The last opportunity to collect additional points will be this summer. From June 20, an express competition for applicants will start, for participation in which it will be possible to add from 2 to 5 points to your rating. Summing up, I emphasize that there can be many achievements, but they will not bring more than 10 points in total.
We expect the greatest competition for a place in the areas of "linguistics", "architecture", "computer security", "economic security", " international relationships”,“ jurisprudence ”, oil and gas business. It will be easier to enter the university for those who pass the exam in physics. For admission to a good half of all specialties, this subject is required, as a result of which the passing score for these specialties is in the region of 150-160 points. For comparison: for "linguistics" and "international relations" the passing score is 260-270 points.
An extremely significant change that should be kept in mind is the absence of a priority system for final enrollment. As in previous years, each applicant can apply simultaneously to five universities and three specialties in each. Last year, a new document appeared - "Consent for enrollment", which must be submitted before the release of the order for enrollment in only one specialty. This point may be alarming for those who received the so-called "semi-passing" or simply low scores.
- Are there any privileges for successful students at the university?
- There are material incentives for admission to the Siberian Federal University. For students studying on a budgetary basis, increased scholarships are provided. So, if the average scholarship is 2 thousand rubles, then especially talented people can apply for payments of 10 thousand. A 5-fold scholarship will be paid to winners and prize-winners of school Olympiads. A priority set of specialties was also determined (there are about 30 of them), where the scholarship is increased by 50%. For students, this allowance is significant. For the second year in a row, graduates who have passed the Unified State Exam in physics or computer science and whose rating is more than 210 points are awarded a double scholarship, more than 240 points - three times. In addition, for the first time, SibFU will support applicants who win major sports competitions with a triple scholarship. In addition, there are regional programs to support talented applicants - additional payments to scholarships in the amount of five thousand rubles a month. - Can paying students count on something?
- Due to changes in the conditions of paid education throughout the country, our university does not have the right to make the cost of education lower than that established by the federal center, however, depending on the points scored, a cost reduction of 10-50% is provided. For paying students, we have prepared a system to reduce the cost of education. So, for example, children who score more than 180 points in the Unified State Examination (when entering most areas of training) will be able to receive a 50% discount for the entire period of study, provided that they study "good" and "excellent". The university is extremely interested in smart and strong students.
- How not to forget anything and do everything in time?
- Applications for admission this year will start on June 20 and will last until July 26. And on July 27, lists-ratings of applicants for admission will be posted on the website and in the university itself. From July 28 to August 1, you need to finally decide, guided by these lists, which will change daily, where to include the original documents: certificate, consent to enrollment. This will be the first wave of enrollment, which will determine 80% of those enrolled. The second wave will last from 4 to 6 August.
The Siberian Federal University (SFU) this year will provide 6,000 state-funded (free) places for first-year students. And in total, together with paid students, graduate students, masters and correspondence students, 10 thousand students are ready to accept here. Andrey Luchenkov, Deputy Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Siberian Federal University, who arrived in Khakassia, told about this.
At a press conference held in Abakan, Andrei Luchenkov recalled that the project to create federal universities initially assumes that they will serve residents of all regions included in Federal districts. And Khakassia, as the closest neighbor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, is of particular importance for SibFU. Thousands of students from Khakassia study at the University, many of whom return to work in their republic after graduation.
According to the Deputy Vice-Rector, students from Khakassia are the second largest group of SibFU students after residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Every year, 700-880 applicants from Khakassia apply to SFU, 400-450 of them become students of the University.
“I hope that this year will not be an exception, and we will get many talented, motivated and prepared applicants from Khakassia”- said Luchenkov.
THE BIGGEST CHANCES OF GETTING INTO FREE TRAINING
Andrei Luchenkov said that SibFU has the country's largest quota for free education. So, this year the University provides 6,000 state-funded places for first-year students, and this is half of all free places in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia. The rest is accounted for by all other universities combined.
EXTRA POINTS
Recall that enrollment in universities in Russia is on a competitive basis and the main criterion for admission is the total score for the Unified State Examination in the applicant's certificate. But in addition, there is an opportunity to increase this amount by up to 10 points.

Bonus points are also added for the participation of a student in the Olympiad - the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, the Olympiad of the Council of Rectors, etc. - the winners and prize-winners of such Olympiads also receive a certain number of additional points.
LAST CHANCE
But SibFU also gives applicants a last chance to gain additional points to the admission rating! From June 22 to July 15, there is an express competition at the university, the essence of which is that by answering questions about life at the University and the rules for admission to it, you can earn up to 5 points for the exam!

BONUS PROGRAM
Note that SibFU is an engineering specialized university. Therefore, up to 80% of state-funded places for first-year students are tied to the knowledge of physics, mathematics, computer science, and partly chemistry. Therefore, the SibFU admission system is designed to support applicants who have high scores in physics, mathematics and computer science in their certificates. If an applicant scores 210 points or more in three of these subjects upon admission, then his scholarship in the first semester will be doubled. DEADLINES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DOCUMENTS

Acceptance of documents from applicants at SibFU will continue until July 25. But there are reservations for areas where the competition takes into account not only the USE scores, but also additional tests.
So, in a specialty where a creative competition is held upon admission (for example, “journalism”), the acceptance of documents ends on July 12.
Graduates of technical schools who will be enrolled not in the Unified State Examination, but in separate tests, need to submit documents before July 10.

Admission conditions
Admission to the University for the first year for undergraduate and specialist training programs is carried out:
Based on the results of the unified state exam (hereinafter referred to as the USE) in general education subjects corresponding to the field of study (specialty) for which admission is carried out, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education, and based on the results of additional entrance examinations - persons with a secondary ( complete) general or secondary vocational education.
The results of the USE, recognized as the results of entrance examinations in general education subjects corresponding to the field of study (specialty) for which admission is carried out, cannot be lower than the minimum number of points established by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science according to the results of the USE in such general education subjects, confirming mastering the general education program of secondary (complete) general education in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard.
Based on the results of entrance examinations, the form of which is determined by the University independently, the following categories of citizens (at their request) if they do not have the results of the Unified State Examination of the current year:
- having a secondary (complete) general education received before January 1, 2009;
- having a secondary vocational education - when admitted to study in bachelor's programs and training programs for a specialist of the corresponding profile;
- having a secondary (complete) general education obtained in educational institutions foreign states.
For these categories of applicants, entrance examinations are conducted in general education subjects, in accordance with the list established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary (Complete) General Education.

Benefits for admission for winners and prize-winners of Olympiads for schoolchildren
Every year, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation approves a list of Olympiads for schoolchildren, the winners and prize-winners of which have advantages when entering universities. The results of such Olympiads can be counted as the highest results of entrance examinations (100 points) in general education subjects corresponding to the profile of the Olympiad; admission to some areas is possible without exams.

In order for the result of the Olympiad to be counted upon admission, it is necessary to present the diploma of the winner (prize-winner) of the Olympiad to the Admissions Committee. The diploma of the Olympiad can be counted as the highest result in only one direction (specialty). Moreover, in one direction (specialty) you can use only one diploma of the Olympiad. When submitting documents for admission, the applicant must indicate which diploma for which direction (specialty) he wants to fix (this decision can be changed later by writing a corresponding application to the Admissions Committee).
Olympiad diplomas give benefits for admission within one calendar year after the announcement of the results of the Olympiad.

Creation
SFU Student Culture Center
Student years are not only lectures, seminars, tests and exams, it is a time of personal formation, a time of creativity, a time of discovering new talents and new opportunities in oneself. It is in the Center for Student Culture of the Siberian Federal University that all conditions have been created for the disclosure and development of the creative abilities of each student.
"Bombers" is a serious and thoughtful team of people who love a very different author's song: major and light, which can be sung in chorus by the fire and create a cheerful mood; and deep minor, and melancholic, and serious. Therefore, everyone who comes to this club will always find a place by the fire, a friendly shoulder, a mug of tea and a couple of spoons of jam!

The art song club "BAOBAB" has existed since 1996, and its roots go back to the 60s! It was then that the head of the club, Boris Porfilievich Soustin, brought Yuri Vizbor and Alexander Gorodnitsky to visit our university. Since 1998, Tatyana Viktorovna Bryl has been in charge of the club, and since 2011, Polina Mikhailovna Baranova. And all this time we have been invariably united by creativity, common interests, friendship.
