FGBOU VPO Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University- higher pedagogical educational institution, is one of the oldest universities Chelyabinsk region, was founded in as a pedagogical institute.

In 1995, the Institute received the status of a university and was renamed the Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University. All educational activities University is aimed at the implementation of the State Standard of Vocational Education, improving the quality of professional training of teaching staff, intensifying the educational process, searching for new forms of education, and creative development of the personality of future teachers. When you enter this "university", think carefully. I study at the faculty foreign languages and I can say five years will be wasted. Most of the teachers, of course, are adequate, but there are some personnel who will definitely ruin your life at the faculty, insulting and getting personal, and touching you not as a student, but even going to your family.

But the highest level of this faculty, of course, is the dean. And the work in the women's team spoiled him incredibly. Does his best...

I studied at the ChGPU at the Professional Pedagogical Institute. This is a wonderful educational institution! Excellent teachers! My memories are very good! The teachers of the Department of Economics, Management and Law are the best. Knowledge is excellent. I would especially like to note the teachers: Apukhtin Anton Sergeevich, Demtsuru Svetlana Sergeevna, Evplova Ekaterina Viktorovna.

About the university

The State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University" is one of the oldest universities in the Chelyabinsk region.

Since its foundation in 1934, it has grown from a small pedagogical institute into one of the leading pedagogical universities in Russia. In 1984, the university was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor for the success in training teachers.

In 1995, the Institute received the status of a university and was renamed the Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical University.

All educational activities of the university are aimed at implementing the State Standard of Higher Professional Education, improving the quality of professional training of teaching staff, intensifying the educational process, searching for new forms of education, and creative development of the personality of future teachers.

Being the only specialized pedagogical university in the Chelyabinsk region, ChSPU trains qualified personnel in almost the entire range of educational programs of the regional education system. New specialties were opened (typhlopedagogy and special psychology, preschool pedagogy and psychology, computer science, pedagogy-psychology, life safety, cultural studies, social work, translation and translation studies, informatics and management of the organization, six specialties of primary vocational education: cars and automotive industry; informatics, computer engineering and computer technologies; design; economics and Management).

If in 1994 teacher training was carried out in 14 specialties of the classifier of areas and specialties of higher professional education, then in 2007 - 36 each. At present, the university trains teachers not only for general education schools, but also for systems of preschool education, primary and secondary vocational education , correctional education, managers for the management system, organizes refresher courses for education workers. Institutions are doing well teacher education and distance learning, human health and ecology, additional creative teaching professions, etc.

In 2006, a branch of ChSPU was opened in Miass. The following specialties are licensed in it (State license series A No. 166368 dated June 29, 2006): pedagogy and psychology, pedagogy and methods of primary education, organization management, vocational training (design, economics and management, computer science, computer technology and computer technology, social work .

At the Institute of Additional Creative Pedagogical Professions, students of the target set receive an additional pedagogical profession in 5 departments:

* artistic and aesthetic (vocal, choral singing, author's song, theater, puppet theater, folklore, artistic word and entertainer, ballroom dancing, modern dances, folk dances, street dances, folk instruments, pop music);
* sports improvement (aerobics, recreational gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, tourism, karate, fencing, life safety (rescuers);
* arts and crafts (sewing, fashion theater, knitting knitwear, graphic designer, phytodesign, photography, hairdressing, interior design, leisure technology, ecology);
* leisure department (leisure technology, tour guide, intellectual games, KVN);
* organizational and pedagogical (computer science, valeology, archeology, journalism, astronomy, practical psychology, French, Tatar language, Orthodox culture, road safety, educational management).

The educational process at 15 faculties, 2 institutes and 54 departments of the university is provided by a highly qualified team of teachers, including 570 full-time teachers, including 60 doctors of sciences and professors and 354 candidates of sciences. Doctors and Candidates of Sciences 72.6% of total number teachers.

The results of their scientific and methodological work are actively introduced into the educational process, which brings it in line with modern requirements for the level and quality of training.

New informational and pedagogical technologies. About 720 modern personal computers are at the disposal of students, graduate students, teachers and researchers of the university. The library widely uses modern computers, has access to the Internet, and an electronic catalog has been created. There is an electronic catalog of dissertations of the State Library named after V.I. Lenin.

The university has developed a system of educational work. The museums created at the ChSPU, the Institute of Additional Creative Pedagogical Professions, the system of traditional key activities and events, the Scientific Society of Students (SSU), the Scientific Student Society (SSO), the student pedagogical team "Luch" help self-realization of the individual in various areas. In 2002, 2004 and 2006 the university became the winner of I, II and III All-Russian competitions for the best educational system, conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science Russian Federation. The Museum of the History of the ChSPU is listed in the All-Russian Book of Honor, stored in the Museum of the Great Patriotic War on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow.

For 10 years, CSPU athletes have been the first in the sports contest among the universities of Chelyabinsk.

University students receive academic and social scholarships, including bonuses based on the results of the session. Achievements of students are marked by scholarships of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation. Orphans and students under guardianship and guardianship, invalids of groups I and II receive monthly increased scholarships and subsidies for food. 280 students receive scholarships named after famous scientists and teachers of ChSPU.

Each non-resident student has the opportunity to get a place in the hostel of the university. The cost of living in them is 345 rubles per year.
