Vegetable cocktail salad with apples and plums

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 tomato;

  • We put the salad in a cool place for 2 hours. Then we take it out, put a flat dish, carefully but quickly turn it over, decorate the appetizer with greens and serve it to the table.

Salad with tuna and cherry tomatoes


Salads with tuna and sour cream are always tasty, original and ideal for a festive dish for the New Year 2019. Since fresh tuna is quite difficult to find, we use canned.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna;

Ingredients:

  • 300 g chicken breast;
  • 500 g lettuce leaves;
  • 200 g cherry;
  • 150 ml sour cream;

  • dried garlic and salt to taste.

Cooking:

  • Fry the chicken breast on both sides in oil for about 5 minutes.

  • Rinse lettuce leaves with water, dry, tear with your hands and spread on a flat dish.

  • Pour dried garlic into sour cream to taste, stir, pour lettuce and cherry tomatoes with sauce, mix gently.




  • We cut the breast into thin plates, put it on top of the rest of the ingredients, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and serve the dish to the table.

Mimosa salad with sour cream


Today there are salad recipes that have long been considered classics of Russian cuisine, for example, Mimosa salad, which is often prepared for the festive table. As a rule, such a dish is seasoned with mayonnaise, but there are options with sour cream and garlic, which gives the dish a piquant taste.

Ingredients:

  • a jar of sardines (canned);
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 boiled eggs;
  • a slice of white bread;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
  • a clove of garlic;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;

Cooking:

  • We open a jar of sardines, do not drain the liquid, but put pieces of bread, chopped greens there and mix.


  • Grind raw carrots on a fine grater.

  • We also grind the yolks and cheese on a grater, mix the ingredients together.

  • Three egg whites on a grater separately.

  • Put the garlic passed through the press into the sour cream, add salt to taste and stir.

  • We collect the salad: put the sardines on a flat dish, carrots on top and grease the vegetable with sauce.


  • Next, make a layer of yolks and cheese, cover with sauce and sprinkle with grated proteins.

  • We put the salad in a cool place and decorate with greens before serving.

In order to prepare truly delicious salads for the New Year, it is important to choose sour cream based on cream and sourdough, and not a sour cream product. Natural sour cream should be white color with a slight creamy tint and no lumps.
