of this "example" begin to "prophesy" because they believe that any positive word has a creative power. Today, some preachers teach, "If you are sick, you must constantly proclaim that by the stripes of Jesus Christ you are healed." And to prove such a confession, a text from the Book of the Prophet Isaiah (53:5) is usually cited: “He was wounded for our sins and tormented for our iniquities; the punishment of our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we were healed.” To better understand what healing is about, let's look at how this passage is explained in the New Testament. The apostle Peter writes: “He Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, so that we, having been delivered from sins, might live in righteousness: by His stripes you were healed” (1 Pet. 2:24). In both contexts, we are talking about the defeat of man by sin, and also about the fact that Christ took upon Himself the punishment for our sins, becoming an atoning sacrifice for us, shedding His blood. And thanks to His suffering and death, we received forgiveness and healing from the consequences of sin, that is, we are talking about spiritual healing (which happens, for example, at the moment of being born again with our spirit). But with regard to physical healing from illnesses, we will not find texts that would directly indicate that, when sick, we should proclaim that we are healthy. None of the apostles taught this to the Church! We cannot find a single example in the New Testament of Christians engaging in positive confession while remaining sick. The Apostle James writes very clearly what exactly Christians should do when they fall ill: “Is any of you sick, let him call for the elders of the Church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another and pray for one another that you may be healed: the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much” (James 5:14-16). We do not see that he taught to confess: "I am healed, I am healed ...", believing in the power of his words. He spoke about confessing to each other in transgressions and called to pray the prayer of faith for each other, so that the Lord would give healing. Let me remind you again of the difference between prayer and proclamation. Prayer sets our eyes on God, while proclamation emphasizes the "power of the word." Prayer makes a Christian dependent on God, and faith in the "power of words" makes the person himself to some extent a "god", who can have whatever he wants, proclaiming this "with faith in the spiritual world." Some preachers have gone so far as to encourage masses of carnal Christians to shout in the service, “The money is coming! Money to me! Now!”, saying that this is the message of Jesus Christ in Lately to His Church! These "teachers" teach a lot about the "power of words." And it is amazing that so many Christians gladly accept such delusions! What did Solomon mean when he said that “death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it shall eat of its fruit”? Did he mean to say that our life and destiny do not depend on God, but on the words we have spoken? Maybe Solomon used “positive declarations of faith” in his life to get something done? Or did one of the Old Testament prophets, priests or kings do something similar? Nowhere in the Old Testament, or in the New, do we see a hint of people using the "power of words" to change life situations and "release into their lives" God's blessing or something that they strongly desire. The only sound explanation of Solomon's words is this: at the time when this man of God was born, as well as before and after him, human life had no such value as it does now. Anyone could easily be killed if he said something bad about another. David, for example, went to kill Nabal only because he did not want to thank the future king and his soldiers for their favorable attitude and for such words: “And Nabal answered the servants of David, and said: who is David, and who is the son of Jesse? now there are many slaves running from their masters; Shall I take my bread and my water and the meat that I have prepared for my sheep shearers, and give it to people whom I do not know where they come from?” (1 Samuel 25:10-11). Solomon, saying that “life and death are in the power of the tongue,” meant this: “If you speak thoughtlessly, you can pay with your life for your words; and if you follow what you say, you will live long.”... http://www.cxbe.by/pressa/zhurnaly/zhurnal_blagodat_4_2017?

Easter or "What kind of service is this?" Let's turn to the Holy Scriptures. Let us read from the Book of Exodus 12:26-27: "And when your children say to you, 'What is this service? redeemed." Today we have come together for a special service, which we hold in this vein only once a year on a day that the people call “Maundy Thursday”. And since it would not be right to do something purely mechanically, because it is customary, let's think together about the question that the younger generation in Israel asks the older one: "What kind of service is this?" We remember the Easter supper of Jesus Christ with His disciples. This is a special supper, because at it our Lord and Savior proclaimed the New Testament in His blood. But the Passover meal itself was not something new at that time, as it was celebrated every year among the people of Israel. So what is this service? The Jews had to eat baked lamb with unleavened bread and bitter herbs at night. For the first time speaking about how they should do everything, Moses conveyed the following words of God to the people of Israel in captivity in Egypt: “Let your loins be girded, your shoes on your feet and your staffs in your hands, and eat it with haste; this is the Passover of the Lord” (Ex. 12:11). Drawing a parallel with our time and service to God, we can say the following about the celebration of the Easter service: "The loins are girded" - it is interesting to note how the apostle Peter uses this type in his First Epistle (1:13), saying: "... having girded the loins of your mind" . The Apostle Paul, describing a Christian in the form of a warrior, speaks of the "belt of truth." Therefore, we must have correct reasoning, which must not go beyond the boundaries of Biblical truth. “Shoes on your feet and staffs in your hands” - we are talking about readiness for service, for preaching the Gospel. "Eat with haste" - do not delay in doing God's will and His word. Hasten to fulfill the ministry He has entrusted and the calling God has given you. I want to return to the "girded loins of our mind." It's about discussion. Let's consider the truth that is revealed to us in Scripture about this event. In the text in the Book of Exodus chapter 12 we first encounter the word Passover. In the original language, the original meaning of the word "Pesach" is "to pass by." The Lord said that thanks to the blood of the lamb, God's judgment will pass by: “But this very night I will pass through the land of Egypt and strike every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from man to cattle, and I will execute judgment on all the gods of Egypt. I am the Lord. And your blood will be a sign on the houses where you are, and I will see the blood, and I will pass over you, and there will be no destructive plague among you when I strike the land of Egypt” (Ex. 12:12-13). Preparations were made in every family expressing faith in God's promise to keep His children from death, deliver them from destruction, and free them from slavery. That night God accomplished salvation and brought His people out of Egypt. Most biblical historians date this event to 1491 BC. God commanded His people every year on 14 Nissan to celebrate this day of liberation and salvation. This is a specific date that cannot be changed, as it is already history. Easter not only reminded of the liberation of the people from Egypt, but also symbolically pointed to the great deliverance that Christ will make, freeing humanity from the slavery of sin. John the Baptist, seeing Jesus Christ coming towards him, says: “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world” (John 1:29). The Easter lamb, the blood on the doorposts, the way out of captivity - everything pointed to Jesus Christ, the true Lamb, thanks to whose shed blood every sinner can gain freedom from the slavery of sin and death, and also, ultimately, not stand at the judgment of God before the great white throne when God will judge and punish the whole earth. There is an erroneous belief among some Christians that in Old Testament times people were saved through obedience and keeping the Law. But at all times God had only one way of salvation - by grace through faith in the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ. By sacrificing the Passover lamb every year, they showed faith in the coming Messiah - the Lamb of God, the Savior of the world. When the hour came for the fulfillment of the prophecies about the sacrifice of the Lamb of God, Jesus said: “You know that in two days the Passover will be, and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified” (Matthew 26:2). Passover is the day of the slaughter of the Passover lamb. And that Lamb was Jesus Christ. Exactly at the appointed time (this is mentioned by the Apostle John in John 19:14 - “the sixth hour”), when the Paschal Lamb was to be slain, Christ was sentenced to be crucified and there died on the cross instead of sinful people. Through His death, through faith in His substitutionary sacrifice, we receive forgiveness and freedom. Before the crucifixion, Jesus gathered his disciples and replaced the Old Testament Easter with a new institution, which will remind of a greater and better sacrifice - the suffering and death of Jesus Christ and the New Testament in His blood. Jesus gathered the disciples for the Passover Supper and set the pattern for the New Testament Passover service. The Gospel of Luke tells how Jesus breaks unleavened bread, using it as a symbol of His body broken for us, as well as a cup of wine as a symbol of His blood shed for the atonement of sins. After the Supper, Jesus says, “Do this in remembrance of Me” (Luke 22:19). Easter in the New Testament is the death of Christ, who “was wounded for our sins and tormented for our iniquities; the punishment of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we were healed. We all have gone astray like sheep; we have turned each one to his own way: and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all” (Isaiah 53:5-6). Therefore, together with the apostle Paul, we can say: “Our Passover is Christ, slain for us” (1 Cor. 5:7). So, on Easter evening, the Jewish family gathered together. In order to properly reason about the events that had taken place, usually the youngest in the family asked questions, and the eldest answered, step by step revealing how God had redeemed them and brought them out of the slavery of Egypt. It is interesting to note that, according to a tradition that has survived to this day, they began to tell the story of the exodus from Abraham, whom God brought out from behind the Euphrates and brought to the land of Canaan. It was to him that God said that his descendants would be slaves, but God would free them. Further, during the Passover meal, it was said about Jacob, who came to live in Egypt only for a while. But in the end they became slaves. From the hard work and the humiliation that the Jews experienced, they cried out to God and He heard them. We can note with you that we are only temporary on this earth, this is not the place that God has designated for us as a permanent home. Like Abraham, God showed people the idyll of the Garden of Eden and what it means to live with God. Sin led people into slavery. But this is not a permanent state. The person in it will either perish, or cry out to God, receive deliverance and enter New Jerusalem on the New Earth, which God has prepared for those who love Him. When Jesus gathered with His disciples, we see that He no longer spoke about the Passover lamb, which would have to be offered again every year. The lamb on the table of the disciples is not mentioned at all in the Gospels. It's not because he wasn't there. But because among the disciples there was the perfect Lamb of God, who by one sacrifice made redemption once and for all. That is why Christ commanded, in remembrance of the Perfect Pascha, to break bread and drink a cup, since they point to the body and blood of Christ. But He did not speak of the Passover lamb that we should prepare - He is our Lamb, and He is among us today, because He died and rose again and is invisibly present with us. And today, remembering that thanks to Christ the judgment of God passes by, we are happy to say that Christ led us out of spiritual Egypt, the slavery of sin and death, and we are on the way to the Promised Land. Christ "took the bread ... said, this is my body, ... do this in remembrance of me." Matzo was the bread of poverty, and also reminded of the hasty exit from Egypt. Christ made the bread a symbol of His body crucified for us, and whenever we break it we do so in remembrance of His death for us. The only thing I would like to draw attention to is that unleavened bread, which was made quite quickly, flour that was in contact with water for more than 18 minutes was already considered leavened and could not be used. The unleavened bread reminded the Jews that before the dough had risen, the Lord had already brought them out. They had to hurry after the Lord. A matter of haste! Usually we tell people - don't rush! But there is something that needs to be hurried - to rush to be in covenant with God, to rush out of the world of sin. In this case, procrastination is like death. Are we in a hurry to come out of our spiritual Egypt to be the people of God? The second point is remembrance: this is a special remembrance that we must do until the day of the second coming of Jesus Christ. Remembering, we are at once in three time dimensions - past, present and future. The past is the death of Christ for us. Do we thank Jesus for this? The present is that we, as the Church, are spiritually the Body of Christ. Are we discussing whether we are one with the Church, are we working for God, functioning as a healthy member of the Church? Future - Christ will come again. Are we waiting for His coming and are we ready? Christ "took the cup after supper... this cup is the New Testament in my blood" awaiting the fulfillment of the 5th promise, "I will bring into the earth." That is why Jesus, after supper (Passover), took the cup and proclaimed it a symbol of the new covenant and shared it with the disciples. Each covenant that God made with people had its own symbol: a rainbow with Noah (about not bringing a global flood), circumcision - a covenant with Abraham and his descendants, salt - a covenant with David and Aaron. The cup is a symbol of the New Testament, the covenant of joy, which means that through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, through His blood, we have already entered His Kingdom, which invisibly abides on this earth and, being born again, we are already citizens of this kingdom. God's kingdom brings joy to people, just like the kingdom that God promised to give the Jews on the condition that they be with Him. In addition, speaking of the blood of Christ, we also speak of redemption from sins, reconciliation and covenant with God, victory over the devil, and strength for a renewed life. Do we keep a covenant with God? Are we using the power we have from God? And finally, in the Gospel of Mark (14:26) we read: “And having sung, they went up to the Mount of Olives.” With this verse, the evangelists Matthew and Mark complete the story of the Easter dinner of Jesus Christ with the disciples. Despite the fact that Christ said that He would be betrayed, about His sufferings, about the betrayal of Judas, they sang as they went out. Sing praises to God. Do we sing praises to God no matter what? And by the way, the word Eucharist comes from the Greek and means gratitude. Are we grateful to God? And they went, went to where Christ was seized and led to trial and crucifixion. Christ went to fulfill His purpose, His calling. Are we fulfilling our calling? So what is this ministry? This is a joyful remembrance and gratitude to Christ for the perfect redemption and salvation of each of us from God's judgment, this is the withdrawal from the slavery of sin and death and the path with him to the Promised Land - the Kingdom of God! TESTING AND VERIFYING SPIRITUAL ACTIONS (part 2)

TESTING AND TESTING SPIRITUAL ACTIONS (Part 1) 📍 The gift of prophecy serves to edify, exhort and comfort: “Whoever prophesies speaks to people for edification, exhortation and comfort” (1 Cor. 14:3). “Test all things, hold fast to good things” (1 Thessalonians 5:21) I like the first two words of this verse: test all things. Note that Paul's command is to try all things, but to hold on to what is good. What to do with the bad? Remove him from you and do not allow him to influence in any way! Unfortunately, many people have a religious mentality and think that if you are reasoning, scrutinizing or criticizing a situation, then you are not the right spirit. No, it is they themselves who are under the influence of an incorrect, passive spirit. Throughout the Bible is the command to reason, test, scrutinize, and critically evaluate everything we hear or see, lest we be deceived by these last days ! We are coming to a time when those who do not discern spiritually will not be able to see the difference between the movement of God and the manifestations of the devil. They can never be physically distinguished. Such things differ only on a spiritual level. It is very important to learn to evaluate, test or test the spirit. There is a way to do this without becoming a critic, and we will consider this. 📍 Verification is a commandment: we have no choice in this In some places of the world, a person can go to some region, say that he is sent by God, start his activity - and he will have followers! Some legally, and some illegally act, guided by the spirits familiar to us. It's amazing how many people get confused! Some people don't care that a man calling himself a prophet is seldom accurate; for them the main thing is to be a prophet! That's all they care about. They are so spiritually hungry or in such rebellion that they "swallow" everything that this person spews out of himself. A sad day is coming for the people who follow the false prophets. Due to the fact that they did not test or test the spirits, they will only be injured or awaken after severe destruction. 📍 You need to wake up before the destruction touches you! Everyone should have the ability to experience or reason about what kind of spiritual action is in front of him. 1 John 4:1 offers us the commandment of the New Testament: “Beloved! Do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see if they are from God, because many false prophets have appeared in the world.” When John said, "Christians, don't believe every spirit!" - it was a command. If we are people led by the Holy Spirit, then this means that we interact with the spiritual world. Everything that comes to you in a spiritual context must be experienced. No angel of God will be angry with you for testing him. You will not grieve the Spirit of God in a service, in a strong anointing, or anywhere else if you test Him. The Spirit of God and the Word of God are always in harmony. Therefore, they will not go away if you test them. You are fulfilling the command! 📍 If someone is angry, it is a good sign that something is wrong. Some Christians believe everything they hear. They never experience anything. If special religious words are heard in verbosity or outdated words from the Church Slavonic language are used, then they automatically think that this is from God. If something looks spiritual, they think it's the Holy Spirit. But this does not mean at all that God is acting in this case. Sometimes the mystical is mistaken for the spiritual, but this is not from God. Every spirit is believed only by those who have never developed the right habit of discerning spiritual activities. When John says to "test" the spirits, he means to determine their source. This means that not all spirits are from God, even if they say good things. John says that there are "many" false prophets in this world. But the word "many" does not mean "all". There is an old expression that says, "Truth cannot be discarded just because some misuse it." The existence of a counterfeit does not mean that one should be afraid to flow in the truth. Some churches or ministries do not even allow prophets or prophecy into their churches. They say they don't want to give freedom to the wrong. But you need to stop the wrong and work with the right. If there are false prophets, there must be true ones. We need to work with true prophets and accept them. Say "no" to false prophets and run away from them. It is impossible to stop the prophetic movement, a particular prophet or prophecy, just because people do not reason on what was said and do not want to distinguish from what spirit it was said. Do not go to extremes and become paranoid or skeptical. We must not walk in fear of being deceived or overcome by a spirit of error. But we must be fully equipped for each day through the reading of the Word, a life of prayer, and experiences with God and with the Holy Spirit, who steps in and tells us when something is wrong, "Don't take it in any way!" “... another prophecy” (1 Cor. 12:10) Let 1 Corinthians 14:3-5 serve as the key to understanding this gift: “But whoever prophesies speaks to people for edification, exhortation and comfort. He who speaks in an unfamiliar tongue edifies himself; and whoever prophesies edifies the church. I wish you all spoke in tongues; but it is better that you prophesy.” Often there is an opinion that prophecy concerns only forecasts for the future. This is inconsistent with the evidence of either the Old or New Testament. When, for example, the Lord Jesus at the well of Jacob presents her past to the Samaritan woman: “You have had five husbands, and the one you now have is not your husband,” she replies: “Lord, I see that you are a prophet” (Jn. 4:18-19). This text confirms that even then it was not believed that the ministry of prophecy was always connected with predicting the future. Whence, then, such a misconception? Some people think that there is a difference between prediction and prophecy. But the original source makes no distinction. In both cases, the Greek word PROPHETHEIA is used. New Testament prophecy has more scope than mere prediction of the future. Prophecy is not necessarily about predicting ahead, but it is important to say what God has put on the heart of the prophet. The Greek word prophet consists of two concepts PRO and REMI. It means: to raise your voice for someone, to be someone's herald. The Hebrew word NABI has the same meaning as a messenger who carries the message further. So Moses was told, "Aaron will be your prophet," that is, "Aaron will speak for you." So: divine prophecy is a speech on the instructions of God. In this sense, any speech given by God is a prophecy.

The Kingdom of God is like... The parable of the mustard seed - the principle of spiritual growth ✔ What is more important: practice or theory? ✔What is more interesting: practice or theory? 📍Practice, in particular, is called an activity that serves to achieve the necessary experience in any business, as well as individual experience in a particular area. 📍Theory is a doctrine, a system of ideas or principles, systematized knowledge, obtained, among other things, by generalizing the experience of predecessors. As a rule, practice is necessary for life. Most of our questions, including those in the sphere of spiritual life, relate specifically to the practical side: “How should I feel about this? What should be done now? And can this be done or not? Is this good or bad for me? What exactly am I supposed to do now?" If everything depends on practice, then why, in general, do we need a theory? In theory, in order to drive a car, it is enough to acquire practical driving skills. But, all of you have seen people who get into accidents due to violation of the rules of the intersection, or not following traffic signs, or due to ignoring weather conditions and other circumstances, as well as due to malfunctions in the car. We also met people who were standing near the car, which stopped moving, opening the hood and looking sadly into the engine compartment ... And what's next? The described situation shows the importance of theory: knowledge of the rules of the road, the laws of physics, the structure of a car, etc. An example of studying foreign language . Some stop only at speaking practice. This, of course, is good and effective. But again, without grammar (theory), a person finds himself in captivity of ready-made constructions and cannot use the language to the fullest, conveying shades of meaning, etc. The same principle applies to the spiritual life. Practice helps you do things. And as long as everything goes well, as a rule there are no questions about the theory. But in case of a problem or when everything is not clear how and where, the question arises not just in actions, but also in understanding why this happens, what it will lead to next and what needs to be done in order to start taking into account all the cause-and-effect chains. build everything right on a solid foundation. 📍 Therefore, correct practical actions are not possible without prior awareness and acceptance of the theory. It is impossible to build life correctly, including spiritual life, without knowing or ignoring those principles and rules that God Himself established in the Universe He created, which determine the relationship both between people and God, and within humanity itself. Many problems arise precisely from the fact that people have a lack of knowledge (theory), which God conveyed to people through His Word - the Bible, and act on the basis of their own experience or understanding (practice). Therefore, it must be emphasized once again that correct practice is built on true theory. Why do some today, having repented, return to their former way of life and leave the church? Why is the same sin repeated over and over again? Why does a person who is born again turn away from God? Or was he not born? And if he was born and retreated, is he already spiritually dead or not yet? If he died, can he be born again? You can go on and add many more questions. But they all come down, in essence, to one thing: “How is the Kingdom of God organized and what is the place and role of man in it?” Let us immediately note that in the Bible the expressions “Kingdom of God” and “Kingdom of Heaven” are synonymous and mean the same thing. So, let's look at some principles of the organization of the Kingdom of God. 📍 What is the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of Heaven? 📍 Once upon a time, John the Baptist turned his sermon to the people, waiting for the coming of the Messiah and the establishment of His dominion: “Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand” (Mt 3:2). He says nothing more to people: the approach of God's Kingdom is in itself a sufficient reason for repentance. People begin to ask John questions about what they should do in connection with this approach. It turns out that people do not have to do anything special - just give up sin, ask the Lord for forgiveness and try to live honestly and cleanly. And one day he simply showed people the Man Who came to him to be baptized, and said that it was His coming that the prophets predicted. Again, no explanation, no drastic change. So what is next? Yes, it would seem that nothing special is happening. The students follow the teacher. He preaches, performs miracles, heals the sick and even resurrects the dead, and this is natural - if the Kingdom of God comes on earth, then death, illness and suffering will inevitably recede. It would seem that here is another step or two, and ... “is it not at this time, Lord, that you are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” (Acts 1:6) - so His disciples will ask later, after the Resurrection, but only because this question was on their lips from the very beginning. Right now, they think, the victorious procession of the King-Messiah will begin throughout the world, the Roman troops will disperse, the wicked will be exterminated, and the righteous will begin to rule the world. But nothing of the kind happens, and this, apparently, is the main reason why the crowds who greeted Christ with solemn cries at the entrance to Jerusalem, in just a few days, will persistently shout “Crucify Him!” (Mark 15:13-14). He did nothing to these people, but He did not justify their hopes for an immediate victory over the Romans, and this is not forgiven to anyone, and now they are ready to demand from the Romans that the failed Tsar be nailed to the cross. Pilate himself felt this very well, ordering to write on the cross “King of the Jews”, and in three languages at once, so that everyone would read and remember (Luke 23:38). In general, as we remember from the history of His interrogation, Christ is indeed officially accused of nothing more than a claim to royal dignity - and He does not deny this (Matt. 27:11). The crucifixion, of course, was the collapse of all hopes for the disciples of Christ. “But we hoped that it was He who should deliver Israel” (Luke 24:21), say His disciples, and they say after He had risen and they were told about it, moreover, they say to Christ Himself meeting Him on the way home and not recognizing Him. Everything that happened was too different from what they expected. And this shock, this collapse of their hopes, is perhaps not last turn were to show the disciples that the Kingdom is not what it seemed to many. “The Kingdom of God will not come in a conspicuous way, and they will not say: “Behold, it is here,” or: “Behold, there.” For behold, the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:20-21). What is it then, this Kingdom? Christ spoke about this a lot, but in most cases in parables: “To what shall we liken the Kingdom of God?” (Mark 4:30). Christ does not give specific definitions of the Kingdom. He speaks of him figuratively. Indeed, there are things that cannot be squeezed into the narrow framework of verbal concepts. What do the parables say about him? It starts small, like a mustard seed, but turns out to be the greatest thing in the world (Matt. 13:31-32). It is the most valuable treasure, for which it is not a pity to sacrifice everything else (Matt. 13:45-46), and at the same time it cannot be separated from everything else for a time, as one separates tares from wheat (Matt. 13:24). - thirty). The entrance to it is open only to those who make certain efforts and take care of everything in advance (Matt. 25:1-13), and at the same time it is like a net that itself captures fish of all kinds (Matt. 13:47-48 ). It requires careful calculation and preparation, like building a tower (Luke 14:28-30) or a house on a solid foundation (Matt. 7:24-27) - and at the same time it invades our lives unexpectedly, like a suddenly returned master at home (Mark 13:34-37). The Kingdom of Heaven stands at the very center of Christ's teaching, and whatever He told His disciples about, it was necessarily about the Kingdom: how to find it, how to live in it, how not to lose it. The preaching of Christ is the Gospel of the Kingdom, the parables are the mysteries of the Kingdom, the disciples are the sons of the Kingdom. And even a member of the Sanhedrin sympathizing with Christ named Joseph is called only “waiting for the Kingdom” (Mark 15:43) - that already says it all. But such a wealth of images actually raises more questions than answers. These parables sound like a collection of riddles - what is this very Kingdom, if it can be so different? The answer, apparently, lies not so much in individual formulations as in all four Gospels at once: it is something that arises between Christ and His disciples and constitutes the very essence of their lives. “Thy Kingdom come,” is how Christ Himself teaches His disciples to pray (Matt. 6:10), and these words clearly imply that the Kingdom can and must come throughout this world. It begins with the fact that God places people inside who turn to Him and ends with the fact that it fills everything with itself. There is even a whole book in the New Testament that describes how this will happen - the Revelation of John the Theologian. The Kingdom of Heaven must come one day, but it is already here - this tension between "already yes" and "not yet" determines the conditions for Christians in this world. So, "The kingdom of heaven is like ...". Consider one of the most important principles of the Kingdom of God - the principle of being born again and the spiritual growth of a Christian. The parable of the mustard seed (Matt. 13:31-32, see Mark 4:30-32 and Luke 13:18-19): “He set forth another parable to them, saying: The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and he sowed in his field, which, although smaller than all seeds, but when it grows, is larger than all herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and take refuge in its branches. What can we learn about the Kingdom of Heaven by comparing it to a mustard seed? The fact that at first it is small, and then grows. But in order for it to grow, a person must take it and sow it in his field. Not just like that, a little earlier, before telling this parable, Jesus told another one - the parable of the sower and the different types soils that describe the state of a person's heart and the corresponding result of the action of the Word of God. This story tells us that the Kingdom of God is within us. It is not something external that we must visibly enter, but something that changes us from within. The kingdom of God is a union, a unity between God and man. And this is not something frozen and amorphous, but something that has life and develops, expands and bears fruit. In order to properly build our spiritual life and have the Kingdom of God in ourselves, we need to understand the principles that determine the relationship between God and man. 📍 First. We become part of the Kingdom of God the moment we are born again. What is being born again? Being born again or rebirth is a special event in a person’s life that occurs at the moment when, having accepted the Word of God, he turns to God in faith and, making repentance, asks Him for forgiveness and salvation, and God, in response, forgives sins , gives salvation and revives the spirit of a person for communion with God, which ultimately leads to a change in a person’s life - his inner essence changes, which, turning away from sin, strives for a pious life. There are two sides involved in the process of being born again: God, who gives this seed that has life in it, and man, who receives this seed and places it in his heart. A person cannot have the Kingdom of God in himself, it is given only by God. And it is God Himself who grows this seed. But the responsibility of a person is to accept it, and then the life that in him, under the influence of the Holy Spirit, gives rise to faith in a person, leading him to accept Christ as his Lord and Savior. A person responds to the action of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit, realizing himself a sinner and, as a result, confesses his sins before God, asking for forgiveness and salvation. God's justice speaks of the penalty for sin - death. But God's love is expressed in the fact that Christ took upon Himself this punishment and died on the cross. But He rose again, becoming our Savior and Advocate before God the Father. Thus, in response to repentance, God grants forgiveness and regenerates the spirit of man to fellowship with Him. This is a special action of the Holy Spirit over the human spirit. That is why it is called spiritual birth, birth from the Spirit. A new relationship of man with God is born, a change takes place within the essence of man so that the Bible calls him a "new creation." Without being born again, it is impossible to enter the Kingdom of God. Jesus said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (Jn. 3:3). Question: “Why do some, having repented, return to their former life again? Have they been born again? In order to give an answer, one must understand that in order to be born again on the part of a person, there must be an acceptance of the “grain” - the Word of God - which is confirmed by repentance. But repentance must be in the biblical sense of the word. For many people, repentance is the confession of sins just for the sake of them being forgiven, in order to calm their conscience and make things right with God (just in case). Having reassured himself and his conscience that he has repented and everything is in order in relations with God, the person again returns to his former life, until again his conscience begins to reproach him for his sins. With such repentance, a person does not really want to change his way of life, he wants to live as before, but at the same time receiving remission of his sins. Such repentance does not lead to being born again! Such a person does not accept the Word of God as it is. After all, accepting the Word, a person must place it in his heart, so that there this Word would make changes and give fruit - life. To receive the Word is to be not only a listener, but also a doer of this Word. The Bible describes repentance with the Greek word μετάνοια (metanoia) - a change of mind, a change of thinking. True repentance is regret for committed sins, a change in thinking, a rethinking of life values and priorities, a turn from the former way of life to submission to God and the fulfillment of His commandments. Such repentance on the part of a person leads to the fact that God revives him from above (that is, this is a spiritual action performed precisely and only by God) - a spiritual birth occurs and a person becomes the honor of the Kingdom of God. We have already noted that the Kingdom of God is like…. That is, the principles of the structure of the Kingdom of God are visible in the structure of our ordinary life, which is also determined by the principles and laws laid down by God. So, the similarity of the further spiritual development of a person, as having the Kingdom of God in himself, is expressed in the same principles that determine the physical development of a person after birth. 📍 Second. Having been born, you need to grow and develop in order to become a mature person. What is necessary for the growth of a newborn baby? Proper nutrition. Like a newborn baby, if he does not feed on breast milk, then despite the fact that he was born, he will die. And in the process of nutrition there is also a part of it: mom gives milk, but he must drink it! The apostle Peter teaches the born again: “Like newborn babies, love the pure milk of the word, so that from it you may grow unto salvation…” (1 Pet. 2:2). This is the problem of many born again - they accepted Christ, were born again, but do not want to eat "milk" - the Word of God: to study the Scriptures and act according to the Scriptures. We can forcefully try to feed, but this will not give proper growth. But if they themselves “love pure verbal milk,” they will grow rapidly and gain spiritual weight. Why do some who are born again fall into sin and live like this? Because they don't feed themselves on the Word of God. Does spiritual death happen immediately? No. But this is like a process of spiritual exhaustion. If you do not eat, then you lose strength, fading occurs and the person turns into a spiritual skeleton covered with skin, like a starving person. But this cannot go on indefinitely. If nothing is done, there will be death. Speaking about nutrition, we must pay attention to the fact that each age has its own food. In Hebrews 5:12-14 we read: “For, judging by the time, you ought to have been teachers; but you again need to be taught the first principles of the word of God, and you need milk, not solid food. Whoever feeds on milk is ignorant of the word of truth, because he is a baby. But solid food is characteristic of the perfect, whose senses are accustomed by skill to distinguish between good and evil. The word "ignorant" means "not experienced", "inexperienced", that is, one who has not yet learned to apply in practice. So, babies need only milk. They are unable to eat solid food. She can hurt them. The problem of many spiritual babies and the reason for some of their illnesses is precisely that they do not eat what they should at a given period of time. From solid food, the baby will be harmed, not benefited. He is not able to assimilate it and as a result will starve, which means not to grow, but to lose weight and strength. If we return to the principle of similarity, then in order to be ready for solid food, you first need to be fed and digest milk so that you grow up from infancy. In other words, without mastering the first principles of the teaching of Christ (Heb. 6:1-2), it is impossible to grow further. It is the foundations that form the right skills and the ability to further distinguish between good and evil. ! Babies tend to grab everything and drag it into their mouths, but not all of this is good for them, and something can cause serious harm. Today there are many different teachings, special "spiritual secrets" that open doors to unlimited grace, and so on. Grabbing everything in a row, not having the ability to distinguish between good and evil, many then become spiritually ill and have a lot of problems in their lives. Scripture warns: “Do not be carried away by different and alien teachings; For it is good to strengthen hearts by grace, and not by dishes from which those who dine on them have not benefited” (Heb. 13:9). This expression applies to all types of food, both milk and solid food. Having mastered the basic principles of the teachings of Christ and living in accordance with them, a person moves on to more “solid food”, studying not only the foundations of faith, but also applying them in practice, understanding God’s will and providence of God, to a deeper study of Scripture and understanding of that how to use what has been said in a present time way, how the church should develop and operate, how to teach others this word and answer questions. At the same time, paying attention to the “solid food” that we should eat, we should not understand that this is the Bible plus something else, such as additional revelations to the Scriptures, additions and traditions, etc. Solid food is still the same unchanging Word of God - the Bible. The Apostle Paul writes: “that you learn from us not to be philosophic beyond what is written, and not to be arrogant one before another” (1 Cor. 4:6). Therefore, the correct solid food is the Bible. Deviation from proper nutrition (“beyond what is written”) leads to various consequences. And again, you can draw a parallel or similarity with ordinary life. There is food that is harmful to humans and causes a response. In the spiritual life, improper nutrition can lead to: 📍 1. Food that leads to obesity and sleepiness. “You are already fed up, you have already enriched yourself, you have begun to reign without us. Oh, that you [really] would reign, so that you and I could reign!” (1 Corinthians 4:8). In the spiritual sense, this is what leads to filling a person with what he does not need, but which calms him down and makes him inactive and clumsy. These are various teachings about hypergrace, about prosperity and enrichment, about unlimited freedom to do whatever you want, etc. 📍 2. Food that causes excitement and hyperactivity. It encourages action, but these actions are not justified by the teachings of Christ. For example, the Apostle Paul reproaches the church in Galatia: “Now, having known God, or, better, having received knowledge from God, why do you return again to weak and poor material principles and want to enslave yourself to them again? You observe days, months, times, and years” (Gal. 4:9-10). There are other warnings in the Bible that a person may begin to add something to the teachings of Christ, complicating and subjecting to human laws or prescriptions the conditions for salvation or spiritual growth. As a result, a person does what God does not require of him. He is active in it, but it is like building a house on sand. This can also be attributed to the teachings about the influence of nutrition on the spiritual state, the teaching about the Sabbath as a condition of salvation, the teaching about various actions to achieve knowledge of the special mysteries of God. This can also be attributed to the teachings when a person, having put the Bible aside, should himself receive direct instructions from God about what to do. This category also includes the fascination of people not with God, but with miracles and signs, supernatural actions, etc. 📍 3. Food that is poison and immediately leads to death. This is what, feeding on his spirit, a person comes to the rejection of God and blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. The Bible has a serious warning about this: “But blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven a person; … not in this age, nor in the future” (Matthew 12:31-32). The book of Hebrews explains: “For it is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, and have tasted the gift of heaven, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the world to come, and renew those who have fallen away with repentance, when they again crucify the Son of God within themselves and scoff at him" (Heb. 6:4-6). In this passage we are talking about regenerate people, people who have entered into a very close relationship with the Holy Spirit, in a relationship close to marriage, they have become part of the Holy Spirit and everything divine. And if, being in such a position, a person begins to “crucify” the Son of God through blasphemy, i.e. “exposure to public disgrace” (the word “swear”) of everything divine, then the result of this is the “impossibility” on the part of God to renew such a person with repentance. God cannot forgive such a sin. Why is forgiveness impossible? The fact is that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is a conscious rejection by a reborn person in his thoughts, words and deeds of all actions and manifestations of the Holy Spirit. This is not just a delusion or misunderstanding of any issue, but it is a manifestation of the freedom of the human will in the conscious denial of what is the obvious action of God. This is not a one-time action, but it is a process, the basis of which is the decision of a person. By this decision, the person declares: "Holy Spirit, I know it's You, but I deny You, Your divinity, and I don't want to have anything to do with You!" The answer to such a decision is God's justice, which cannot violate the free will of man. God says: "Let it be as you want!" - and the Holy Spirit leaves forever! He no longer convicts a person about sin, so a person does not see the need for repentance and does not take a step towards God. In this case, there is no conflict between God's mercy and justice. By grace, the Lord provided an opportunity for a person to repent, because. He wants everyone to be saved and gives everyone the opportunity and the right to respond to the calling. In His justice, God cannot break the free will of a person who, using God's mercy, rejected it, and deprives him of the opportunity to be convicted by the Holy Spirit. As a consequence: man cannot be saved. For someone who is worried about whether he has committed an unforgivable sin, in other words, whether he has blasphemed the Holy Spirit, the very fact that he is willing to be forgiven and ready to repent is proof that the unforgivable sin has not been committed. So, one of the principles of the Kingdom of God, which is expressed by the likeness of its grain that grows and bears fruit, we want to emphasize the importance of being born again and proper spiritual nutrition for further spiritual growth. The Apostle Paul, referring to Timothy, writes about the end times and that people will listen to various teachings, but they need to be warned about this and taught the Word of God. But to be such a "good servant of Jesus Christ," Timothy must be "nourished by words of faith and good doctrine, which . . . followed" (1 Tim. 4:6-7). 📍Let's always eat "words of faith and good teaching" - the Bible! Sergei Podnyuk, Deputy Bishop of the United Church of the Pentecostal Church in Belarus, Rector of the Theological Institute

I, Pavlenko Sergey, on behalf of and on behalf of the entire Church of God, I AGAIN call on the sons of Brother Branham - Joseph and Billy-Paul to repent of apostasy from Jesus Christ, of planting heinous heresies among the people of God, of bringing divisions among the brothers and of idolatry before by his father, the prophet W. M. Branham.

I ask everyone who can convey these words to them - pass it on to them on behalf of Sergey Pavlenko from Kharkov.

Also proof of a misunderstanding of the teachings of Jesus Christ and a direct misunderstanding of the Mystery of God's dispensation is the brochure "Vision" of the publishing house "Voice of God Recordings", which was distributed at one time, through which the above-mentioned publishing house announced its special rights to distribute brochures with recorded sermons of Brother Branham. This issue has already been raised and carefully considered from all sides. But you have to stop there. "VoGR" claims that only it has the right to distribute brother Branham's sermons, because. is the owner of a certain "franchise". All other distributors are declared lawbreakers, not loving Brother Branham, and enemies of the Message. Let's go in order:

If Brother Branham's sermons are the property of Brother Branham, then every sane Christian is obliged to use these brochures for only one purpose - in the toilet, tk. "...every man's words are lies, but God is true." I repeat once again - if any preacher or prophet claims copyright on the word he preaches, this is tantamount to recognizing the falsity of this word. In none of Brother Branham's pamphlets have I seen statements that the preached word or the visions that Brother Branham ministered to the Church were his own. It would be just monstrous! Paul preached the Word of God. Peter preached the Word of God. Jeremiah, Daniel, Moses, John - they all preached ONLY the Word of God. The proof of this is the Holy Scripture, which also includes books named after them, the right to possess which only the Lord God has. If the Branham brothers believe that VM Branham preached under the anointing of the Holy Spirit and ministered in visions under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, this is tantamount to recognizing the copyright of the Lord Jesus Christ in brother Branham's preaching and visions. Exactly the same rights belong to the Lord in principle to any sermon, prophecy, vision or healing. Claiming the copyright of Brother Branham's sermons is simply blasphemous.

  1. Is it possible to allow any publishing house to take copyright on the Bible? There are copyrights on translations of the Bible and Torah, or on references (example: Scofield Bible), but not on the text of Holy Scripture itself. It is easy to see that every time Brother Branham spoke about the cassettes, he demanded only one thing - that the sermons he delivered should not be distorted, not edited, etc., i.e. so that the meaning of the sermon is not distorted. Unfortunately, there were and are people who do not know not only the fear of God, but even ordinary human decency.

  2. The original of all Brother Branham's sermons are audiotapes with recordings, not brochures, so all claims to have a printed "original" are also unfounded. It was the cassettes that Brother Branham referred to when he talked about distributing his sermons. He did not forbid the spread of the sermon (it would be strange to hear this from the lips of an evangelist!), but on the contrary, he encouraged it in every possible way. Again, it is enough to listen to Brother Branham's sermons to understand that the current frills with the "franchise" and other "author's problems" have nothing to do not only with the Gospel, but also with the views of the prophet Branham on this. And believe me that by transcribing the sermon “The Sign” to your fellow Baptist on a tape, or copying the sermon “The Religion of Jezebel” for a Pentecostal sister on a photocopier at your work, you will do God’s work, even without documentary permission from Jeffersonville .
Also unsubstantiated are the claims that Jeffersonville is the "Center for the Dissemination of the Message." This city was indeed Brother Branham's headquarters, but only by virtue of his residence there. Last years W. M. Branham spent his life, by the way, not in Jeffersonville, and his last recordings also have a different “registration”. If Jerusalem was not the center of preaching the Gospel (under all 12 apostles!), and Antioch was not such a center (under Paul and Barnabas!), then the American town with the grave of the prophet Branham is certainly not such a center. And in general, how can there be a “Center” for the movement of the Holy Spirit? The Catholics have their own center - Rome, the Orthodox - Constantinople, the Muslims - Mecca, but the center of God's action has always been people's hearts, but not a fad on the map. Rome once claimed to be the "Center of Christianity". He alone had a "franchise" for the Bible, all those who disagreed were burned along with their "non-franchised" Bibles. Luther's merit is that he returned the Bible to the people of God. There is a very bad spiritual "smell" to this spirit that claims to be VoGR's exclusivity in distributing Branham's sermons. This smells of nicolaitism.

  3. And what is the fuss with addresses! It is hard for the "uninitiated" to imagine that between the distributors of the "Message", and in the first place - from Jeffersonville, there is a real competition for the mailing addresses of groups reading pamphlets. We ourselves encountered this when, having sent our database of addresses to Pavlograd "Evening Light", in response, to our great surprise, we received mild gratitude and a firm rebuff to the request for addresses. Having started printing brochures earlier than many, we did not look for profit for ourselves, and we are not looking until now, having ceased to be engaged in this business. We have helped many. We do not build our own system. We are not looking for seniority or exclusivity. We are not looking for a name for ourselves. But may the Lord remember the deeds of those who build their organization in the name of Branham.

  4. What is all this for? For the Kingdom of God? Or to make a name for yourself? With much less cost, brochure printing can be organized in any country or region than opening offices and warehouses, spending money on shipping across the ocean and customs. Why not take the path of least resistance? We had cases in Ukraine when the receipt of brochures was subject to various conditions - membership in the "Evening Light" or a donation for the needs of "VoGR". And although such excesses have not been heard recently, the very fact of their former existence testifies to the unsoundness of the whole concept.

  5. Somehow, those “responsible” for the distribution of brochures begin to simultaneously carry out some other ministry, such as preaching, teaching, instructing, forbidding people to receive into fellowship, etc. Is it not clear from the Scriptures that the office of a dispenser is not identical with the calling of a preacher? Or is it our Soviet habit of being a boss, from which people begin to suffer even if they work as janitors, but have received a new broom?
Another important fact is the ostentatious trembling over the “authenticity of the Message”, which consists in the verbatim reproduction of all the stammering, sneezing, coughing and other interference with the sermon that arose during the service of Brother Branham. Joseph Branham again refers to the words of the prophet Branham: "speak like on these cassettes." It is understood that a recorded sermon is an analogue of the Holy Scriptures, and therefore no abbreviations or remarks are allowed here. But let me, if you approach from such an angle, then there should not be any mistakes in the sermon! Those. to confuse that God hid in the time of Ahab 700 Jews and not 7000 Jews is simply unacceptable! But this is when preaching on one of the Seals! God doesn't err in His Word! This fallacy has been discussed above. The meaning of the sermon should not be distorted, and not doctrinally copied all these "Brother Branham clapped his hands twice" or "Uh-uh-uh" or "Eeeee." This only makes it difficult to understand the meaning of the sermon. Ewald Frank's translations are much more readable (although there is evidence of their unreliability). By the way, I still remember the times (early 90s) when they didn’t think so in Jeffersonville either - then pamphlets with truncated sermons, with fragments of sermons and without numbering of sermon verses “under the Bible” (the same idolatry) and etc., not to mention all these hesitation. It's strange that now in "VoGR" they pretend that this never happened. But the pamphlets remained!

  6. The strongest temptation is that even among themselves, many groups from the "Message" do not have not only the love of Christ, but even the usual Christian fellowship in the Holy Spirit. In addition to "VoGR", there are several "centers" involved in printing brochures with Brother Branham's sermons or "disseminating the Message" in one form or another. And, as a rule, they do not have any communication with each other. There are "Message preachers" from Jeffersonville, and there are "Message preachers" not from Jeffersonville. There are those who pray for Jeffersonville, and there are those who curse Jeffersonville. There are "those who stand in the Message" and there are those who "go in the Message." There are "Gromovites" and there are "Frankivists". Yes, what can we talk about, if, according to the testimony of brothers from the USA, now three different groups gather in the “Branham Tabernacle”: for some, the pastor is Brother Collins; for others, the pastor and prophet is Brother VM Branham (and now); for others, Joseph Branham is a prophet. Maybe I'm wrong about something, but at one time Kharkov was a favorite place to visit for all kinds of "message bearers". And few of these "bearers" had good relations with other similar "bearers of the Message". The effect of all this is depressing. It's better to have fellowship with Jesus Christ and those who love Jesus Christ than to be witnesses to all these denominational squabbles.

Denomination.

We are coming to the conclusion of this summary of apostasy among the community of people who call themselves "those who have received the Message of the Prophet Branham." Only a blind person can fail to see that it is just as criminal to equate between the prophet V.M. These are absolutely different people, this is a completely different faith, in the end, these are different spirits. History repeats itself. How little the Lutherans are like the blessed servant of God Martin Luther, how little the Methodists are like the blessed servant of God John Wesley, just as little the Branhamites are like the blessed servant of God William Branham. The Branhamites departed from Branham in everything: in teaching, in following the Bible, in the manifestation of the Spirit and power, in the knowledge of God, in the dispensation of God. There was not a single commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Scriptures that they would not violate. We have the audacity to assert that a religious system similar to any other religious system has been erected on Brother Branham's bones. There is a fait accompli - the formation of a DENOMINATION.

What is a denomination? This word, "denomination", is not found in the Bible (although character traits denominations are set out in Is. 29), but the denominations themselves are quite well described there: Sadducees, Pharisees, Zealots and Jessenes. They were all descendants of Abraham. They all believed in the One God. But here in interpretations of the Law they differed cardinally. The Zealots killed the Sadducees for their collaboration with the "Roman invaders", the Jessenes criticized the Pharisees for their "easy interpretation of the Scriptures", the Pharisees and Sadducees even made the roofs of their houses different to emphasize their dissimilarity. Among the Pharisees themselves, the school of Hillel and Shamai argued for more than a hundred years about whether it is possible to eat an egg laid by a hen on the Sabbath. A worthy occupation for those whom God ordained for His Glory! But all together they rejected Jesus Christ. Historians such as Josephus in his Antiquities of the Jews say that even at the time of the siege of Jerusalem, these opposing factions burned each other's stores of bread - so great was their mutual hatred. The same is now. From the English original - this word means "separation". The people of God was divided by these denominations. They could not together, as in the days of David or Samuel, oppose the enemy. So now. Led by their denominational teachers into the abyss of darkness, they did not recognize the coming of the Messiah and rejected Him. So now. Rome killed everyone. So now. Denomination is the result of an enemy working among the people of God. These are divisions between brothers. These are divisions between ministers of the same gospel. It is hatred for those who are different from oneself. It is the erection of barriers to fellowship in the Holy Spirit and truth.

The characteristic features of the denomination are the following:

Leaving the Bible in one form or another. If the Bible no longer serves as the foundation, and indeed the only one, in God's economy, this is a wake-up call, and the "watchmen" of the congregations should be on the watch. When the topic of a sermon finds its inspiration not in Holy Scripture, but in something else, this is a sign that idolatry begins and God leaves. When the form of the ministry or the truths confessed begin to contradict the biblical pattern, this is a sign that spiritual fornication has begun. When the Bible is no longer absolute and the ultimate truth, when the written Word is no longer sufficient to resolve emerging issues in the life of the congregation, and human convictions, experience, rationality, traditions, etc. become weighty, this is the most striking sign that that God is gone. Instead of the Church, a group of religious people remained. The church is dead, the denomination remains. Life is gone, death has come.

  1. Quenching of the Holy Spirit. Formalism in the services, the carnal state of the church, the absence of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the flourishing of sin and hypocrisy, the absence of changes in the state of believers over the years, the absence of personal knowledge of God. Instead of when God Himself, through His Word, revealed in a living sermon, through the direction and correction of the state of the community by the action of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, guides His people, human programs are affirmed. Forums and conferences are being organized, presentations of “European warehouses of Bread for the European Bride”, centers and centers are being organized one after another for distributing the Message, printing brochures and cassette recordings - and all this instead of preaching the Gospel. Did the apostles organize centers for copying the Old Testament scrolls? Did they hold conferences in Jerusalem or Antioch? Were signature sheets sent out with invitations to join Light in the East or Evening Light? The Spirit of the Lord hates it.
Nicholas. It is strange that those who read pamphlets benefit so little from them. As one of the ardent “Message supporters” (Jeffersonville translator) told me, “I don’t read pamphlets—I translate them.” I advise everyone to carefully read the sermon "The Teaching of the Nicolaitans." Virtually every congregation that has "received the Message" has a "pastor." He is the owner. He is not a slave. Serving in the congregation depends almost entirely on how the pastor wants it, and not on how it pleases the Holy Spirit and how it is written in the Bible. As a rule, the pastor is not the one whom the Lord wants to appoint, but the one who shouts louder about his fidelity to the Message, is eloquent and unprincipled. Such a virtue as the fear of God is unknown to such people. Anyone can be a "pastor" - a young, new believer, inexperienced, not chosen by the Lord, a lazy person and a drunkard - as long as he "stands faithfully for the Message." It is a fact. There are cities and congregations. Unhappy meetings. There are specific false apostles. Of course, these "pastors" will not teach the knowledge of God and the Word of God, and they cannot teach this. But they will methodically, with the booklet "Order in the Church" in one hand and with prepared bookmarks in the book "Exposition of the Seven Church Ages" in the other, like a reticulated python, they will squeeze the last breath of life out of the Church, which the Lord Jesus bought for Himself with His blood. . Their original is a pamphlet, not the Spirit of Life in the scriptures. Hiding behind the name of Branham, these dire wolves do not seek the will of the Lord, but do everything according to their own understanding. How many passages of Scripture can be cited on this subject! Not the conformity of the faith of Christians to the Biblical original, but the conformity of their faith to their convictions is the goal of these false workers. See who is your master - the pastor or the Word? Is your "shepherd" a slave of the gospel of Jesus Christ? Doesn't he feed himself?

  2. Pride. Unprecedented pride and conceit, arrogance over all other denominations and their members is the most repulsive thing that "those in the Message" have. How affectionate and hospitable they are to you when you are “their own”. How metal begins to sound in their voice when your confession begins to differ from theirs! So do Pentecostals, Charismatics, and Baptists. They will not cry and pray for you, and if they find out that a misfortune has happened at your house, they will joyfully rub their hands and say: “Finally, God has struck them!” How unlike the meek Spirit of Christ! What is a denomination - not many will answer, but pride is enough. "And we are not like these damned denominations," - how many times have you heard this. They cannot show anything - neither holiness, nor the power of God, nor joy in Christ, nor brotherly love, nor miracles and signs, nor victory over sin. So what are they bragging about? Brother Branham? The Jews once boasted that they were the children of Abraham and had the Law of Moses. Did it help them? Doesn't the Epistle to the Romans say otherwise? Isn't that what the Book of Jeremiah is talking about? Or have they forgotten that God does not have grandchildren? Words spoken, by the way, by Brother Branham. Check, friends, do you speak in an excellent tone about denominations? Are you not proud of the “triples” (believers in the “Trinity”) of your “correct” faith (as if they deserved it)? Are you not told that you are already the Bride of Christ? It is written that "the wife is the glory of the husband." Have you ALREADY become His glory? Are you just as perfect? Can you reveal Jesus Christ? Have you already grown into a perfect man, to the measure of the full stature of Christ? It is written that "His wife prepared herself." You are ready? ARE YOU READY? The works that He did, and you do? Do you know your Father the way Jesus knew Him? Have you defeated the evil one? Is there sin in your life? Does your love match the biblical pattern found in Jesus Christ? Many times I was convinced that your “Ukrainian Bride” or “European Bride” is the essence of a Harlot sitting on a scarlet beast with her “mother” and older, just as proud, arrogant and adulterous “sisters”.

  3. Denominational language of communication. The denominational language of communication is characteristic of those who "receive the Message" in the same way that the language of the Bible is characteristic of Christians. “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” “Prophet”, “Message”, “Messenger” (with emphasis on the first syllable), “This is the Word”, “That Man”, “The Word of This Hour”, “European (Ukrainian, Chinese, etc.) Bride”, etc. - typical and illustrative. The presence of their fetishes - pictures with a cloud, photographs with light, eagles in all poses and forms, a newspaper dedicated only to the description of the Branham family, mountains with profiles of V.M. Branham, etc. - just as visual as Orthodox icons, Catholic rosaries, Baptist kerchiefs or heraldic swords and shields of charismatics. Was there anything similar among the Christians of the first centuries?

  4. Taking the Mark of the Beast. It is known that to belong to any form of the Christian religion and at the same time pervert the Word to one's own advantage is the acceptance of the Mark of the Beast. To emphasize their separation from others, people take the name of their god. Christians - true Christ, Baptists - Baptist Christ, Orthodox - Orthodox Christ. Was Christ divided? Believers have never been called anything but the name of Jesus Christ. There is nothing wrong with the word "received the Message" itself, just as there is nothing wrong with the word "baptized with water" or "survivors of Pentecost" or "rightly glorifying." But when these words become proper names, when they designate a group of people who believe in some way apart from others, this is a sign of a typical denomination, even if you are called "The most true and correct believers in Jesus Christ." So there are "Baptists", "Pentecostals", "stands in the Message (in the common people -" Branhamites "). Do not call yourself "one who received the Message of Brother Branham", but bear the name of Jesus Christ, by golly - it is more glorious! Well, or the mark of that same Beast. The choice is yours.
As with any other denomination, God says, "Get out, get out of her, my people"! Remember, a denomination doesn't convert, it doesn't heal. This is Babylon, and no one has ever been able to heal it. Run from there. Do not be afraid that you will be left without feeding with brochures - God will feed you Himself, from His storehouses, straight from heaven. Do not be afraid to be left without fellowship, God will give you brothers and sisters, be afraid to be left without fellowship with Him. Do not be discouraged when you are persecuted as "apostates from the Message" - it is passed, it is not fatal. This is followed by an abundant blessing from the Lord. Woe, if everyone speaks well of you, do not forget this. Don't be stupid, don't be fearful, be like the goats before the flock. Go outside the camp bearing His reproach. You will be hated for not denying His name. Go seek His Face in His Word. The time is near. The denouement is close.

"An Exposition of the Seven Church Ages"; p.301.

“Let me tell you the following. I don't think that God is calling only the false church to repentance. In this verse He is speaking to His chosen ones. They, too, must repent of something. Many of His children are still in these false churches. These are the ones mentioned in Ephesians 5:14: “Wake up, sleeper, and rise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.” Sleeping is not dead. And they sleep among the dead. They're out there in these dead denominations. They go with the flow. God is calling, “Wake up! Repent of your stupidity!. They exercise their influence by giving their time and their money, in fact their own lives these antichrist organizations, and yet they think that everything is in order. They need to repent. They must repent . They need to change their thinking, turn their faces to the truth.

Don't think it's about some Baptists! It's about them too! But this is for you, THIS IS FOR YOU, "who accepted the Message of Branham"!!! Repent of idolatry! Repent of quenching the Holy Spirit and leaving the Bible! Stop being called "those who received the Message" - become CHRISTIANS at last!!!

“O people, my brothers and sisters, come under this Token, quickly. Do you hear? Do not accept any replacement. Don't, don't do it. Do you understand? Don't imagine It. Stay until you know that the Token has been set, until the mind that was in Christ will be in you, until all the absurdity of this world is gone, when all your heart desires only Him.

We testify to everyone who reads this article - you cannot justify that you did not know, or you were not warned, or you were not told. Did you read. You can burn this little book or curse its authors, you can scoff or mock at what is written here - it's up to you. Just know that the Lord is near. And you will have to answer to Him for your faith.

We say: “Your blood is not on our hands. The Lord sent us. We preached. We warned. We screamed. We wrote letters to you. We are pure from your blood." These are the duties of a guard. If anyone has read them (Ezek.33:1-19). Amen.

May the Lord bless all who love Him!
